Awesome to have full amenities in the room - washing machine comes with detergent, microwave and hot water jug. Entrance is facing road and is safe.

The hotel is quite close to the railway station so quite noisy because of the trains

Overall OK stay, place is way too small for a big suitcase, no housekeeping even light housekeeping is only someone come in and drop u a new PJ daily, toiletries run out no one come and refill after staying for few days, constantly go down reception to remind them and finally day before I check out they refill the shampoo but is kind of too late , service is very poor as no much English speaking at reception, wouldn't stay again

Excellent room and great location. The room was clean and quite spacious and came with all amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel for its washer,dryer,I the room and the convenient location to Shimbashi Station. Many eateries nearby.

Location is very quiet, slightly far from the train station. Lots of food options about a 5 mins walk away.

Space is small but functional. But the room cleaning not doing so well. Stay one night is fine, stay longer will not recommend. Breakfast is not bad.

距離新橋站只有5分鐘步行距離， 位置十分方便，前往東京站只需5分鐘，也有地鐵前往渋谷等地。酒店房間配有洗衣機和微波爐，天天都可以晚上洗衣早上穿衣， 房間東京來說不算細， 裝修乾淨舒服， 服務良好， 這個價錢來說真是超值。 雖然沒有主動執房換床單服務，但其實也沒有這樣需要，最重要的是有換毛巾就可以了。 特別要提及在訂單中有提及希望房間高層和能看到火車，入住時這些要求通通都能達到， 環境安靜，但景色優美，能看見新幹線，真是要大讚! 新橋唯一不好的地方就是早上太多上班族上班，前往火車站的路途將會非常擁擠，而晚上回酒店路上也會有許多上班族應酬喝酒，路上有少許雜亂

地點方便, 離東京站只有兩個站, 附近很多居酒屋, 但質素非常參差, 有些會欺騙遊客。我們就有一晚不幸地去了一間黑店。酒店內房間乾淨整齊, 有洗衣機同微波爐是加分位。由於新橋站太多居酒屋, 每晚回酒店都見到很多醉酒的人, 不太建議一個女生住在這區我酒店。

항공권 일정변경으로 급하게 잡았지만 너무 만족한 숙소였습니다. 두분이서 쓸때는 어떨지 모르겠지만, 혼자쓰기엔 충분한 넓이의 방이었고 미리 짐을 맡길때 객실을 배정해주시는것 같았습니다. 시내에서 놀고 들어와서 체크인 했는데 맡겼던 캐리어를 미리 방에 넣어주셔서 편하게 방까지 들어왔습니다. 사진에 보이듯 방안에 건조가 되는 세탁기와 전자렌지도 있어서 매우 편안했습니다. 방음 부분에서는 한블럭 반정도 떨어진 곳에 지하철이 다니기때문에 지하철 소리는 들리지만 옆방 소음은 들리지 않습니다. 신바시 역 앞의 먹자골목도 횡단보도 건너편에있어서 접근성이 좋고 호텔 근처도 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 친절하시고 정말 도쿄에서 이 가격에 이렇게 만족스러운 호텔은 처음이었습니다.
