Hotel in zona Conad Albania shpk, Tirana

We booked a room to ourselves so had separate toilet and shower. Nice room, although barely space to put stuff on but considering the price and location, still excellent value for money. Melissa and her sister (we'd assume she is your sister Melissa, so very sorry if we got it wrong) are very nice, Melissa answered our questions of how to get where and recommended a nice restaurant. No kettle in the room but downstairs kitchen is for shared use - you can borrow cutleries and mugs/glasses, just ensure they are returned promptly. I saw some residents using the cooker etc. to cook meals, but we didn't do that. Guess would be handy. Nowhere to hang up washing in our family room but again, you can borrow coat hangers and there is an airer in the garden, so all basic needs are sorted. All guests we had talked to were very friendly too. If anything during our stay that was a bit strange, may I just mention (politely), was the lady working at the breakfast, I did not get her name because we barely had any conversation with her (as we usually do naturally and pleasantly with other service staff, everywhere we visit), but from our first ever communication with her, we felt that she was not very approachable. We felt as if we were being scrutinised and the contact was just cold, with reflection, we couldn't think of anything that we had done wrong, and deemed ourselves good guests (like we already clean after ourselves and were always polite), and we did not eat a ridiculous amount of food compared to other guests we had observed (it's a breakfast buffet upon booking, right?), so we couldn't think of any reason why we felt the lady was not very willing to help us from our 1st morning in the kitchen (a big contrast to Melissa and her sister). Not sure if there was any miscommunication or simply personal bias, what bothered us more was the lady seemed a lot nicer to some other guests (and when I checked again the reviews, there were lots of nice mentions of the breakfast lady, which just made we feel even worse, though we were not sure if those were talking about the same lady), Anyway, I tried not to take it personal and we had no idea why it made us feel that way, but this was the only thing that made us feel uncomfortable during the stay, every thing else was very good, so overall, we should give a top score. C’è poco da dire! Sicuramente una tra le migliori strutture nei pressi di Tirana! Servizi eccellenti, pulizia totale, e personale di alta professionalità! Le stanze sono larghe, spaziose, con dei letti singoli da una piazza e mezza, che, nel caso di una matrimoniale vengono uniti! All’interno delle camere è presente un frigo bar di ampia scelta, una TV da almeno 40º, Kit Stiro, Asciugamani, Accappatoi, creme corpo, etc.. Insomma, non manca davvero nulla! Un 5 stelle a tutti gli effetti!

Ottima colazione! Lo adoro! E il primo wifi. Voglio restare di nuovo.

La stanza è molto grande e comoda, l'ambiente è molto igienico, la posizione è anche molto vicina alle attrazioni. Se si prenota a Trip.com, hai bisogno di What app *************** per contattare il proprietario per ottenere i dati di check in.

Hotel nuovo, con tutti i comfort, vicino alla piazza principale da cui far partire ogni spostamento a piedi o coi mezzi. Concept di arredo stile Scandinavo, lineare, moderno. Materasso TOP e confortevole. Reception disponibile, anche a stampare le carte di imbarco per il ritorno. Non sempre rispondono alle email mandate prima di partire, ma sono attivi su Instagram se avete un profilo lì coi messaggi privati per info extra. Colazione solo con costo extra da prenotare, ma eccessivo il prezzo per una coppia visto il costo della camera.

Il migliore di tutti gli hotel che ha vissuto a Tirana.Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto veloce e il servizio è anche 10 punti.Il migliore è che ci siano due piani di fumatori, e per le persone che fumano.Molto buona scelta.

The staff, especially Sara at the front desk, is unbelievable. We stayed here a week ago when we arrived in Tirana and were looking forward to another night before we departed. The room is soooo comfy, EVERYTHING works beautifully and breakfast was great last week when we stayed and I have no doubt it will be great tomorrow AM before we check out. Rooms are luxurious! 2 hours after we checked in the front desk called to check on us and if everything was ok. When I asked if possible to get another bottle of water she said she would send 2..and she did..so quickly. This the way service should be and my wife and I appreciate it so very much..kudos to this wonderful hotel, its management and Sara. WE LOVE IT HERE!

Ho visitato molti paesi, e in hotel di ogni tipo, e in qualche occasione mi ha toccato chiedere “checkout tardi” o ciò che è lo stesso “uscita tardi” perché il mio volo di ritorno a casa parte molto tardi quel giorno. In questo caso ho pagato quasi 600€ per quasi 2 notti, erano 3 notti, ma la prima notte sono arrivato alle 2 del mattino dell'aeroporto, cioè quasi 2 notti, quando in Albania gli hotel sono molto economici, ma ho preferito prendere una catena conosciuta per caso, E AL RICHIEDO TARDO CHECKOUT DI 2h perché il mio volo usciva alle 18:50h di sera, Ml GIORNO CHE NOOOO, quando l'hotel era appena svegliato e era praticamente vuoto!!!!!!!! Mi è sembrato molto male, ho dovuto fare giri per tirana e mangiare super tardi, per poter fare tempo fino alle 16:00 sono andato all'aeroporto. Ho intenzione di consigliare l'hotel? No!!!! , ho intenzione di tornare??? no!!!! Non solo per questo, ma perché è lontano dal centro, il ristorante Terra dell'hotel è molto caro, e guarda che a me quasi nulla sorprende, ma la differenza di prezzo con il resto della città, mi ha sorpreso molto. Abbiamo chiesto di mangiare mini cucchiai di maiale iberico e un Angus rib e 2 acque, e ci hanno prelevato 135€, quando al ristorante ERA, che è a 50 metri dall'hotel, lo consiglia TripAdvisor, e ci ha costato un risotto eccellente, e 2 cucchiaini di angus da 1.200 grammi con guarnizione di funghi e verdure, più pane, più 2 acque, più una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, follia!!!! E tutto era molto bene, quindi i prezzi dell'hotel non sono giustificati. L'hotel è bello?? Si!!! , è comodo??? Si!!! E' praticamente nuovo, l'hanno inaugurato poco fa, ma questo non dà diritto a che ti coprano 5 volte di più per mangiare nelle loro strutture, è a 1 km e mezzo o più dalla piazza Skanderbeg e di tutto ciò che si deve visitare per la capitale dell'Albania. - Grazie. - Grazie.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was sooooo friendly. They kindly did some laundry for me (5 euro surcharge ) The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. I recommend letting the front desk know if you want breakfast, I didn't realize I had to do this, but they still accommodated me last minute which I appreciated so much. Breakfast is not included in price. Cute cafe on the lower level and great location! I hope I can visit again someday.

Bella piccola hotel situato in un tranquillo quartiere vicino al Grand Park, anche se la nostra camera (”Ksamil”) era in realtà nel fondo dell'edificio (nessun problema con questo, lo sapevamo quando facemmo la prenotazione), La camera è stata molto spaziosa e pulita con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno grande, molto gentile e utile per il personale di lingua inglese. Il parcheggio dietro l'hotel ha una capacità limitata, ma fortunatamente non c'erano troppo ospiti con le auto, quindi siamo riusciti a sfruttarla al meglio. È una buona idea lasciare la macchina all'hotel e andare al centro città con un taxi (a piedi ci vorranno 30-40 minuti). Sembra che la maggior parte dei conducenti di taxi non siano familiari con questa parte della città o l'hotel stesso, quindi probabilmente dovrete insegnargli dove entrare nel lago delle piccole strade dove si trova l'hotel (per un viaggio a o da Skanderbey Square si prevede di pagare 350 - 400 ALL)
