La stanza è abbastanza grande da offrire un servizio avanzato. Oltre al premio di ricatto o premio di ricatto, il concetto di servizio dell'hotel di quattro stagioni non sarà mai deludente. L'unica carenza è  Colazione molto generale, non ci sono molte opzioni di forma di pacchetto, non c'è gusto per mangiare, quindi l'ambiente di cibo è cattivo,  non è raccomandato, Non c'è nessun problema di base,  andare a Tokyo per una delle prime scelte di alloggiare in hotel

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel. The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful. Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

I have to say I was excited and looked forward to my stay. At the end. I don’t think it was worth it. And it was because of what Hoshinoya Tokyo is, it is a ryokan, not a hotel, and it is a Japanese chain. It was not imbued with the spirit of providing utmost comfort and pampering to its guest. It is more focused on the onsen, the Japanese culture, and the provision of daily meals. 

It is not where you should stay to hear a lot of Yes. No concierge service, so they won’t help you get a reservation because they provide meals in the ryokan (which hotel doesn’t?). No early check in or courtesy late check out. If you want to check out late, it’s 9,000 JPY per hour - even when it doesn’t cost the hotel anything. No currency exchange service. If you want to order meals, you have to place the order the day before. No bathrobe provided, and when asked, first they said they didn’t have them, then they provided but warned me I should only wear them inside the room (I don’t remember a time in my life when I wore bathrobe walking around any hotel), and that since the quantity was limited, they would not change the bathrobe during my stay - it all sounded like a conversation I would have with my school principal, one that was not so friendly.

The fancy picture of the centerpiece which flooded Instagram was one place on the hallway, first floor, where we took off our shoes before entering the hotel. Reception is on the second floor, and the interior was a mixed in style, I don’t know how to call it. It was dated and furnished with uncomfortable sofas and chairs. We and other guests were not allowed to checked in until 3 pm (regardless whether a room was available) so we could see several parties, some with small children hanging out on those sofas like at a train station. Not all of us can time our flight to arrive at the hotel at exactly 3 pm, so it was a tiresome wait during which we were provided with one cup of tea per person the whole time. After that long wait, the welcome ritual with snacks at the lounge on our floor became quite pointless. We already did not feel welcomed. Service at Hoshinoya Tokyo was also not great and definitely not 5 star. As a guest pointed out, it’s difficult to get to the entrance via taxi. The basement entrance was dark. Room cleaning was not reliable - we left the room for 3 hours in the morning, came back at 1 pm and the room was not cleaned. But if you stayed in (which well, what you are supposed to do at a ryokan), they wouldn’t go in to clean or even asked if you wanted the room to be cleaned. On such a day, I asked if I could get new towels when we left for dinner, the staff said yes, but nothing happened when we came back and no follow up call to let us know why. There’s no view from our room (executive room at the corner). The hotel is surrounded by other taller buildings. When we opened the window screen, we could see people from the other building office and they could see us. It’s all grayish.

Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.

Aman Tokyo ha fissato una nuova norma per prodotti estremamente duri. nonostante un incidente nella nostra prima notte, quando siamo tornati dal pranzo per trovare la nostra stanza non pulita, il manager del desk front si è prontamente scusato e ha offerto bevande complimentarie. Il capo della casa ci ha anche scusato per colazione e ci ha fatto doccia con gesti sofisticati come un piatto di frutta e lavanderia gratuita, e poi il nostro soggiorno era innocente. Aman Tokyo è anche un'incredibile struttura e design, nonché una posizione strategica vicino alla stazione Otemachi, alla stazione di Tokyo, al Palazzo Imperiale e a Ginza. Molto bene, ti dico davvero che sono soddisfatto. Prima di tutto, c'è un ascensore al piano inferiore alla porta dell'hotel. È la stazione di Tokyo, molto conveniente.Ma la suggerimento di andare al pavimento, perché la linea di stazione ferroviaria di Tokyo sotterranea è molto turbolare, e ci sono due minuti per andare all'uscita. Il trasporto è molto conveniente 👍 E'anche molto conveniente uscire e giocare dopo aver lasciato il bagaglio. È facile da consegnare al responsabile, e ti aiuterà a mettere il bagaglio direttamente nella stanza. La stanza è grande, e soprattutto l'acqua calda è abbastanza calda. Non mi piace la pressione può essere ridotta. Mi piace il tipo di bagno ad acqua super grande.Molto soddisfatto

