Room was so dirty. I think it is a space that is not cleaned at all. The shower booth is full of old mold. We requested a room change, but the other room was the same. Worst...this is my first experience like this. Even 1 star is not worth it. and there is only two elevators.

Location was alright, 750m away from Gangnam station. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but would recommend travelling outside for other food options instead. Travelling to the more Central Area was a bit of a hassle because hotel is located quite a distance away, and the trains require you to travel a round to get to the more central areas like Hongdae / Myeongdong / Dongdaemun. The rooms was not the cleanest, the bed sheets had hair and dust. Felt very uncomfortable to sleep on. Toilet sink was not cleaned properly, there were definitely quite a lot of short hairs on the sink. Felt very uncomfortable to sleep on. Towels were also dirty, there were definitely brown / black and red stains. Did not opt for housekeeping service. Also, if you are going there during winter time, no air conditioners would be available for you to use. The only option is to open windows for ventilation / air. Floors are slightly heated. Water heater is not consistent at all during showers, occasional cold water. The staff was very friendly, check in was fast and easy. Do also note that you are required to go down to the reception to get items after 5PM. There is a small gym and also a laundry room available. There was two lifts available for us to use, BUT one lift goes to odd numbered floors and another lift goes to even numbered floors. Definitely a hassle when you are in a rush. We also tried requesting for late checkout, BUT we had to pay extra for that so we just checked out.

Stayed there many times and the location is perfect. Quiet and comfy rooms

Spacious room. Very clean. Great location. I particularly appreciated the reading lamp at the desk as I had a lot of writing to do.

You get what you pay for

太臟了 床單不是一般的臟 床單下面能看得見的很多頭髮。距地鐵站根本不是7百米 走到了地方又要走200米 一點也不準。

江南のホテルは結構色々周りましたが最低限の清潔さやトイレとシャワールームが別などを考えると最近は高いところが多いです。ここはその中でも比較的安価で清潔感もあり冷蔵庫も大きくて気に入ってます。少しだけ駅から離れていますが坂道がないところなので全然苦じゃないです。江南に滞在してるときはここかあと2箇所くらいを回ってます。

お部屋は全体的に暗い印象で、口コミ通りバスタオルが汚れて、部屋に髪の毛が落ちており、シャワーヘッドが濾過機丸見えなのが凄く気になりました。神経質な方はダメなホテルかもです…。一泊が限界…

강남역에서 약간 아래 쪽에 위치하고 있어서 접근성이 용이했습니다. 체크인이 친절하긴 하지만 약간 오래걸리는 단점이 있었습니다. 방은 전반적으로 깨끗하지만 침구류에 얼룩이 제대로 지워지지 않은 부분도 있었습니다.

清潔感もあって何より江南駅から7分ほどで行けるので最高の立地でした！ 価格もお手頃で、また利用したいと思いました！

冬なので暖房がつかなく床暖房のみと言われ、なぜ冬なので？むしろでは？とは思いました しかし相方は暑がってました 高さと立地の関係？？ あとティッシュが切れたのでくださいと言ったら少しおこでした。

部屋は清潔感があって特に問題はありませんでした！キッチン付きなのでフライパンやまな板などキッチン用具もひと通り揃ってました！駅からは少し歩きます。大通りから一本奥に入ったところにあるので、夜は人通りもあまり無くすこし怖かったです。でも近くにコンビニが何軒かあるので便利でした！
