Perfect locaton. Connected directly to Ginza Metro Station and right in the centre of Ginza and Hibiya - connected by various metro and JR lines. Walking to distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The standard single room (modest) is rather small, like many other hotels in Tokyo. This should be great for business use as there is a standing desk and extended monitor.

So happy with our stay at The Gate hotel. Lobby lounge was really nice , room was very spacious and clean, location can’t be any better, in the heart of Ginza. Would definitely stay here again! The only thing I have to say was the gym doesn’t have any weights but better than nothing !

Convince in and out of GINZA, AMAZINGLY comfortable rooms.

Can’t beat the location, charming hotel n value for money. Front desk very helpful.

Strategic location next to Ginza station exit A1, nice rooftop lobby at level 4 with city view, spacious room enough to open big luggages

Love the location, very easy walk from 3 train lines, with Ginza station exit just outside the hotel.

Great location,good service, and will come back if go to Tokyo again.

Just average. Not that great. Not sure if I will consider coming here again for my next business trip.

Spacious room with good location

Hotel has a vibrant atmosphere in a subtle way, room is spacious especially the bathroom and hotel staff is nice to accommodate our requests. The location is within walkable distance from Ginza, Hibiya and Yurakucho which makes it very desirable. The only downside that concerns us is that the nearest airport limousine stop per the updated route is not too close to our hotel, which could be challenging on rainy days.

Good location it’s near subway station. Many restaurants nearby. Room is very small so maybe good for business travelers. Space between wall and bed is 40cm roughly…. Service is friendly until I asked for late check out. I was asking for an hour late … noon. The female junior staff was looking at the “senior” male staff and asked in Japanese. The guy looked at me unfriendly and said something in Japanese then the lady said it would be charged. I don’t mind paying but should tell me politely. I ended up did not.

The front desk staffs are very helpful and friendly. The lobby lounge is very nice too!

Good location. Services at Reception varies depending on the Receptionists.
