Spent one night at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, and would have moved to a different hotel if we had needed to stay longer. The place is outdated, and in desperate need to upgrade rooms and facilities. The room lighting is poor, which accentuates the shabby feel to the room and bath. The bedside tables have ancient light switches, there are no USB ports anywhere in the rooms, but the lack of air conditioning in the hotel is really the worst insult to a weary traveler who is given a room that is 80F and has a tiny window. Ice is available only on select floors, there is no convenient Lawsons or 7-11. We paid 24,000JPY for the night which is hugely overpriced. At least the staff were able to provide a circulating fan to help deal with the heat in the room, but it wasn't really sufficient. I would not recommend and will not go back.

友人と宿泊。当初温泉でも行くつもりがだんだん近場になってきて最終的には温泉無しで雰囲気だけ…と言う企画になってしまいましたが結果的に正解でした。場所はグランドプリンス内。入口は少々わかりづらく、なぜかフロントも玄関も誰も居らずロビーをうろちょろ。やっとスタッフを見つけ案内され4階へ。クラブラウンジでお抹茶とお菓子をいただきながのチェックイン。ラウンジは少々簡素で小さなスペースながらも客室は14室のみとの事なのでキャパ的にはこれでいいのかも。特筆すべきは、この高輪プリンスエリアの3つのホテルの(プラス花香路なので実際は4つ)ラウンジ全てにアクセスできる点(待ってましたw)これはこの花香路のみの特典らしくテンションが上がる。17時から2時間のカクテルタイムで全部制覇しようと言う、ゆっくりしに来たはずがエラいバタバタな企画に急遽変更！17時ちょうどに花香路のラウンジへ行くも先客なし。張り切った私達は恥ずかしい。飲み物はシャンパン、ワイン、日本酒、ウイスキー、良さげなジュース(笑)等少数精鋭。おつまみはプレートに盛り合わせで9品？ここのコンセプトが和なので和のセットです。その後下の階のラウンジへ行くも行列、新高輪はビールと昼間の残りのケーキしかなく、さくらタワーへ行くもお酒、スナックとも気のきいたものは無く、結局振り出しに戻る結果に。振り出しに戻った結果分かったことは、ここはカクテルタイムを過ぎてもお酒の提供があると言う事(オードブルは無し)最終的にここだけ利用するのが正解だと分かったので次回からはそうします。前置きが長くなりましたが、お部屋は旅館のそれと同じ設えで畳にベッド。窓からはお庭の眺めがよく、お風呂からもお庭が見えます(お庭からもお風呂が見えるのか？)バスルームは広くて気持ちが良い。私には不要なレインシャワーは無し。アメニティの化粧水類も無し(これは欲しかった)。朝食は部屋に運んでくれてお庭を眺めながらゆっくり部屋でいただけるのはありがたい。内容もちょっとした旅館くらいで品数も多い。 館内のスタッフは皆とても対応が良いのも特長。あとは温泉でも掘っていただけたら言うことなし。

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful yet understated property. It was a peaceful oasis just within walking distance of shops, parks, nightlife, easy transport to the rest of the city from subway. I was most impressed by the unobtrusive consideration from staff. I came a few hours before check in, asked to store my luggage for a good nearby spot to relax. The staff, seeing I was tired, instead offered me a slightly upgraded room that was immediately available for check-in. Throughout my stay I was courteously offered umbrellas to take as I walked outside, bottles of water after my workout, but never felt as though I were being hovered over. I will certainly stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2023 and had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for us because it is connect to the Shinagawa train station via a short covered skyway. Shinagawa can be easily reached via train from NRT or HND airports. I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I have been treated very well. All the staff I have encountered were very courteous and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view of the surround area. There is a 7-11 store near the entry to the hotel thus very convenient if I want to buy drinking water or Japanese snacks. The breakfast buffet is very high quality and very delicious. I had such a nice stay and can not wait to go back again

