非常不推薦去日本旅遊的朋友定這家酒店，酒店位置不好，衞生也很糟糕。定了幾晚的房間，就住了第一晚，第二天直接退房了。酒店還扣了第二晚和第三晚20%的費用，真是服了。不過，和攜程反映之後，一直有專屬客服幫忙跟進，雖然酒店最後沒有滿足我的要求，但攜程自行補貼給我了，贊贊贊

10/11/2023にオープンしたばかりで、とても綺麗。部屋は狭いですがバストイレ別、ロケーション最高。アメニティも充実していて、パジャマも上下セパレート。レセプションの対応も素晴らしかったです。

廁所通風有問題，會有臭味。 酒店感覺比較復雜，不推薦。

房間相對來說 偏小 但價格性價比高 房間乾淨

館内はとても綺麗。アミニティが充実しており、選ぶのも楽しかったです。ホテルでは、快適に過ごすことができました。

The hotel is new and clean, in a fun location, and has great staff. I was particularly impressed with the service. I caught a cold and phoned the front desk to ask if they had a specific cold medicine. Even though I knew it was unlikely, I wanted to check. The gentleman who picked up regretfully informed me that they did not have the medicine, but that he could run a combini to go get it for me (of course I would pay him back and the meds were over-the-counter). What an absolute lifesaver, since I was not really in a state to leave the bed. Thank you! A reminder for those who are not used to Tokyo: the rooms are small. Unless you pay a lot more, most rooms in Tokyo hotels are small. I enjoyed our room here for its cleanliness and clever design.

Had to stay in Tokyo a couple of extra days due to a passport problem. Found this hotel at the last moment. Staff very friendly, spoke English, room small (typical in Tokyo) but well laid out and comfortable. Brand new hotel - nice decor. Will have a nice bar opening soon.

Great, modern looking hotel with friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Standard rooms are quite small though, but good enough for 2 people.

Nice and clean room, walking distance to the train station.