Ein schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Kaiserpalastes. Das Hotel scheint eigentlich für Hochzeiten zu sein, da es eine eigene Kapelle gibt und nur in den letzten 3 Stockwerken von 15 gibt es Gästezimmer. Der CheckIn war förmlich und ok. Die Zimmer sind größer als normalerweise in Tokyo und sind sehr sauber. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Aussicht direkt auf das nebenliegende Bürogebäude, aber auch teilweise auf den Kaiserpark. Das Problem mit der Aussicht auf das Bürogebäude ist, dass man fast immer die Vorhänge am Abend zu ziehen muss. Entweder stört das Licht, weil dort permanent das Licht brennt oder die Büromitarbeiter können direkt ins Zimmer sehen. Die U-Bahn Linie Tozai ist gleich nebenan und damit sehr angenehm gelegen. Ich hatte kein Frühstück

Mi è davvero piaciuto vivere in questo hotel. Per il suo prezzo, questo è un ottimo hotel. Il servizio è molto buono, tutto il personale è gentile e attento. Ho soggiornato in pochi hotel a Tokyo, quindi il fatto che la mia camera doppia all'Hotel Villa Fontaine Jimbocho fosse molto piccola non mi sorprendeva. L'intero hotel non si sentiva benvenuto e era molto fondamentale. Il lobby era a terra dall'ingresso e fece sentire tutto un po' chiuso, stupido e depresso ... Può fare con un lucido. Il mio letto era comodo e la camera da bagno funzionava perfettamente. Il costo era solo GBP 55 per notte così ragionevole per Tokyo. In sintesi, non mi sarebbe rimasto qui, ma mi ha servito bene per il lavoro di due notti che ho avuto a Tokyo. Non avrei voluto rimanere qui più di una coppia di notti.

Questa volta abbiamo soggiornato tre notti durante il Natale. Il comportamento e l'intelligenza del personale dell'hotel sono molto buoni. Possiamo passare a piacere e senza disturbi.Inoltre, penso che sia un hotel caldo e preoccupato come un hotel, che non ha altri hotel. Stai a questo hotel l'anno scorso e ora solo aggiorna la mia recensione :) Mi piace la posizione in cui l'hotel è. Se ti piace l'ambiente tranquillo e tranquillo ma ancora accessibile alla principale attrazione, probabilmente ti piace questa posizione a Kudan****a, Non è proprio al centro di Shinjuku, ma la stazione ferroviaria più vicina è alla stazione Jimbocho e ci vorranno solo 5 minuti a piedi. Vi prenderà uno o due fermi per raggiungere Shinjuku. ci sono pochi magazzini conveniente che è vicino all'hotel: 7 Eleven, Lawson, Familia Mart. La stanza potrebbe essere piccola, soprattutto se avete una famiglia con bambini piccoli. Ma in generale è un buon hotel

My original room had a weird smell so had to change to another. It was better, but not great. They do provide basics of robe and small towel. ¥100 rental of large towel for shower. Showers are private and clean and shampoo and body provided. Depending on room, you may hear people making noise in halls by bathrooms and sinks. Bring earplugs. Bed comfort was 3/5. Doable but not great for my aging back. Free breakfast and coffee was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and better English than most hotels I stayed at. Note: WiFi didn’t reach rooms very well or was very slow. It was more reliable in the lobby.

這是個衹有9間房的小酒店，通常我都認為是民宿不會訂，這家我住過東京站附近的分店覺得房間很好有品質，這次嘗試本店．東京站打車過來70元人民幣，沒有迎賓進門簡單前廳兩個前台工作人員，妹子像剛入職，房間都在2樓，沒有餐廳沒有lounge ｡房間日式，風格沉穩，設施全部新的，浴室圓型浴缸衞生間非常舒適，備品齊全而且品質很好，浴袍、毛巾、睡衣、被子枕頭我都很喜歡。地鐵御茶水站是最近的．房間寬敞舒適，我這間基礎房型就很大了。缺點窗子完全不遮光，空氣清新機臟舊，不是24小時前台。

L'hotel è vicino alla metropolitana ma non vicinissimo. Ci sono metropolitane in entrambe le direzioni dall'hotel. Praticamente ci vogliono 8 minuti a piedi. L'hotel è vicino alla stazione di Tokyo. Non è molto economico e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è basso molto basso La stanza è piccola e il bagno è piccolo, ma è pulito. La hall dell'hotel è molto fresca e i pavimenti sono semi-aperti, quindi fa molto caldo. Ci sono molti minimarket vicino all'hotel e c'è un Lawson alla porta. Ci vuole 1 ora e 20 minuti per arrivare dall'aeroporto di Narita.