Grande posizione, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Vicina tranquilla, camera confortevole. Anche se il terzo letto è un letto di divano di tiro, è forte e confortevole. La camera è piuttosto piccola, se una persona si muove, gli altri devono rimanere sui loro letti. Il bagno è piccolo ma mi piace il sapone e lo shampoo di alta qualità forniti. Questo hotel può essere solo 3 stelle, ma il livello di comfort è oltre 3 stelle.

the location is the most convenient to traveling between Tokyo City, the Attraction Place and the Airport. the property is in a good condition to be next to Shinagawa Station where is the center of Shinkansen train and a local train in Tokyo. the hotel room is comfortable with all amenities to be using for short or long stay and there are more amenities to be able picked up at the front desk if any one would need more amenities.

La piccola stanza come si aspettava in Giappone. Un piccolo frigo (quasi carino) ma senza problemi. La normale stanza piccola si era resa buona. L'umidificatore ha lavorato inizialmente, ma poi ha mostrato luce di diagnosi rosse, anche se non ha influenzato il nostro soggiorno. Nessun problema con il condizionatore d'aria. La vicinanza dell'hotel alla stazione Shinagawa JR era fantastica. Molti adattatori di potenza non hanno un adattatore USB disponibile all'hotel, ma nessun problema se hai il tuo. Nessun problema quando chiedere la stanza da pulire. Corte alimentare disponibile nell'allegato A

La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda, basta attraversare la strada dopo essere scesi dalla stazione di Shinagawa. L'hotel è molto affollato soprattutto durante la colazione, ma ben organizzato, la qualità del cibo è buona e il personale è molto educato. Torneremo di nuovo quando viaggerò in Giappone in futuro.

Purtroppo non vedo la finestra fuori, ma quando sono arrivato presto e volevo scaricare il bagaglio, sono entrato in camera presto, dicendo che sono pronto e posso fare le procedure di imbarco.Sono stanco, quindi devo essere salvato.L'Apa vicino sembra essere una stanza molto piccola, senza bagagli. Sono soddisfatto dell'installazione del caffè (perché i miei amici vivono lì).L'hotel Dong Emergency di solito fidarsi di lui.Voglio rimanere qui.

Il grande amore è un lavatrice di secco nella stanza, dotato di 㳖 polvere, lavare i vestiti di notte e asciugare e pulire la sua casa ogni giorno, è molto felice!

Hotel meraviglioso in una posizione notevolmente buona. Gotanda non è spesso sulla lista per i visitatori a Tokyo, ma è sia sulla Yamamote Line che sulla Toei Asakusa Line (con servizi di treno diretto all'aeroporto di Narita!). Super conveniente - 15 minuti a Shinjuku o Ginza, 25 minuti a Ikebukuro o Akihbara. L'hotel è dotato di bagni in tetto liberi - un altro raro trova a Tokyo. Molte attrazioni e persone molto utili per la ricezione. La mia madre è stata colpita dalla dimensione, anche come un viaggiatore di esperienza in Giappone. 10/10 cinque stelle!

La posizione è buona. 5 minuti a piedi da JR gotamba e JR osuki. Anche 20 minuti alla stazione JR Shinagawa. La stanza è accogliente e confortevole. Per una persona 2/3 giorni è buona. Ha frigorifero e aria condizionata. Il servizio è davvero buono e gentile. Mi hanno aiutato con alcune domande molto facilmente. Probabilmente il personale pulito potrebbe essere meglio, come ho trovato dei capelli nella mia stanza ogni giorno. Ma in generale è un ottimo hotel, secondo il prezzo a Tokyo. Intorno all'hotel ci sono molti posti per pranzo e cena, e anche molti supermercati intorno, come 7/11, Lawson o Mart familiare. Mi permettono anche di lasciare il mio bagaglio prima di entrare, e anche durante il check-out potrei lasciare il mio bagaglio lì per qualche ora. In generale è una buona raccomandazione se si desidera viaggiare a Tokyo e soggiornare in un hotel economico.
