Hotel bello , posizione bella, purtroppo non ha all’interno della struttura un’ aerea fumatori ( come quasi tutti gli hotel del Giappone)…..bisogna recarsi nella orribile area fumatori del 7eleven che dista 30 metri . Inaccettabile

Sembra preparato per gli indiani. Ha un forte sapore indiano. Non andateci.

Era un hotel molto carino che ricordava un appartamento parigino. Sono grato di poter soggiornare a questo prezzo in una posizione comoda a Ginza. Mi piacerebbe usarlo di nuovo in futuro.

Very accessible to 7/11/Lawson and walking distance to Ginza district like Uniqlo, Mitsukoshi, etc. It uas posh vibes

The location is great, just 10 minutes of walk to JR stations. The hotel is super clean, and the stuffs are nice and polite.

The hotel staff are very warm and nice, the extra free samples is a very nice addition. Will definitely come back!

On the doy we arrived the staff on the front desk seemed to having a bad day. After travelling it is not what I expected. The room itself was adequate however the shower, particularly the handset was appalling, it had a fixed point and spray jet was terrible. Although, not a smoker myself and I appreciate no smoking rule there was no provision for anyone who does smoke. Would I stay again - no, is the location good - perfect for high end shoppers. The ambient music in the corridors could be heard from the rooms and this affected sleep. Combined with having mosquitoes in the room, waking up scratching due to being bitten was not an enjoyable experience. I asked for the room to be fully made up after scratching myself in the bed at night and leaving blood stains on the pillow only to find the pillow covered had not been changed and the pillow just flipped over. I could go on but I think you can get the drift.    Won’t be visiting again although Japan is an amazing place to visit ………..

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

Hotel is in very great location in Ginza area near Subway station, convenience store, and many restaurant. The room is neat and clean with all necessary facilities with reasonable price. If you would like to stay in Ginza area then this hotel is recommended.

Stayed in Tokyo for 2 weeks. A nice tidy hotel in the center of the city, very close to Ginza and main shopping centers. Room was tidy but small for 2 people. Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was terrific. Location is excellent . We can walk to expensive to inexpensive restaurants.

Very near to several stations of different subway line. Stores nearby. Just the check out time is too early at 11am

Good location in Ginza . Just walking distance you can visit the shopping street and lots of choices of restaurants in the area . Subway just round the corner. Room was clean and room size was good and comfortable compared to the hotels in the samr area. Will remain my first choice for my next visit in Tokyo .

Hotel in good location but the hotel room is too small . Not a pleasant place to stay.
