Molto comodo perché collegato direttamente alla stazione. Reception gentile. Pulizia e pulizia della camera. Un hotel commisurato al prezzo. Voglio usarlo di nuovo!

Sent email prior arrival, not very helpful and they specifically mentioned they do not have concierge service, which is sad to hear as I visit quite often prior Covid, they were happy to help with everything, now they would just say they are not able to help 🤷🏻♀️
The location of the hotel is definitely 5 stars! Right in the middle of the city, it’s so convenient to go around for shopping or food
Room size is quite small, but not a big deal since we spend most of the time out.
But would consider trying other ones next time after seeing the change of service over the years 🥲

Amazing location. Amazing view from high floors.
Rooms are small, and not cheap. But, they are clean, and the shower was wonderful.
My single room was on floor 24. Beautiful view. I could see the beautiful lights at night and fall asleep. Lower floors don’t offer the nice view because other buildings and signs are blocking the view. They still have the best location though.
I recommend this hotel as long as you don’t require a large room.

Centrally located but not easy to find if it's your first time as it's not located at ground level. So far this is the only hotel (out of a total of 4 hotels for my trip) that comes with international AC socket. There are amenities located within the building (various restaurants and convenience stall). Smoking facilities available @ level 6, however, it's a small booth (instead of open-air) type which may stink up your clothing if there are multiple smokers at the same instance.

Very difficult to find entrance, though the Shibuya station is confusing as a tourist regardless.
Relatively easy check-in. We forwarded our luggage and they had it ready. However, we were charged a tax right when we checked-in, which was weird because we didn’t pay that for our other hotels. I was confused why because we booked through 3rd party.
Once we got to the room there was a very large beetle (about the size of a 500 yen coin) in the room. Pretty sure it was a stink bug of some kind. We were able to capture and flush it but certainly NOT a good impression. There was also a hair tie in the shower. It was not ours. For how expensive the room was, that’s ridiculous.
Toilet very loud when you sit down and takes its time. Shower water temperature inconsistent. Good view of the Shibuya crossing. Breakfast was OK. Definitely more Western than Japanese. But there was a good spread of fruit and the food was fresh and tasted good.
Check-out was easy. However, when we were checking out one of the elevators stopped working and there was a woman trapped inside. They got her out after at least 20 minutes and she was visibly NOT okay. Unsettling that the elevator broke like that and they had to pry it open (and how long it took to do so).
Overall, not impressed.

I have stayed at this hotel more than 4 or 5 times, and it has consistently been one of my favorites. The hotel's convenient location offers direct access to coaches going to both international airports, saving you the trouble of finding alternative transportation. While the rooms are on the smaller side, those with a view of the Shibuya crossing are particularly impressive. However, one aspect that has been disappointing is the lack of recognition or gestures from the hotel for returning customers, which makes it feel as though there is a lack of appreciation for loyalty.
