Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

Uno dei posti migliori (se non il migliore) in cui soggiornare nella zona di Shibuya, specialmente se sei in partenza per Yokohama, Kawaguchiko e così via. Molti ottimi ristoranti nell'edificio dell'hotel ed è a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Shibuya, sia dalla stazione della metropolitana che dal terminal degli autobus. Ma l'edificio è piuttosto vecchio e la stanza è fuori moda, sicuramente ha bisogno di un rimodellamento / rinnovamento. Nel complesso, ne è valsa la pena per quello che ho pagato.

Hotel di novità terribile, nei 4 piani superiori di un edificio di ufficio. Circa 320 t0 30 minuti a piedi a Shibuya, Ginza o Harajuku o 2 minuti a piedi alla stazione di metro. Il metro è facile da usare, poiché le istruzioni sono in molti linguaggi e si può pagare con monete, banconote o carte. Abbiamo pagato un po 'di più e siamo stati in una più grande stanza con vista 180 gradi. Il minibar generoso riempito ogni giorno. Il personale era al massimo. Il ristorante giapponese è al secondo piano, indipendente dalla noleggio. È un prezzo eccellente e giusto. La colazione era parte del nostro pacchetto e molto sopra la media. Se hai bagagli o non puoi gestire le scale, chiedi al taxi di entrare nel seminterrato da dove si accede all'hotel con facilità Tokyo non è economico ma sarò di nuovo qui.

Stayed 5 nights in a junior suite. Was concerned given previous reviews but they were far from the truth. Very large and comfortable accomodation, top class service, and prime location at a very reasonable price. It was heaps better than the Airbnb we got last year at a similar price.

Great, well managed hotel in the Ebisu district of Tokyo. I was here for three nights before flying home. As mentioned turn right after you exit the JR train station and walk all the way down through the tunnel to the hotel. I really like the the outdoor mall at the Yebisu Garden Place with it’s unbelievable food court. This place should win an award for a urban outdoor development with book stores, coffee bars , high end restaurants, hotel and train station. If I’m traveling with my wife I would stay here. If I m traveling with my teenage kids I would stay at the Hyatt in Shinjuku as it is closer to the action. I loved the 17th floor executive lounge for afternoon snacks and drinks . But I preferred the lobby lounge for breakfast as it had a better selection of items. I would not however pay $130 extra for the lounge. The rooms were very nice . I was so impressed with how clean the rooms and lobby were maintained. This is a world class hotel in the upper price range.

Abbiamo soggiornato in EN circa un anno fa e non possiamo quindi commentare molto su qualsiasi precauzione connessa alla Corona, perché non era pertinente allora. Tuttavia, probabilmente saranno idealmente preparati, come sono solitamente giapponesi. Ci siamo divertiti molto, soprattutto per il centro perfetto che rappresentava per esplorare Tokyo come visitatori di prima volta.Si trova perfettamente tra le parti occupate e più tranquille di Shibuya e lo consigliamo molto. Naturalmente siamo andati in camere più belle, ma è stato perfettamente bello e ragionevolmente costoso considerando la sua posizione migliore nelle città più popolari e costose del mondo.

We were looking for a close to the action hotel as this was our first time in Shibuya and did not know this part of Tokyo. The service from the Granbell team was accommodating. We had to do a room change, and they were understanding, as well as a late night bed refresh as we were surprised with a stain on the mattress/sheets. The front desk agent who helped with the bed refresh was so nice, and apologetic of the situation. The rooms are out-dated and could use some touchups(scratches on the floors/walls, dust on the fans, etc.). We stayed in the ”suite” top floor(1303) and it still needed some TLC. The rooms provided nice toiletries. We did not eat at the second floor restaurant(wagyu teppanyaki) or the first floor restaurant, but both looked fairly good even for foodies. Location is really great, close to scramble, other restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood is on the more quiet side of the crossing and Im glad we stayed over here(would recommend this neighborhood again). The super close yakatori's aren't great and may tell no to foreigners. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers, stag/hen parties or young couples who are looking truly just for a place to crash after a long day sight seeing/going out.

The room was a little bit small (although considered the norm for japanese hotels) but came equipped with a projector. Interesting feature but only serves as a novelty. The bathroom was quite squeezy as well. Overall, a decent stay with average service, would say it's more suitable for solo travellers. The location of the hotel is relatively near the station.

Room was small but it’s expected in Tokyo hotels. Free toiletries, tea and coffee that can get in the lobby of the hotel. Breakfast was ok. No daily room cleaning but it can be requested but not suggested, cleaning will be on the 3rd day of the stay and it’s upon request. Location was excellent the subway was literally an elevator away from the hotel and very close to Shibuya crossing.

The Tokyu Stay Shibuya is in a great location convenient to the train station and the Shibuya Scramble but on a quiet street. The staff here are helpful, though most speak very little English, and do their best to help. Some of the rooms are small though the corner rooms are more western-sized. We had plenty of space to spread out our baggage. The room includes the usual amenities as well as a very useful combination washer/dryer (the dryer takes a LONG time, by the way) and a sink with a few dishes. The internet is pretty good and the morning breakfast is simple and very Japanese (which we like). The desk does not seem to be staffed in the evenings and you’ll need your room card to enter the building. This is not a large hotel which means it is not usually crowded. There are some good restaurants around the corner and a 24-hour grocery with good take-away just across the street.

