We stayed at the Carlton Tel Aviv for three nights, starting straight after our wedding night in Netanya. Having told them it was our wedding when we originally booked, we turned up at 3am in our wedding outfits at the end of the night to check in, and found out we had been given an excellent room on the Royal floor (12th floor) with an incredible view of the Tel Aviv beachfront and Jaffa in the background. The hotel had even prepared, by our bedside, a bottle of fine champagne in an ice bucket with two glasses, along with a platter of freshly cut fruit for us to enjoy. Everything else about our stay was amazing - the rooftop pool and hot tub, the incredible breakfast - but what made us want to write this review was the small touches the hotel put in to make us feel special, be it the above or the multiple room cleans offered to us each day, the random knock at the door one afternoon with two small bottles of sun lotion with an “enjoy the sun, stay safe!” card, and the amazing smiles on waiters and waitresses’ faces at breakfast every day. One drawback - make sure the barmen downstairs are absolutely clear on what you ordered. We ordered two small beers and when they served us what later turned out to be the large beers, they only apologised but still charged us the same amount of money and expected us to tip them nonetheless. We were not refunded. That notwithstanding, we will definitely be coming here again.

Sono rimasto qui per 9 notti mentre ero a Tel Aviv per lavoro. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel ho chiesto di essere posizionato in un piano superiore invece della 5a stanza che ero entrato. Sono arrivato circa 2 ore dopo chek in tempo. Mi è stato detto che non ci erano camere in piani più alti disponibili. Quando il mio capo arrivava quattro ore dopo, era stata posta in una stanza in un piano più alto. Noi abbiamo prenotato la stessa classe di camera, ma aveva un status più alto di me. Sembra che non abbiano voglia di accogliermi per questo, mentre i guanti sono stati sostituiti per i primi cinque giorni, il bagno non è mai stato pulito, né le foglie sono cambiate - per 9 notti. Negli ultimi tre giorni del mio soggiorno, mi hanno preso le tue biancheria e non mi hanno mai rimesso nessuno.E il mio ultimo giorno, ho dovuto chiedere cinque volte a qualcuno di pulire la mia stanza. Dopo avermi promesso la quarta volta che avrebbero voluto, sono andato sulla spiaggia per due ore, solo per tornare a fare doccia e fare il bagno, e nessuno era ancora stato nella mia stanza. Questo è solo il servizio, le camere sono grossomente antiquate e ricche. Il tessuto era dipinto ovunque, la doccia era arrossata e il muro era scalzando le pareti. La strada per la spiaggia è vicino alla spazzatura, che in 110 gradi di calore è fisicamente nausea per camminare. Non consiglierei il mio peggior nemico di stare in questo hotel.

Un piccolo hotel boutique nel centro della città. La nostra camera (802) era molto bella - grande, moderno, confortevole, pulito, con due bagni (uno ‘al fresco’). Ci era anche un piccolo, attraente giardino tetto sullo stesso piano. È stato molto buono, anche se non così grande come si potrebbe arrivare in un hotel più grande. Il servizio è stato amichevole ed efficiente, anche se la zona del desk front era un po 'crampata.

Il check-in è stato senza problemi, è necessario assicurarsi che tu abbia il biglietto blu con il passaporto, che si ottiene quando entra nel paese quando si accede, ma il personale è molto buono (bene durante il giorno comunque) Le prime impressioni sono state accolte da un pieno di torta, bevande e cibo mostra che mi è stato ordinato di provare (pensando che fosse per una conferenza) e che ha gusto bene, troverete anche un barbecue sul piano di ricezione e la sicurezza costante che è un bel toccamento. La camera è lunga e sottile e l'aria condizionata era molto buona e hai bisogno in un paese come questo, ho dovuto anche cambiare il numero della camera perché può diventare molto freddo, TV era grande con tutte le applicazioni più recenti costruite in come Netflix e YouTube e hai Una macchina per caffè pronta a partire, il bagno era pieno di toletta, ma la doccia piaceva lasciare un sacco di acqua fuori dal doccia, quindi guardatelo, come i sigilli della porta sono un po' vecchi. Il Wi-Fi è fantastico e sempre e si ottiene un segnale mobile fantastico se si deve tenere in contatto. Il colazione è una festa di opzione, dai piatti locali ai caffè assolutamente mentalmente spruzzato fatto fresco su base per tazza. Questo è supportato dal servizio, ma la squadra notturna può lasciarlo andare, ho trovato che il ricevitore dormiva sul divano una notte e mi sono fermato a tornare quando parlavo con un amico in ricevimento. È un hotel di tipo ”showbiz”, e hanno organizzato feste sul tetto, e il più grande e migliore di Israele è stato qui.Un buon posto per soggiornare, la zona intorno a lui sembrava un po' grossa e pronta e mi sono avvicinato da tre pescherecci o Quattro volte vicino all'hotel, ma non si è mai sentito insicurezza.

