服務態度很好 但辦理入住及退房的僅2-3位感覺不太夠 會出現排隊比較多的情況 雖然會有幫助接待的提前詢問訂房信息分流 但依然會等比較長 lobby在高層的好處就是私密性好 去客房是專門的電梯 但不好的就是 每次出門/回來 都需要轉一次電梯 對比十一年前的住宿體驗就是感覺設施明顯的老舊了 早餐不是自助而是點餐制 菜單不清楚多久換一次 但連住的兩天是一樣的 雖然蛋的做法很多種 但前菜沙拉水果都一樣 再多吃兩天可能會有點無聊 現烤的麵包會端過來讓選 但全部是起酥和法式塔 比較油膩 自制的幾種酸奶都不錯 布丁都很甜 第一天點單的時候主食要了pancake比較正常 第二天配的waffle居然也是起酥做法 housekeeping之後的巧克力很好吃 黑巧和牛奶巧克力兩種 酒店的巧克力lobby的餐廳也有在賣 離六本木塔是個不近不遠的距離 大概一點幾公裏 走路十幾二十分鐘 能遠觀東京塔夜景

Ho soggiornato al Club Intercontinental Junior Suite Luna. Il servizio nel club lounge era calmo e le camere sono state ampiamente rinnovate e molto pulite e confortevoli. Overall this place was just ok. Japan has a high bar for hotels, most of them are going to be good, if not great. This hotel just has a lot of small annoyances that add up and made it my least favorite hotel out of the four I stayed at on this trip. First the good: Good location within walking distance of the two big malls in Roppongi, Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills. Two metro lines stop nearby. The hotel itself is nice but feels slightly dated. There’s a view of Tokyo Tower from most of the rooms but especially higher floors. Overall I liked Roppongi. It seems like a place where real Tokyoites live and work as opposed to the more popular places mobbed by tourists. The bad: The bathrooms. Incredibly small, with absolutely no space between the toilet, bathtub, and sink. I know Tokyo rooms are small but this bathroom is especially bad. Also, the floor in the bathroom is sunken, as in lower than the rest of the room so you have to step down every time you enter. This caught me by surprise more than once. Also the floor felt a bit unstable…kind of like it was made of a plastic layer you stand on above the real floor. At least it was clean. There’s a lot of weird unsafe parts of the room, which is especially a worry with kids. The step down into the bathroom I mentioned. There’s a sharp edge next to the bed on the couch/nightstand that I scratched myself on. There’s a glass table with pointy edges that just feels out of place in the tiny room. The plugs and light switches are right in the middle of the bed headrest which makes them easy for kids to play with and makes it so your charging cables are running across the bed. The elevator is annoying. It ALWAYS stops on the 3rd floor (reception) no matter what. The ground level exit is on the 2nd floor, so you always stop unnecessarily on 3 when either entering or exiting the hotel. The 1st floor is inexplicably the parking area behind the hotel, don’t get caught assuming the first floor is the ground level exit. There’s a real lack of breakfast in the area. The hotel breakfast opens later (7:30?), we never went because it was too late. One day we just gave up and ate breakfast at FamilyMart. Roppongi is not well connected to the rest of Tokyo on the Metro. Most places you want to go are going to require a transfer. Neither of the lines that stop near the hotel go directly to Tokyo station. Both Haneda and Narita require extra transfers. Even Shibuya which is not far away at all requires two trains or a bus. Especially annoying if you have luggage or kids in tow.

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

Grande hotel e un posto fantastico per soggiornare! Front Desk Staff era fantastico! Il modo in cui mi avvicinavano con un sorriso mi ha fatto sentire “Benvenuto alla famiglia” Bevito è stato fantastico e lobby è stato WOW come un bar sportivo. Quando sono entrato nella stanza, mi sono sentito rilassato e rinfrescato per il grande giardino e la pulizia del personale di custodia. E' stato sorprendente che ci fosse tutto quello che mi serviva nella stanza. Servizi, caffè, ecc. Il bar al 9° piano ha una grande vista e un'incredibile cocktail di firma. Il personale del bar era professionale e carino! Grazie, torno indietro. L'hotel Lively mi ha mostrato grande ospite.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week. The location is very central and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. Like a lot of hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are small and a bit dark. I was initially on my own and chose a standard room which was ok for single use but my husband joined me and I asked the staff for an upgrade to a deluxe room, as the bed in the standard room would be too small for a couple. I felt the staff were amazing and very helpful. They accommodated the changes even though it was a busy time for tourists. The room was on a main road with an overpass but we didn't experience any noise in the room. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok but not extensive like some hotels. Overall I gave this hotel 5 stars because of the staff who were excellent and the location.

My stay at Oakwood was excellent. The room is spacious - including the bathroom and with kitchen and washing machine facilities. The room was very clean, including all the kitchenware and bathroom. My stay was extremely comfortable. The location is very close to the Metro station, and a few min walk to the azabu juban area with lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants. I also have to commend that the staff and concierge at the hotel are extremely helpful and responsive, they helped with my various requests promptly. I stayed in 2 different rooms, one of the rooms had the view of Tokyo tower. I will definitely be back!

L'hotel di tesoro dovrebbe essere aperto poco dopo, la posizione è finita!Il giorno della metropolitana è più di la valle - sei stazioni di legno 2 è fuori!Devo stare al sesto piano dell'ascensore sul lato destro.La stanza è davvero grande in Giappone, le strutture sono super complete!Anche i microonde e le macchine di vendita automatica hanno 😂 Ma la mia stanza è la più adiacente, un po'scura, così posso vedere la torre vuota sul letto, e non lo sostituisco.Il corno sotto i due piani del centro commerciale di Hills è arrivato!Il museo d'arte di Sen, il nuovo museo d'arte nazionale è arrivato per dieci minuti a piedi, davvero conveniente!Il rapporto prezzo è davvero 👍