Questo posto è fantastico. E ' estremamente pulito e sembra lussuoso. Il letto era super comodo, non mi sentivo claustrofobico a tutti perché la zona che si ottiene è abbastanza grande con un letto grande e un tetto alto, quindi non si sente che si trova in un hotel capsula. Il personale è fantastico e utile. La posizione è centrale. quando viaggio di solito rimango a quattro o cinque stelle hotel, ma durante la stagione della cera Blossom tutti gli hotel di lusso sono stati venduti o sono stati ridicolmente costosi come tre o quattro volte il prezzo regolare. È la prima volta che sono rimasto in un hotel di castello, e non mi è sembrato di essere in una prigione perché era così lussuoso e pulito. Rimango tre notti a Shibuya e 4 a Kyoto e entrambi sono stati sorprendenti. Mi riferirei a restare qui ogni volta che visito il Giappone .

Located in a quieter part of Shibuya but close enough with a few minutes’ walking effort to the scramble crossing, shops and restaurants. It is uphill which may be of some concern if you have oversized or multiple luggages, and you need to hike them up a couple of steps to the lobby entrance. Not perfect but we loved our stay here. We had two king rooms that while small were nicely appointed, and aesthetically sufficient for our needs. I will say that if you travel with Full sized suitcases then this isn’t the place for you. Some wall hooks and a shelf would have been a nice edition but we made do with what we had available in the space. We booked two rooms, the second room was for our 14 and 11 year olds. I asked two months ahead of time for the rooms to be near each other and they placed us on separate floors, not ideal. Other families had rooms next to each other so I know it’s possible. But we made it work. The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the daytime cafe/nighttime cafe was awesome as well. The location of this hotel is outstanding. Super close to shibuya dining, shopping, entertainment, and the train but in a special calm little nook. It always felt great to return . I will say that you’re kind of on your own here. Checkin/out was completed on a kiosk and while there are always people in the “lobby” I was never actually sure who worked there. Checkout/in time can be pretty chaotic as it seems most people store their luggage In The lobby. But none of this would stop me from staying there again. This was our first time in Tokyo and having now been around the city I’m glad we chose Shibuya to stay in. Definitely glad I didnt pick a place in shinjuku!

Comfortable and clean stay! Room was small (but that is typical of Tokyo) Check-in was quite surprising as you speak to someone virtually over a screen (I believe it is for covid safety reasons) but there is still someone physically present at the side who oversees several virtual screens in case of any hiccups location was great, directly linked to Shibuya Station - but the entrance is a bit difficult to locate

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno di tre notti all'Hotel Shibuya Creston. Siamo arrivati prima del check-in designato e il desk front era gentile a tenere il nostro bagaglio in loro possesso. Quando siamo tornati, i bagagli erano pronti nella nostra stanza assegnata. Il check-in è stato molto rapido e tutti i dipendenti sono stati cortesi e gentili con l'ospitalità giapponese di prima classe. Si prega di notare che è comune per gli hotel chiedere e prendere una fotocopia dei vostri passaporti durante la registrazione. Nota che la proprietà verrà anche riscossa una tassa di città all'arrivo, quindi non si preoccupi di questo piccolo costo aggiuntivo. La posizione è sorprendente e è una perfetta distanza a piedi da tutti i punti caldi di Shibuya, così come il terminal ferroviario. Come misura di sicurezza, il desktop front controlla tutte le chiavi (tipo manuale di chiusura fisica metallica) e attraversa il riferimento del tuo nome alla stanza. Abbiamo trovato che era semplice e conveniente, poiché non ci richiede di spostare le chiavi e di utilizzare un'ulteriore misura di sicurezza. La stanza era in generale pulita; nonostante non fosse stata ristrutturata in modo moderno, potevamo dire che avevano sforzo e professionalità per mantenere un buon ordine. Abbiamo soggiornato in numerosi hotel durante la nostra visita al Giappone, e possiamo dire la differenza tra vecchio e pulito rispetto vecchio e sporco. La stanza comprende le mutandine disponibili, l'uso di biancheria da notte, bidet con sedile riscaldato e acqua bollente per ogni notte del nostro soggiorno. Nonostante le difficoltà di essere un hotel datato e una camera più piccola, ci siamo sentiti un grande valore per la zona Shibuya se la posizione è importante, il prezzo della camera è giusto per la zona e il personale era eccezionale. Durante il nostro viaggio in Giappone, abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte dei nostri giorni a visitare la stanza e poco tempo in camera, quindi questo è stato un luogo perfetto per noi per riposare per il giorno successivo di avventura. The beds, toilets and showers were very clean. However, I could not sleep well as the room was too hot in winter. Woke up sweating a few times and had difficulty falling asleep again. The slightly noisy fan did not help. There is no place to have a meal indoors, altho the roof terrace is great when it isn't raining. Coffee shop is too pricey so I didn't try it. Service staff were friendly and helpful. Guests should try not to talk in the dormitory after 10pm.