Su proposta di un collega, ho trasferito i grandi hotel a catena che di solito sono predefiniti, e ho scelto invece un hotel boutique per un viaggio d'affari settimanale a Tel Aviv. Questo è stato una grande decisione; il personale e l'alloggio dell'hotel A23 Boutique (selezionato a causa del numero elevato di grandi recensioni su TripAdvisor) ha reso il mio viaggio molto più piacevole di quanto mi aspettassi. Mi sono salutato caldamente al mio arrivo, e mi sono mostrato nella mia stanza, la stanza era pulita e confortevole, voleva solo un ufficio dove potevo fare un po' di lavoro. Ma anche la mancanza di un ufficio è risultata accettabile.Hanno un bellissimo giardino e tavoli confortevoli nel parola che si adattano perfettamente alle mie esigenze. Le colazioni dell'hotel erano molto belle, con piatti di gusti, cappuccino deliziosi, croissant e uova fatte per ordinare.Alla fine della settimana, avevo fatto amici con alcuni dei lavoratori di turno, e il mio hotel cominciò a sentirsi come a casa. Sono un hotel di convertboutique, sono il mio nuovo giardino, soprattutto per viaggi più lunghi. A23 mi ha convertito, e sarei sicuramente tornato!

La stanza era in una posizione fantastica, a soli tre isolati dalla spiaggia e nel cuore della zona di Dizengoff, che contiene una tonnellata di caffè, bar e negozi di vino! La stanza era anche molto più grande di quanto si potesse aspettare, pulita e spaziosa, con un piccolo ufficio, e aveva anche una cucina utile. Il gestore immobiliare è stato facile da organizzare il check-in e il check-out con e sono stati abbastanza gentili da fornire il check-out tardivo, così potremmo rimanere fino a quando non siamo andati all'aeroporto.

Ma ancora più impressionante è stato il personale sorprendente. Il mio aereo è arrivato alle 4 e sono arrivato all'hotel alle 5. Il personale si è gentilmente avanzato e mi ha dato una stanza. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Il manager e il personale hanno continuato a aiutare con le raccomandazioni del ristorante, un centro fitness vicino e un servizio di lavanderia. Quando torno a Tel Aviv, non considero nemmeno un altro hotel. Rimango certamente a Jacob Samuel sulla Dizengoff Street!

