Anche se durante l'epidemia, quando ho fatto il check-in, mi è stata data una stanza con una pessima vista sulla baia. L'ho cambiato su mia richiesta. La differenza tra i due è molto lontana. Il secondo è che il wifi della camera deve essere effettivamente addebitato. Questa sensazione è molto brutta. Ora ci sono troppi telefoni cellulari e computer iPad che devono accedere a Internet. Un hotel così grande è ancora problematico. Tuttavia, c'è stato un incidente dopo il check-in ed è stato necessario effettuare il check-out in anticipo. Style. Kengo Kuma and Ian Schrager designed Setting. 34 out of 183 Michelin starred restaurants are in Ginza Explore. Vibrant Ginza with art galleries, shops and restaurants Rooms. 86 rooms. Was upgraded to Premier King room, 517 sq ft of calm zen modern space with welcome snacks. I loved the hotel mini bar and snacks, didn’t touch the Krug but having the option was nice @ the hotel. Great service. The doorman literally jumped into the cab to help me with the credit card payment which is done via the tv screen in the backseat Food & drinks. Delicious Japanese breakfast at Sophia. Lots of places for a drink here on several floors, sadly did not have enough time. With only 86 rooms, breakfast was a pleasant experience with the energy you get from an intimate boutique hotel Prices. US$1000 per night. A bit expensive but I used my points Rating. 5/5

The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is extremely central to Ginza and it’s rare u get such nice hotel there with this price and size! Would come back again.

Se vuoi l'eccellente esperienza classica dell'hotel, questo è il posto. Hanno un ragazzo di campanile, forniscono giornali di notte, bagno più grande e spazio per dormire. Inoltre, una vista molto bella del Tokyo. In alcune camere, si può vedere i treni arrivare e andare alla stazione Shimbashi. L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Shimbashi, quindi un grande posto per andare da qualsiasi parte di Tokyo. In generale, tutti noi amavamo il soggiorno qui.

We book two rooms one double and one triple. Both are very small even by Japanese standard. But it is very clean, new and functional. All amenities are self service, hopefully it reduces wastage. Daily housekeeping provided although we declined to be environmentally conscious. Location was two blocks from Tsukiji market where we had breakfast every day for three days stay. It is close to metro - Higashi Ginza or Ginza station. Beds were comfortable, shower awesome although that seem to be the norm rather than exception in Japan. During a ten days Japan trip we have been impressed with all the hotels, average priced but so clean and pleasant compared to North American hotels of similar price. This is a nation you can’t help but respect!

I stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Didn’t get a room with any view (facing a building) but that’s because I booked quite late. Regardless, we were out and about so much it didn’t matter. Service was super friendly and helpful. At one point I had the front desk lady helping me try to navigate how to register for a 24 hrs gym around the corner. Room was spacious for Tokyo standards. The toilet was awesome lol. Lawson’s around the corner became out go to. 8 min walk to the station. Really comfortable stay all around. One awkward issue where we tried grabbing a drink at the bar at 10:37pm but bartender turned us away even though it was open until 11pm. But there was enough options else where so wasn’t a big deal (checkout Aloft hotel bar one min away). We were a 10 min walk from Tsukiji which was awesome. I know everyone says it’s touristy but I don’t care… it was so much fun and food was great. We also had a few go to ramen spots we could go to for late night eats. Would definitely stay again for the comfort level. If you’re looking for something with more of a vibe, checkout Aloft.

The hotel is super well located in Ginza. You are close to the subway making it a breeze to get anywhere in Tokyo. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is super clean BUT the rooms are rundown, dark and old. They are in desperate need of a remodel and there's signs all over the place that they will close in May for a remodel. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that one day I left at around 8 am and came back at 3 pm and housekeeping had not stopped by. When I called I was told housekeeping stops working at 4 pm and they needed an hour to clean the room, I had requested housekeeping in the morning and no one could tell me why they hadn't come earlier. Since I had to get ready for the an event at Ariake Arena I did not have housekeeping done that day but they gave me fresh towels. I booked my trip last minute and this was one of the only options left with Marriot the didnt cost $500 a night. But I wont be staying here again.

We were very impressed by the Aloft Hotel in Ginza. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the three rooms which our party stayed in were fantastic. Whoever designed the rooms should be congratulated as they offered lots of useful additions that we haven’t noticed before. For example, the magnetic bedside shelf (no more phones or iPads falling off), the hot steam iron, the fabric spray (and plenty of coat hangers), a superb shower area and the modern Toto toilet. The daily breakfast in the Warehouse was first class too! The rooms were far better than we were expecting and all the staff that we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The hotel was an easy walk from the Higashi Ginza metro (underground) station which was a relief as our party of 6 had lots of suitcases between us. And it was just a 15 minute walk from the hotel to the Imperial Palace grounds. Five star all round!!!

Rispetto all'hotel circostante, questo è un hotel molto amichevole. Le comunicazioni e le strutture del personale sono buone.Le canne e le bevande sono installate accanto alla reception, il caffè può essere portato in tazze e giornali, quindi è possibile scegliere gli oggetti necessari. Quando sono arrivato presto e sono uscito dal bagaglio, ho ricevuto le istruzioni per la procedura di imbarco.Quando sono tornato dall'esterno, sono andato subito alla stanza e al bagaglio.Ma quando sono entrato nella stanza, ho sentito l'odore ... di aprire il detergente d'aria e poi andare al bagno. Ho scelto una stanza con bagno e bagno indipendente, ma quando ho aperto la porta del bagno, ho una porta di camera davanti a me, piena di spazzole nere sotto, e l'interno è fermentato.In realtà, il odore è il bagno. Il bagno è dotato di DHC per lavare i capelli, protezione dei capelli e rivestimento. Quando usi il cavo fuori, il cavo si sposta sul pavimento.Ancora dopo circa un anno ６, questa situazione? La mattina dopo, quando mi sveglio, il mio mento non si fermò ...... quando esci, era calmo.Il lavabo nella vasca è troppo duro per spingere.Questa volta, ho vissuto in vacanza continua ２, ma non lo userò la prossima volta. La lettera è buona, ma l'acqua non è pulita, che è deludente.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during New Year’s holiday. We really loved staying there. The room is not very spacious but the layout and size is adequate for us given the hotel is located in Tokyo. The room is clean with very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is in the centre of Ginza. A convenience store is just on the ground floor of the hotel. We definitely would love to stay there again.

Ultra chic little hotel, quiet and comfy bed. It’s not the biggest room so don’t bring too many luggage’s , you will love it hears it’s private spot on it’s on. in the evening happy walking to tsukiji and local izakayas filled you to the brim and a happy walk back jumped on the bed and sleep, happy holidays peeps!
