Hotel location is good. Hygiene wise not that great. Cups and sauces in the dinning room are stained. Room telephone is dirty and dusty. Breakfast is always the same menu. Overall good place to stay.

We have arranged for a mega get together in SRM ,as a part of silver jubilee get together of RECT Batch of 1999. Amazing experience we had. The facilities are class apart. SRM's front office , house keeping, restaurants, Banquets team,room service are extremely professional and friendly. Special mention of Ms Patricia- Front office ,Ms Latha - Restaurant did an amazing job in ensuring that we had a best experience. Keep up the good work.

I enjoy so much staying in this hotel very warm welcoming everyday greeting I get. Very polite people. The Room is good. It feels like home….. I enjoy my view with al of trees. The food is amazing. It suits my taste. Local delicacies are varies. The crew are very helpful explaining how the food is prepared. I thank to miss. Latha and mr.A .John who did very good job attending us in dinning room. Front desk personnels are very informative. Mr.Mustafa is the person you should talk to if you need some assistances. I thank him very much. I would love to come back to this hotel in the future.

Located in the prime location of the city, this hotel is very clean, The room decor was very nice. Crisp clean linen, hygienic bathroom, beautiful city view from the room. 4.75 should have been the correct, 0.25 deduction for the commodes rest absolutely fine. Rooms large, bubble lift, fabulous dining both the main and dakshin one. Food quite good, honestly all food tastes same but expected few apples, no issue. Vijay from dinning area is just fabulous. Great guidance in helping with orders, another guy name not knowing also great, even know the amount( 300 gm )of prawn fried rice. Food cheap parathas i think heavy just 120. Front desk balaji and abarna also good. Again special mention VIJAY

Best hotel in Trichy. Comfortable stay in SRM . Food , cleansess, ambience, staff behaviour and everything was good.Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to airport . I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Trichy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was the incredibly accommodating staff. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel right at home. A special shout-out goes to Patricia, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and when we were unsure about where to go for the day, she took the time to suggest some amazing local spots and even gave us great tips on the best routes. Thanks to her, our day was seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place with exceptional service!

The service was extremely friendly and I found that food is hot and fairly good tasting. In honesty the biryani I ordered was pretty bland but the other dishes were really good. The waiter Ashraf here was extremely friendly and his undeviating attention

This is an old hotel and shows its age. Although, the rooms are large, the bathroom fitments are from another era. The air-conditioning was the worst. I don't think the HVAC system has been cleaned or maintained regularly. It was difficult to breathe in the room, with a heavy dank air coming out of the duct. 'Will never stay at this property again.

A couple of days back, we had arranged a get-together at the hotel. A few days before the party, we contacted the guest relation manager, Patricia, for assistance. She was very polite and helpful. And although she was away on a pilgrimage on the day of the get-together, she co-ordinated with the banquet sales coordinator, Suganthi and made the necessary arrangemets. Our thanks to Suganthi. The tables were set out well in an adequately lit area. The food was great, as was the service. Our thanks to the two smart gentlemen who waited on us. The ambience was superb. The Chef arrived at our table to get a feedback on the cuisine. All the guests enjoyed the food, service and ambience. Overall, a great evening we'll spent. A special word of appreciation and thanks to Patricia for her dedicated service. Thanks to all.
