Il servizio è molto povero. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, ho detto che abbiamo prenotazioni senza pagare. Ho anche pagato la stanza di Trip.com mezzo giorno prima. Ho visto l'ordine al cameriere, cioè non pagato. Io e i miei amici siamo stati alla reception per più di mezz'ora e finalmente il servizio clienti di Trip.com è stato risolto, Il servizio clienti di Trip.com è molto paziente per aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Invia anche il buono in contanti di Trip.com come compensazione. Infine, ho trovato un po'di conforto nel cuore e sono molto deluso per l'hotel.

We spent two nights at the Hotel Reghina Blue. We have some very positive comments about some features and enjoyed our stay, but it could easily have been made much better. The hotel is situated further than we anticipated from the city centre. It is a good half hour's walk to Victory Square. We discovered later that there is a useful tram line (no 6) but there was no information about this at the hotel. There is free parking in front of the hotel and in a car park at the side. The hotel is modern and is decorated with interesting old photos of Timisoara buildings of the past. Our room was large with plenty of space for our luggage. It was clean and stylish. The bed was a little firmer than I like. The bedside lamps did not direct light to the bed and so it was not possible to read in bed, and it was necessary to get out of bed to turn them on and off. Otherwise it was a pleasant and comfortable room. The bathroom was fine and the shower worked well. Wifi was free and the signal was strong. On our first night we dined in the hotel. We had only just arrived in Romania and did not have any local currency and so thought it would be easiest. We had a very decent meal. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking as we were almost the only people there, but the hotel could not do anything about that. Breakfast was included in the price and was a self-service buffet. Some of it was very good: cold meat and cheese, bread, cakes and fruit. The hot offering was less appealling. It looked as if the fried eggs had been on display since the restaurant opened at 7am and were still there an hour later. The sausages, too, were lukewarm. If these items had not been present I would have thought it an excellent breakfast. The staff could have been more helpful. Only the breakfast waiter made an effort to be welcoming to guests. We found on our first evening that the safe in our room was not working. Perhaps it needed new batteries. We told the receptionist who came to have a look. She was not able to solve the problem herself and said she would get someone to come and deal with it the next day, but this never happened. We were given a map of the city which was very useful but we were given incorrect information when we asked about changing money and buying a ”vignette” to allow us to drive in Romania. We were directed to a bank along the road but this was closed and looked as if it had closed down a long time previously. Fortunately a very helpful lady in the travel office next door helped us to buy a vignette online and directed us to a nearby exchange office. The staff in the hotel really should have done this. They could also have told us about the tram mentioned earlier in this review. We only found out about it when we went to the tourist information office in the centre of the city. There was a pleasant courtyard garden and an outdoor swimming pool which we would have enjoyed if we had visited in the summer.

Convenient location - walking distance to the city center, yet away from the downtown hassle. There's a nice café at the ground level of the building and an Italian pub in the cellar. The flats are large and classy furbished. Modern equipped bathroom and smart TV, contrasting with the vintage furniture. Stayed in a business apartment. Easy check-in and access with the access code received via WhatsApp. Came by car and found parking next to hotel without problem. The breakfast, served in the Italian pub, was rather poor - a few cold (ready made) omelets, some veggies, cold cuts and sweets. I asked for a warm omelet, expecting the cook to prepare a fresh one and received one of the cold omelets reheated (tasting worse than the cold omelet). Therefore, in my opinion, is better to book the accommodation without breakfast and get your brunch elsewhere in the city - there are so many options around. Another detail that I disliked was an ugly church right across the hotel, which ruined not only my view but also my Sunday morning, with a noisy religious service.

Although I read on the Internet that it is located in a dubious area, I can say that I do not agree at all. On the contrary, it seemed to me that the hotel is in a very quiet area, full of houses. The hotel benefits from a free parking lot, both in front of the entrance, 2-3 spaces, and 100 meters away, a really spacious parking lot. The room smelled very good, the staff was very ok, and I can say that the breakfast was good. Price-quality ratio, the hotel deserves your attention.

First of all not to be confused this hotel is called Hotel Continental. I must agree with many travelers saying it is dated, but it was OK for us for a one night stay. Hotel location is excellent being in the very center with all attractions in a 10 min walking distance. In front is a big parking lot - payable on weekdays, free on weekends. Probably the ugliest thing is the exterior - a classic communist era concrete block edifice. Lobby is big, check in was fast with kind staff explaining all amenities. Room was OK, dated again - specially the bathroom. Satellite TV and small mini bar, average beds, AC set to max - couldn't turn it down, so it was hot like in sauna. Breakfast was good. Pool is fair in size, heated, but very overcrowded - seems that also non-guests can use it. Hot tubs looked dirty with stain water and jets didn't work so did not use it. Overall, considering the price, location and amenities it was good for a night stay.

Recentemente ho avuto l'opportunità di rimanere all'hotel NH Timisoara, e in generale, è stata un'esperienza positiva. La stanza era comoda e ben mantenuta. I letti erano cosi' comodi, e apprezzo l'attenzione alla pulizia. Il Wi-Fi era affidabile, essenziale per il lavoro. Il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e accogliente. L'ispezione e l'ispezione sono stati semplici ed efficienti. Ho apprezzato la concierge Cristina per le raccomandazioni locali.

Si tratta di un buon albergo vicinissimo al centro, con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le camere sono ben attrezzate ed i servizi sono di buona qualità. La colazione è buona, ma non aspettatevi grandissima varietà. Se però volete allenarvi, lasciate perdere, la palestra consiste in una stanzetta dove sono ammucchiati tre attrezzi in croce per fare un po’ di cardio. Sauna non pervenuta, la porta era chiusa, quindi non so dirvi. Nota di merito per il ristorante, con ottima qualità del cibo e varietà di scelta. In più è aperto tutto il giorno con orario continuato fino alla sera. Personale cordiale. Ah la macchinetta da caffè del bar purtroppo non funzionava durante il mio soggiorno. Comunque come albergo mi sento di consigliarlo soprattutto se non avete eccessive pretese perché la posizione è davvero il top.
