Nice room with comfy bed and pillows. The shower was excellent!!! Good pressure! Housekeeping every day. No healthy food for breakfast though…. Everything had added sugar. I wonder if Canadians don’t have diabetes??? I miss natural youghurt without added sugar…

This hotel is really great. Good location, by the lake. Free parking and breakfast. Clean room and most of the amenities are self service which is my favourite.

It was a good stay. The tv stations available were the poorest selection that I’ve seen. They also charged my credit card despite having paid in advance through the app. They did let me stay an hour later to accommodate a meeting. The location and view (ask for lake view) was amazing.

Service was great here from checkin to eating in the restaurant.

房間大小適中，二個大床可以睡四個人。床算比較舒適。 酒店停車位免費，也比較緊張，附近四分鐘地方有大型超市和快餐。去市中心大概13-15分鐘。早餐是簡易美式早餐10點結束。

從halifax去pei的中轉站，稍作休息。 前台很nice，酒店會員還送了小零食。 房間很乾凈，不過設施略舊。還有泳池和遊戲機可以玩樂。免費早餐還ok

這次前後共住在這家店三個晚上，剛開始還覺得可以，雖舊但乾淨，給了滿意的評價，結束旅行後回到家查看了信用卡賬單，發現被收取了一夜房費二百多加元，之前我已在攜程上付過了，當時入住時前台要我的信用卡説是用於預授權五十加元，用於住宿期間的擔保，離開後七天禸如沒有損壞設施就退回，所以我給他信用卡，我看不到他如何操作的，也沒有任何收據給我。當我打電話問回酒店前台時，當晚值班人員直接推説他不知道讓明天早上打電話給經理，第二天經理電話無人接，又打前台，另一個女士説沒有多收錢，我反覆強調記錄顯示是酒店刷卡收款了，她還是不承認。我又打電話給銀行信用卡部告訴我的這個問題，銀行説他們要去調查，轉可不友付。這時酒店又打來電話説她們錯了，十天左右退回！！最大的問題是你刷了我的卡為什麼不給收據呢？？這次旅行讓我很緊張，訂國外酒店真要格外小心！

It was an ok place to stay in but make sure you bring a can of bug killer for the bugs coming out to the bathroom sink and crawling over the room. I told several staff about it and all they said was sorry about that.

We booked this hotel last minute while driving across the country due to a family emergency. I accidentally booked the wrong room type for travelling with our two dogs (didn’t realize you needed to specifically book pet friendly). When we arrived they upgraded our room free of charge and it was completely hassle free. The included self-serve breakfast was great. Room was clean. No issues.
