Had a lovely one night stay. Check in with Fiona was very welcoming and efficient. The welcome drink is a nice touch, especially if you’re on your own. Used The Nook a couple of times. I felt the 80’s music in the sauna wasn’t necessary but if that’s your vibe! Breakfast was busy and I had to wait a few minutes to be seated, another staff member on the door would be beneficial.

I was welcomed by the in-house pet dog that actually lives at the lobby, and I thought rather unique especially for a hotel in a city. Overall, it was pleasant stay.

服務非常好，早餐好吃，奈何房間確實太小，住起來並不舒服。

酒店的位置很好，房間也很乾凈，周邊很安靜，所以就睡的很好，就是早餐屬於英式早餐，不太對我的中國胃呀～

大英的酒店論性價比無法跟國內相比，不考慮價格因素的話，本酒店大概是格拉最好的酒店之一了。本次入住最想吐槽的是酒店健身房，擠在地下一個角落裡，房間巨小，更讓我失望的是沒有跑步機……