Stayed at this hotel on an organised tour, the room was nice and clean. Found the bar was not operating and appeared abandoned Attended the dining room with a group of 24 others, asked to sit together but was told by the female who appeared to be running the restaurant that large tables were only for groups and we must sit at tables of 4. Attempted to order a drink and book it to our room and was told credit card only, which we didn't have on us at dinner. The female who was in attendance looked at us with what appeared to be contempt, she was disinterested and just frowned. One of our group asked for additional table water and she scowled and rolled her eyes. The following day upon checking out we asked another unfriendly and disinterested reception female to book us a metered taxi. We asked twice it must be metered, she agreed and texted someone and told us to wait 15 mins, upon asking her how much she said approximately 80 sheckles. The taxi arrived and refused to turn on the meter stating it was 80 sheckles, we got out and walked to another taxi. The metered fare was 40 sheckles. Not a nice feeling when your hotel staff are in on the scam. Hotel room was adequate, you need to find friendly honest and interested staff.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights (16th & 17th May 2023) after leaving our cruise which had travelled from Miami USA and ended in Haifa, Israel. We travelled by train from Haifa to Tel Aviv then got a taxi outside the train station directly to the Shalom Hotel & Relax at Atlas Boutique Hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and were greeted at the entrance door by Yufus? Jusuf? (apologies if i spelt your name wrong) who lead us through towards the hotel reception desk. We were the first of a group from our ship who were due to stay at this hotel (booked by our travel agent) We were a group of 4 friends/2 couples. Within minutes of our arrival we were offered drink refreshments. The 2 ladies chose cappuccino and the 2 guys opted for a beer. These were quickly brought to us plus a plate of fresh baked croissants (told all were complimentary) Our receptionist (who we quickly found out had used to live in UK - Tottenham/London) was lovely, friendly and explained that although we were early as check-in isn’t usually until afternoon she would do her best to allocate us a room asap. We asked what the rooms where like as we hadn’t chosen them (our travel agent had included the 2 night in Tel Aviv in our cruise&stay package) We were informed our agent had booked the whole group into the hotels smallest/cheapest rooms, all with side views… but assured all were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as the Front back facing rooms. We enquired about upgrading rooms and we were fortunate that we were able to negotiate/purchase an upgrade to 2 beautiful superior spa rooms (with hot-tub) on 4th floor, with sea views, facing the front of this hotel. These rooms were outstanding. Fabulous rainfall shower in bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, really comfortable super-king size bed, minibar filled with complimentary soft drinks, a coffee/tea machine plus armchair, footstool and the fabulous hot-tub on a raised platform near the window. Also in our room was a complimentary gift of chocolates which was a lovely gesture by this hotel. A great way to spend the final days of our cruise & stay holiday. 👍👍👍👍👍 On the floor above us was a sun terrace equipped with daybed loungers, hammock, rocker chairs and table & chairs, plus gazebo and plenty of extra large sun umbrellas as/when shade was needed. The view from this terrace enabled us to see the sea and enjoy the fabulous sun sets each evening of our stay. This hotel offers it’s guests a fantastic complimentary snacks & drinks “happy hours” from 4pm till 6pm each evening in the ground-floor dining/lounge area. They provided tea, coffee, white wine, fruit juices, a selection of spirits plus an buffet of crisps, nuts, crackers, cheese, hot snacks selection, plus mini desserts of mousse, fruit and/or trifle. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. Il manager e il personale hanno continuato a aiutare con le raccomandazioni del ristorante, un centro fitness vicino e un servizio di lavanderia. Quando torno a Tel Aviv, non considero nemmeno un altro hotel. Rimango certamente a Jacob Samuel sulla Dizengoff Street!

Su proposta di un collega, ho trasferito i grandi hotel a catena che di solito sono predefiniti, e ho scelto invece un hotel boutique per un viaggio d'affari settimanale a Tel Aviv. Questo è stato una grande decisione; il personale e l'alloggio dell'hotel A23 Boutique (selezionato a causa del numero elevato di grandi recensioni su TripAdvisor) ha reso il mio viaggio molto più piacevole di quanto mi aspettassi. Mi sono salutato caldamente al mio arrivo, e mi sono mostrato nella mia stanza, la stanza era pulita e confortevole, voleva solo un ufficio dove potevo fare un po' di lavoro. Ma anche la mancanza di un ufficio è risultata accettabile.Hanno un bellissimo giardino e tavoli confortevoli nel parola che si adattano perfettamente alle mie esigenze. Le colazioni dell'hotel erano molto belle, con piatti di gusti, cappuccino deliziosi, croissant e uova fatte per ordinare.Alla fine della settimana, avevo fatto amici con alcuni dei lavoratori di turno, e il mio hotel cominciò a sentirsi come a casa. Sono un hotel di convertboutique, sono il mio nuovo giardino, soprattutto per viaggi più lunghi. A23 mi ha convertito, e sarei sicuramente tornato!

Ottima sistemazione nel cuore pulsante di Tel Aviv, camera moderna, spaziosa e soprattutto pulita -idem il bagno- Staff giovane e cordiale, ottima la possibilità di utilizzare gratuitamente le bici messe a disposizione dalla struttura, durante la bella stagione un giro sul lungomare è un'esperienza da non perdere ! Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
