It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.

Questo è l'hotel più spettacolare che abbiamo mai soggiornato. mio marito e io abbiamo trascorso solo tre settimane in Giappone per la luna di miele, e abbiamo trascorso le nostre prime due notti in Giappone alla splendida Hoshinoya a Tokyo. È stata un'esperienza che non è stata congrua nel resto del Giappone! Le camere sono molto confortevoli e magnifiche, e ho davvero goduto dello spazio comune condiviso sul nostro piano per fare caffè e ottenere un trattamento o un snack. E, il cibo è delizioso e fatto con tutti i dettagli e sapore che si aspetta di cibo giapponese. Abbiamo ricevuto il colazione giapponese nella nostra stanza due giorni, e abbiamo fatto il pranzo al ristorante hotel, che è stato uno dei migliori pasti che abbiamo mai avuto. 15/10 consigliamo questo hotel se potete permettervi - saremmo stati felici qui per tutta la nostra gita!

Aman Tokyo ha fissato una nuova norma per prodotti estremamente duri. nonostante un incidente nella nostra prima notte, quando siamo tornati dal pranzo per trovare la nostra stanza non pulita, il manager del desk front si è prontamente scusato e ha offerto bevande complimentarie. Il capo della casa ci ha anche scusato per colazione e ci ha fatto doccia con gesti sofisticati come un piatto di frutta e lavanderia gratuita, e poi il nostro soggiorno era innocente. Aman Tokyo è anche un'incredibile struttura e design, nonché una posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Otemachi, alla stazione di Tokyo, al Palazzo Imperiale e a Ginza. Le camere generosamente dimensioni, a partire da 70 metri quadrati, hanno tetti alti in tutto, con vista inoltrabile dei giardini imperiali dal letto. Molto bene, ti dico davvero che sono soddisfatto. Prima di tutto, c'è un ascensore al piano inferiore alla porta dell'hotel. È la stazione di Tokyo, molto conveniente.Ma la suggerimento di andare al pavimento, perché la linea di stazione ferroviaria di Tokyo sotterranea è molto turbolare, e ci sono due minuti per andare all'uscita. Il trasporto è molto conveniente 👍 E'anche molto conveniente uscire e giocare dopo aver lasciato il bagaglio. È facile da consegnare al responsabile, e ti aiuterà a mettere il bagaglio direttamente nella stanza. La stanza è grande, e soprattutto l'acqua calda è abbastanza calda. Non mi piace la pressione può essere ridotta. Mi piace il tipo di bagno ad acqua super grande.Molto soddisfatto

Ein schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Kaiserpalastes. Das Hotel scheint eigentlich für Hochzeiten zu sein, da es eine eigene Kapelle gibt und nur in den letzten 3 Stockwerken von 15 gibt es Gästezimmer. Der CheckIn war förmlich und ok. Die Zimmer sind größer als normalerweise in Tokyo und sind sehr sauber. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Aussicht direkt auf das nebenliegende Bürogebäude, aber auch teilweise auf den Kaiserpark. Das Problem mit der Aussicht auf das Bürogebäude ist, dass man fast immer die Vorhänge am Abend zu ziehen muss. Entweder stört das Licht, weil dort permanent das Licht brennt oder die Büromitarbeiter können direkt ins Zimmer sehen. Die U-Bahn Linie Tozai ist gleich nebenan und damit sehr angenehm gelegen. Ich hatte kein Frühstück

The staff is welcoming, and tries their hardest to help you out with what ever you need. The 'save the environment' mission means you can take what amenities you need at the lobby, as well as your choice for the cleaning staff to clean the room. The rooms are compact, but don't feel claustrophobic. The beds are comfortable and on the whole the hotle was very quiet. Water, slippers and pajamas are left in the room for you, along with cleaning soaps in the bathroom. Other amenities like vending machine, washing machine and ice are on different floors. The buffet breakfast has it's staples, and some new dishes changed daily. I especially liked the 'to go'' coffe/tea, which is available throughout the day (with some biscuits). This breakfast is must, and if you're in a rush you can even ask them for a doggie bag. It's in a good location, as there are many stations in close proximity (+/- 10min walk). If you are in the area and find your self hungry, you'll be spoiled for choice with the food trucks for lunch or the plethora of restaurants nearby. There also a 7/11 right across the street. Will definitely be coming back!

Hotel d'affari, c'erano più uomini locali di turisti, piccole in scala, ma buon servizio. Era pulito e la maggior parte dei locali erano così io potevo stare tranquillo anche se non era un buon posto insonorizzato. Il personale era tranquillo e amichevole. Anche se è una camera singola, è una camera semi-doppia, quindi è molto conveniente dormire. Anche se non c'è spazio per mettere il bagaglio, è un letto a piedi che può essere usato sotto il letto, quindi non è male aprire la valigia e spingere dentro. I bambini di età pari a 12 anni (standard di compleanno) sono stati liberi di soggiornare, e il colazione è stato preparato con diversi menu ogni giorno con tipi di pane e giapponesi e è stato delizioso. In particolare, il colazione può essere imballato in una scatola di pranzo, sia in camera che fuori, quindi è molto utile e buono. Puoi portare articoli disponibili sul primo piano e preparare emerito con dhc Puoi anche indossare nuovi pigiama ogni giorno. Gli scarpetti sono a pagamento per 60 yen. Lack of essential hotel’s facilities, such as gym and swimming pool, but with this price, it already served most of my needs and I did enjoy a very wonderful visit and accommodation during my stays in Tokyo. Staff are nice and willing to offering help, although the room is very small, the hotel still offered a good staying experience as it is locating in a very convenient spot with lots of convenient stores and supermarket downstairs, and very close to Metro station with many restaurants which operated over 23:00.

I booked A standard double room, it is small but good for a solo traveller. Great location accessible to many cities and attractions in Tokyo. If you have heavy luggage use exit A8/A9 with escalator -4mins walk to hotel. A7 exit is nearest to the hotel but no escalator or elevator -2 mins walk to hotel, you need to use stairs with yr heavy luggage. Hotel is sort of hidden in a lane if you did not pay attention you will miss it easily. Staff are friendly and helpful. For the price of breakfast you paid , please do not have high expectation. The assortment of bread 🥖 🥯 🍞is good enough with a free box of 🥗 and free flow of coffee ☕️ n 🫖. I explored a lot of attractions, eg hike mt Takao, shop in Asakusa , togoshi Ginza, visited Kita a tranquil shrine in yoyogi Koen within tokyo. The hotel is very special, full of design style, antique and charming. The service provided by the lady at the front desk is great. There is also a service box at the front desk, which contains gadgets that are used daily but are easy to forget. It is very considerate and adds to my good impression. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very high-end, better than those in some star hotels. There are also many kinds of breakfast, with a good mix of meat and vegetables. It is a very satisfying stay experience. Highly recommended.

La posizione di questo hotel è molto comoda ed è un buon posto dove stare dopo un lungo volo. La biglietteria è nelle vicinanze ed è facile acquistare i biglietti JR per il resto del viaggio. Le strutture sono molto confortevoli. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il servizio in questo hotel è eccellente e semplicemente uno dei migliori in Giappone.