Hotel d'affari, c'erano più uomini locali di turisti, piccole in scala, ma buon servizio. Era pulito e la maggior parte dei locali erano così io potevo stare tranquillo anche se non era un buon posto insonorizzato. Il personale era tranquillo e amichevole. Anche se è una camera singola, è una camera semi-doppia, quindi è molto conveniente dormire. Anche se non c'è spazio per mettere il bagaglio, è un letto a piedi che può essere usato sotto il letto, quindi non è male aprire la valigia e spingere dentro. I bambini di età pari a 12 anni (standard di compleanno) sono stati liberi di soggiornare, e il colazione è stato preparato con diversi menu ogni giorno con tipi di pane e giapponesi e è stato delizioso. In particolare, il colazione può essere imballato in una scatola di pranzo, sia in camera che fuori, quindi è molto utile e buono. Puoi portare articoli disponibili sul primo piano e preparare emerito con dhc Puoi anche indossare nuovi pigiama ogni giorno. Gli scarpetti sono a pagamento per 60 yen. Tuttavia, la posizione era a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Tokyo, quindi ho fatto una prenotazione da Google, ma era a 2 ㅡ 30 minuti di distanza, e un taxi costa 900 yen. we recently stayed (may 23) at the b ochanomizu hotel in chyoda city (kanda,awajicho area) of tokyo japan. i would just like to say that the hotel was perfect, it was clean (they came to do somthing nearly every day) , the room was great small but big enough for what we needed as we were not in much. the staff were excellant if we needed anything or any information they sorted it straight away. it was perfecly located for the subway just 25mtrs away from the maranouchi line which went to every location in tokyo and the main tokyo train station for the shinkansen. i would give the b ochanomizu 5 star rating

The staff is welcoming, and tries their hardest to help you out with what ever you need. The 'save the environment' mission means you can take what amenities you need at the lobby, as well as your choice for the cleaning staff to clean the room. The rooms are compact, but don't feel claustrophobic. The beds are comfortable and on the whole the hotle was very quiet. Water, slippers and pajamas are left in the room for you, along with cleaning soaps in the bathroom. Other amenities like vending machine, washing machine and ice are on different floors. The buffet breakfast has it's staples, and some new dishes changed daily. I especially liked the 'to go'' coffe/tea, which is available throughout the day (with some biscuits). This breakfast is must, and if you're in a rush you can even ask them for a doggie bag. It's in a good location, as there are many stations in close proximity (+/- 10min walk). If you are in the area and find your self hungry, you'll be spoiled for choice with the food trucks for lunch or the plethora of restaurants nearby. There also a 7/11 right across the street. Will definitely be coming back!

Situato in una posizione molto conveniente (vicina alla stazione Ueno). È anche spaziosa per il Giappone standard e pulito. Check-in e check-out processo è stato molto veloce come viene condotto attraverso l'uso di macchine. Siamo stati molto fortunati a poter entrare immediatamente nella nostra stanza prima del normale controllo in tempo, mentre la stanza era pronta. Ci siamo molto felici! Il servizio era anche veloce quando abbiamo chiesto di piumini aggiuntivi. Le mutandine e il letto erano molto comodi!

Se ti piacciono i libri, è assolutamente l'hotel che ti piace.La hall è luminosa e circonda molti libri, molto interessante.C'è un telaio davanti a ogni piano di ascensore, e ogni piano di libri è arrangito in base al tema.I libri leggeri sono arrangiti in una fila sotto il telaio e la tenda di ogni stanza. Ho soggiornato in pochi hotel a Tokyo, quindi il fatto che la mia camera doppia all'Hotel Villa Fontaine Jimbocho fosse molto piccola non mi sorprendeva. L'intero hotel non si sentiva benvenuto e era molto fondamentale. Il lobby era a terra dall'ingresso e fece sentire tutto un po' chiuso, stupido e depresso ... Può fare con un lucido. Il mio letto era comodo e la camera da bagno funzionava perfettamente. Il costo era solo GBP 55 per notte così ragionevole per Tokyo. In sintesi, non mi sarebbe rimasto qui, ma mi ha servito bene per il lavoro di due notti che ho avuto a Tokyo. Non avrei voluto rimanere qui più di una coppia di notti.
