1. Personalmente ritengo che la camera sia relativamente grande tra gli hotel di pari prezzo, misura 20 mq. Non è un problema inserire due scatole grandi. Anche l'igiene dei bagni è molto buona. Anche il servizio alla reception è molto buono e molto paziente. Basta comunicare in inglese. 2. È proprio dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla stazione di Shinagawa. Il tempo di metropolitana da Shinagawa alle famose località turistiche di Tokyo è praticamente meno di mezz'ora, quindi il trasporto è molto conveniente. Nota: ho chiesto una stanza tranquilla. Di notte si sente un po' di rumore della metropolitana, ma personalmente ritengo che non influisca affatto sul mio sonno. La camera ha una bella vista, la nostra camera può vedere direttamente la Torre di Tokyo. 3. I rifiuti in camera e gli oggetti usa e getta verranno raccolti e aggiornati ogni giorno. Non sono necessarie ulteriori istruzioni. 4. La torre principale, la torre ausiliaria e la torre N sono tutte insieme. C'è un'area ristorazione 711, una farmacia e un ristorante al piano di sotto. C'è un grande supermercato a 100 metri di distanza. È molto conveniente mangiare e acquistare le necessità quotidiane. La lavanderia si trova al 9° piano della torre principale. Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto di questo hotel e lo consiglio.

Uno dei posti migliori (se non il migliore) in cui soggiornare nella zona di Shibuya, specialmente se sei in partenza per Yokohama, Kawaguchiko e così via. Molti ottimi ristoranti nell'edificio dell'hotel ed è a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Shibuya, sia dalla stazione della metropolitana che dal terminal degli autobus. Ma l'edificio è piuttosto vecchio e la stanza è fuori moda, sicuramente ha bisogno di un rimodellamento / rinnovamento. Nel complesso, ne è valsa la pena per quello che ho pagato.

Staff offered assistance the very moment the taxi door was opened. Warm reception and staff escorted me to my room and explained the amenities in detail. Tried three breakfast options. All good. Almost all staff were pleasant and spoke good English. Location was great as Metro station was just round the corner. View was splendid and I walked at the park for a while after breakfast every day. Only that the hotel was a bit worn out with small holes in bed sheets and a tiny spot of toothpaste was found near the sink. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Nice hotel at a nice location, easy connection to the JR station and AirPort Express train to Haneda airport.

This was our second trip to Japan within the past 5 years. Previously, we stayed at a budget hotel which was cramped and small compared to American hotels. For this reason, we decided to splurge and I'm so glad we did. Splurge on the deluxe room if you value space and comfort. It not only made a huge difference, but it made our stay even better. The deluxe room comes with a walk- in closet, huge bathroom, and the room itself was big enough for a King bed and sitting area with a couch and chair. The staff provided excellent customer service at all times. The hotel is not that close to a train station so be wary of that, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, this hotel is huge and navigating it takes time before you know where to go and how to get to the area's local restaurants and train stations. The hotel grounds have a beautiful Japanese garden with waterfall which rivals some parks. The only criticism I have about our stay is dining. As do all hotels, this one charges a huge price to dine on-site. You have access to local restaurants that are within walking distance for half the price. If you want to save money do a little research online and dine off-site. There are plenty of options around the area.

Great hotel close to stations and very walkable area with places to eat. Def recommend. A few things to note is that check in desk does close for the night. Other than that i dont see many flaws, rooms are spacious with nice views.

Il giorno successivo sono andato di nuovo a Shinjuku Via Inn, con un comodo trasporto e vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Shinjuku-sanchome. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli e il prezzo è conveniente, rendendolo la scelta ideale per viaggi d'affari o viaggi.

Spazio con balcone di fronte al famoso ponte arcobaleno. Vero vista decente. I membri del personale sono gentili e utili. Sceglieranno lo stesso hotel se ritorneranno a Tokyo. Provato il buffet con un prezzo ragionevole.

Very nice hotel, Big room size compared to tokyo standard. Lobby is quite big, Breakfast was also good with decent variety, just a suggestion if they can have no dairy milk also like soy or almond for those who are lactose intolerant or vegan. Subway is just below the hotel and TCAT station is 5 min away if you taking bus from Narita airport. Although we didnt have any lunch or dinner at hotel, they have good menu with many options. Was surprised to see vegetarian options also, that is a rare commodity in Japan.
