il servizio è fantastico! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Nan e Jane. La cena è deliziosa e soddisfa una varietà di cucine occidentali. Una raccomandazione definitiva!

Nice view, and the place is neat the subway. However, the swim pool is not in the another building, and is not appropriate for the people who wanna “swim”.

Disappointing Experience at Twinkle Hotel, Hangzhou My stay at Twinkle Hotel in Hangzhou left me with mixed feelings. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. However, several aspects of my experience were quite disappointing, enough that I regret my decision to stay there. Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff to be somewhat indifferent. While they efficiently checked me in, their lack of warmth and smiles made them appear disinterested in guests' experience. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was its advertised pool. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel doesn't have a pool of its own. Instead, guests are directed to a nearby pool club, which, to its credit, was nice. However, the hotel misrepresents the pool service; they only provide a one-time ticket for the entire stay. If you wish to use the pool again on another day, you must pay an additional 128 RMB. This crucial information was not disclosed during booking, which I consider to be deceptive advertising. Another disappointment was regarding a promised free gift of digital version pictures, as stated in the booking. When I inquired about this at the front desk, they claimed to have no knowledge of such an offer. This inconsistency added to my frustration and left me questioning whether the fault lies with the booking app or the hotel itself.

VERY COOL BATHTUB

Good location with alot of food and supermarket just right downstairs. The room and facilities is all very new and nice. Super love the comfy home feel and the staff here is all very helpful. Will defen come back here to stay again if I’m coming.

環境不錯，從前台就可以看見外面的江景，對面就是大金球，服務很好不輸於五星酒店，小李幫忙給房間安排了，空調也提前開了，還送了蕎麥枕頭，很暖心。電視也很大，方便調屏，夜景好看，很大氣，約了拍攝，拍的也很出片。

酒店挺高端的，工作人員也很有禮貌，服務很好，喜歡大堂的歡迎紅茶很香，謝謝小王的接待，幫忙開取了發票和賬單。房間的裝修也很喜歡，清新淡雅的風格。還有咖啡機泡茶機，水果吃的。對面的江景也很不錯，有機會會再次來的。

去大蓮花看演唱會，訂了這家，地理位置很好，離地鐵站不遠，樓下有很多吃飯的地方還有超市。酒店房間挺乾淨，江景也很美。唯一美中不足就是洗手間燈光不太好，沒有化粧鏡，不便於女生化粧。 合作的隔壁天台游泳池，孩子們玩得很開心，不願意回家，算是此行的一大亮點。訂房間還送5張旅拍，天氣熱，就在酒店裡麪拍的，笑玩旅拍小傑效率很高，拍的也不錯，好評
