Toilet are small but it is expected for this price. Rooms are clean and there is daily cleaning service if you needed. Location is good as it is near 3 subway station. And if you are coming from Narita airport, you can take the subway straight to the station near hotel without changes. There is also Sukiya nearby which is 24/7 so you can have meals when you are hungry anytime. Overall is good for this price and will consider this hotel again in my future visit.

Best location at the centre of Tokyo. With 4 lines accessible, travellers can go most part of Tokyo easily. The room is clean but a bit vanished. The reception services are so so, just basic.

Average. Corner n 2nd floor Only. good thing is nearby got Lawson n 7-11. Room small to sleep for 4 ppl . No place to put big luggage’s 😅. price $400+not cheap too. Really for 2 night sleep. Simple easy check in n check out. Can storage luggage. Maybe book early will get gd price. Mrt station staircase up down.

No extra comforters stain sheets, weird smell they have no washcloths they gave me a household cleaning sponge for a washcloth. No accommodations can be made for anything. Even Wi-Fi was hard to get outdated TV. No smart TV. I’m American. I had to watch Japanese everything there is no file plate, but I will sue them if I could.

Hotel was quite congested. The room was not as clean as would have expected. The location was perfect to visit Tokyo which was only 2 stations away. The JR connection train to Buchhrocho is very convenient

Hotel Livemax Tokyo Bakurocho near MTR line, easy access, just few minutes reach hotel,but the room not big, that's ok for one person, n the room price is lower before I check, l'm sleep well, I would come next time, Thx

Great hotel, would stay again. Good points: clean, comfy room, well lit (I was lucky enough to have a corner room with two windows), friendly staff, 10 mins walk from metro, 15 mins walk from Akihabara, about 30 mins by metro to Shibuya or Shinjuku. Also Lawsons and Denny’s are a couple of doors down so no problems for food and sundries (Denny’s also caters well to vegetarians, I was pleased to discover). Bad points: there seemed to be no way to open the windows even a little so the room got stuffy really quickly , especially after a shower. Check out time is 10am unless you want to pay 1000jpy for 12:00 checkout. But these were minor things for me, certainly did not outweigh the good points.

Great location, super near train station, supermarkets, cafes, convenient stores. Simple yet clean room with really nice counter staff :)
