Great service and very good breakfast ! 20-minutes walk to the Tottenham stadium and 1.5 hour to the Heathrow Airport. Will do it again if go for HotSpur’s match.

Not the best experience I had. Room is clean and this might be the only positive.

Lovely location and we had an upgrade to one of the best rooms upon arrival which was as a surprise! Lovely breakfast but Could do better with cleanness of the hotel.

I have stayed in Premier Inns before and have been satisfied with them. However, this one was significantly worse than the others. In serious need of refurbishment, better cleaning, better trained and knowledgeable staff. Rooms below standard for cleanliness, fittings and finish, and just to top it off a fire alarm went off at 05:00 in the morning with no explanation provided until the morning.

Very basic, very tired rooms, not the cleanest not a good bed or pillows, but in saying that, it did the job, someplace to stay overnight. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom had stains and not the cleanest.

Stayed at Premier Inn Edmonton for a football match. On arrival the door lock was faulty but I was quickly transferred to a nearby room which worked fine. By way of apology I received two bottles of wine and a box chocolates (see attached pic) and parking fee was waived, thank you for that. Overall good experience and recommended. Please note the parking website YourParkingSpace suggests that the car park is full, but that's not necessarily the case and there's often plenty of free spaces. So before you pay for any separate parking, it may be worth taking the chance on turning up and paying on the spot using the app from the sign in the car park.

The room was dirty. The room had clean towels and bed was made (hopefully with clean sheets), but the toilet was not cleaned, trash in the trash can, wet towels hangin behind the bathroom door and someone’s pink powerbank under the bed, so apparently the floor was not vacuumed. In addition, the carpet had a lot of stains and the hotel had a musty/moldy smell

Post code slightly off but apparently that is an ongoing issue. Anyway, the staff were very helpful and polite, Abdul one of the managers was extremely affable and caring to our needs. The room was standard but more importantly it was very clean as one would hopefully expect. The bed was super comfy. Finally, the on site parking was an added bonus.

Basically a very comfortable stay. Bed comfortable , pillows very supportive, chairs , shower great, nice lit up mirror, fridge a great bonus., corridors quiet and peaceful.Shame about the empty can under the bed. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Booked the rooms there because of Lee Valley athletics events. The staff was great and helpful. Clean tidy rooms. The area is industrial but its ok it didnt affect the hotel facilities. There is a 5 min walk to tescos for snacks and opposite there is meridian waters station. From there you can go to Stratford mall which you can find everything or change for city center. The stadium is 5 min away so you can book a taxi with uber. Parking is charged extra but its safe. Breakfast is as it needs to be with hot and cold buffet with limitless coffee so we where very happy. You can ask to have your room cleaned and also they had extra plug for c-type.

Gazi from the hotel was highly professional very good. Guy helped me with all my enquiries thank you. Gazi extremely happy polite friendly good food clean room the man from the hotel helped me with everything even sorted me a table in the restaurant

Very helpful helped me with early check in I was super early I got there at 8 and I was in a room by 8:15 even tho I was a whole 3 hours early for early check in the lovely man got me into a room before 11am which meant I didn’t have to wait. Really good service
