My recent stay at Hotel Deepam in Tiruchirappalli was a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful staff who were friendly and informative. My room was clean and comfortable, and the included Wi-Fi was a welcome amenity. A big highlight of my stay was the adjoining Sanggetha Restaurant. The food there was excellent, offering a delicious variety of dishes. It was incredibly convenient to have such a great restaurant right next door, especially after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location is also quite good. It's within walking distance of the shopping area, which was perfect for browsing and picking up some souvenirs. Overall, Hotel Deepam provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip to Tiruchirappalli. I would definitely recommend it to others, especially those looking for a budget-friendly option with a great restaurant nearby.

I arrived at a busy weekend time and staff went out of their way to find me a room which ended up being a twin but extremely confortable, clean and chic, hot water wifi television etc. Really central near the bus station and travel everywhere. good tuk tuks/taxis staff went out of their way to help with a travel agent (the manager was fantastic) and even though it was a difficult situation were brilliant, professional and honest to a fault. Brilliant value for money, breakfast, varied good food..included. lunch/dinner available

A very mediocre hotel that tries hard.After informing them that our arrival would be 3 hours late , we arrived to a ery smelly( old socks type) room and a bathroom with no water . The plumber was dispatched , batheolm was declared out of order and then we were moved to another.Imagine my horror when there was no water in this bathroom also ! Much stomping in and out , then they discovered , that they had not run the water motot for water supply ! So 20 mins later , water was available and i could use the bathroom .

Booked an interconnected executive twin room of 306sqft. But was surprised to receive a terrible room with twin bed with 100 sqft Had to fight with the management there was no interconnected room in the property and all their rooms are of same size. I still want to know what is the difference between twin room and twin bed. Or is the hotel hiding the issue by allocating twin bed room instead of executive twin room. There was no amenities available in the room as mentioned in the booking. Had to carry one water bottle from reception. No towels were available. Upon call they provided 2 towels for 4people. Bathroom was terrible in that room. So tiny as not enough to move around. Upon further discussion with management, they allocated family suite room since we informed that we are checking early morning. Overall it was an unnecessary issue.

SSathyanarayananJMolto bel hotel con una camera pulita e buona custodia. Molto vicino al tempio principale. Proprio vicino al Gopuram esterno come si entra a Srirangam dal lato di Amma Mandapam. C'è un ristorante sotto l'hotel che serve cibo bello e delizioso. Il ristorante è indipendente e quindi si dovrebbe regolare la fattura separatamente. Tuttavia, l'alloggio include colazione gratuita che è servito dal ristorante. Molto ideale per visitare il tempio e soggiorno confortevole. Sono anche organizzati per darshan. Il parcheggio è ampio - 4 coperto e 4 aperto. Prezzi ragionevoli e ci è stato aspettato e ci sarà un nuovo viaggio in futuro.

UUtente ospiteWe had booked directly at this hotel. This hotel in located near Chathram bus stand but in a narrow lane behind a popular jewellery show room - no parking whatsoever. People with cars (or even two wheelers) - give this hotel a miss. Even at the time of booking they made it clear that wifi would not be good. On arrival, the person at the front desk was busy on the phone and asked us to wait. Took a few minutes to check in. Handed us an AC remote and that was it. No person to help with luggage, no one to show how the controls in the room work etc. We had alerted them an hour before the arrival as it was a long trip and we were very tired. The room was not at all ready. No towels, no toiletries, no phone to call the front desk. You have to go in person for each and everything. He is always busy on the phone and makes you wait. He gave one towel grudgingly, though he knew we are two. Arrogant, uncaring attitude of the front desk guy spoiled our mood. Towels were worn and not in good shape - we decided to use our own. The room and bathroom looked clean, but there were cobwebs on the bathroom ventilator. The inside of the toilet bowl was filthy. Posting a picture here would be repulsive. There is only one plug point in the room for all your charging needs! If you need to switch on/off the lights, you have to get up from the bed - no controls on the headboard of the bed. Decent LED TV with a set top box and decent selection of channels. AC controls were not intuitive and takes some figuring out. Once done, the AC worked well and provided much needed relief from Trichy's sweltering heat. Bed was medium comfortable, pillows were lousy. What could have been a value for money hotel with good fittings etc is spoiled by poor service, poor design, cleanliness/maintenance and very poor guest relations. Avoid this place.

UUtente ospiteQuesto è essenzialmente un hotel indiano, quindi se siete un straniero che visita Trichy, che pochi lo fanno, e se siete, e preferite la scena locale piuttosto che il finale, saprete cosa aspettare, e essere onesti, le camere non sono troppo cattive. La foto che ho visto non è come quella che ho visto, ma tutte le altre foto sono rappresentative. Non aspettare troppo dal personale, ma si occupano dei requisiti di base, quindi non abbiamo avuto lamentele. Il ristorante interno è cambiato. Era nell'edificio principale, e si occupava di una buona varietà di pasti. Ora è vicino, e la qualità dei pasti è diminuita. Non importa, proprio lungo la strada è un ristorante molto bello (Kerala Mess), anche se non si apre fino alle 10:00 - se vuoi un omeleto, dovrai aspettare. Per colazione, posso raccomandare la joint locale vicino all'ospedale GVN - grande chai, caffè e vadi. Il punto principale che si dovrebbe sapere prima di prenotare questo posto (a parte la difficoltà di prenotare online dall'esterno dell'India - utilizzare Make My Trip), è che si trova nel mezzo di un basar - esp basar a crap-crap. Intensificare le folle in pomeriggio e sera.Finché vi piace navigare attraverso le folle indiche, è divertente, altrimenti può essere un incubo. Abbiamo appena raggiunto i limiti di questo traffico, e non sono certo che cosa faranno queste aree di mercato in India, in quanto il traffico e le persone si stanno scontrando in futuro.
