The only one thing confusing was bath floor without heating. Having balcony would be a great benefit as well.

房間環境非常好，床超級舒服，超級軟！！酒店環境也很美！最關鍵的是服務員的服務超級棒，不愧是五星級酒店！

酒店果汁可以自製，無添加劑，印象深刻。另外，該酒店是機場附近最好的酒店，值得入住。價格再優惠些就更好，另外希望能夠提供接機服務。

服務很差。人還在房間。Housing keep 人直接開門進來。晚上停電5次。

We arrived late at night and were immediately assisted by a very kind and efficient staff. The bedroom was beautiful, well laid out and the bed's mattress. extremely comfortable. We had an issue of needing to leave later in the afternoon and they were extremely understanding about our emergency situation. We were a brief 6 minute ($5) cab ride away from the center of town.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The experience started with a complimentary glass of Prosecco as we were checking in and continued in a similar vein for the two nights we were these. Every single member of staff was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were kind and friendly but never intrusive. The pool area is really nice and the spa is great. The room was extremely comfortable with quiet but effective air con and a lovely soft bed. Very nightly recommended.

From the staff being very nice and welcoming, the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet, the size of the rooms, the comfortable beds it is difficult in mere words to convey the efforts made to pamper their hotel guests. “Mac” was helpful in recommending restaurants to try out in Timisoara. The Tresor Le Palais is the best hotel we’ve enjoyed in years. See the contrast of this 5 star versus the so called 4 star we reviewed in 2022 in Timisoara. Now I better understand the difference between heaven and hell.

We had an amazing experience with this Tresor Le Palais last weekend for our wedding. The service was outstanding, and the event was exactly what we had hoped for. I was so pleased with the service I received from Cristian (Head Event Manger) leading up to the wedding and throughout the day. Cristian and his team went above and beyond to help us create the perfect wedding, even bringing the warmth and sunshine. Catalin (Reception Manager), Dragos and David the team on the Reception gave us the luxury service expected for a 5* hotel throughout our 4 day stay. Helping myself and our 17 guests continue the wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Tresor for your luxury stay or event. It is close to the airport and city centre.

We stayed for one night only, since our flight was delayed. It’s not in the heart of the city, so the location is quiet and relaxing. The service is very good and the staff most welcoming. The pool is in excellent shape and provides more than enough places to sit or lie down.

Fabulous 2 day stay... staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The food and drink was superb, would recommend trying the Romanian wine too!! Will definitely return and would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Timisoara. The city itself is rich both in history and lovely people. A nice stroll along the river to the Rose Park in the centre takes about 50 mins.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The room was luxurious, comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. There's a fabulous walk / run from the hotel into Timisoara next to the river with lots of trees. Can definitely recommend.
