I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa proprietà prima impressioni eccellenti la casa è molto elegante. Check-in e check-out è stato molto efficiente e amichevole come è stato la manipolazione dei bagagli . Le nostre camere (204 e 409 ) erano spaziose e ben presentate , come le camere da bagno e riflettevano l' eleganza generale dell' intera proprietà . Le strutture erano come si aspettavano in un istituto di cinque stelle, la connettività era buona, mentre i livelli di rumore per il sonno erano bassi nonostante i lavori di costruzione su pavimenti inferiori. Il personale in generale è stato molto piacevole che in Georgia non è sempre il caso soprattutto nei ristoranti , tutti noi che abbiamo affrontato avevano un ordine ragionevole di inglese , soprattutto per quanto riguarda la reception e i portatori di alberghi . L'hotel è stato dotato di un servizio di limone per l'aeroporto, che è stato meraviglioso, il conducente è stato molto utile e gentile e guidava in modo sicuro. Ho dimenticato il mio bagaglio di mano nell'auto dell'aeroporto dopo che siamo stati lasciati (tempo di panico) ma fortunatamente un telefono all'hotel aveva il conducente che ci riaccettava entro quindici minuti . Nonostante alcune delle recensioni non così buone abbiamo ritenuto che questo hotel fosse costoso per la Georgia , ma comunque era ragionevolmente premiato per il livello di servizio che fornisce . Il parere si basa su venti anni di soggiorno in cinque a sette mesi all'anno in un'ampia gamma di località in tutto il mondo.

The hotel is a short walk from the old town, the area has many visitors and cafes (I recommend PAUL) belonging to Freedom Square. A modern hotel with a beautiful design and an excellent restaurant with great views of the city. The room is clean and modern, the bathroom has a fantastic shower. The breakfast is excellent, varied and plentiful, especially liked that they cooked an omelet on site. The staff were courteous, friendly and exceptional service. I have to tell you about an incident that happened to me, at the end of the checkout, I forgot my AirPods Pro 2 headphones in the room. After I noticed that my headphones were lost, I contacted the hotel and after a while received a response from them that the headphones had been found and were waiting for me at the hotel reception. There is no doubt that the next time I go to Tbilisi, I will choose this hotel again!

Credo che ci sia un problema di bagno, lo spazio tra doccia e toaletta è troppo oetit, non posso tornare a casa. Sono grande di 1m90. Ci sono compiti sulle lampade, strisce sulle porte. Letto molto confortevole, illuminazione funziona molto bene. Mancava le spazzole a denti e dipinto! Housekeeping dovrebbe controllare le camere prima dei clienti. La piscina è molto buona, buona installazione! Colazione molto buona. Direi che gli standard di un hotel a 5 stelle non sono presenti, anche a livello di servizio di accoglienza resta molto fondamentale, ma senza più, mi aspettavo un servizio migliore comunque. Il pasto all'ATI era molto buono, ma la cameriera è molto giovane e molto gentile deve approfondire queste conoscenze in F&B. Il capo è venuto a spiegarci il suo piatto, molto professionale.

Piano di soggiornare per qualche giorno a Tbilisi, abbiamo scelto questo hotel. Prenotavano due camere. Il nostro volo è arrivato alle 4:00, ma nonostante ciò, ci aspettavamo all'hotel - il manager e i cocktail locali. Ci sono state offerte camere per la scelta. Le camere più divertenti del terzo piano sono spaziose e più leggere. Solo per essere consapevoli, non c'è ascensore e c'è una piccola scala in legno sul terzo piano. La vista dalla finestra non è particolarmente attesa, tutto è molto stretto intorno. L'hotel è in una tranquilla strada, ma molto vicino a molte vicinanze e caffè. I ragazzi hanno una veranda di strada accogliente, apparentemente il colazione si svolge in estate. Non c'era frigorifero, TV, tazza di tè nelle stanze (se fosse importante per qualcuno), ma non ne avevamo bisogno. A proposito, il tè poteva essere bevuto in qualsiasi momento in cucina. Le letti sono comodi, piacevole di avere scarpe. L'acqua calda è, nessun problema. Era molto caldo nella stanza e abbiamo aperto la finestra, altrimenti era caldo. Per pulire, devi appendere la piastra con una richiesta di pulire.Colazione: era deliziosa, a casa, la tavola era coperta dalla nostra parrocchia. Ci sono dolci, due salate, tostapane, yogurt, formaggio, frumento, succo, tè, caffè, mele, dolcezza.Wifi è buono.

A new hotel that is less than a year old, with a modern, minimal and practical design located in a quiet street a few minutes' walk from Freedom Square. The breakfast is located on the basement floor and there is a variety of food to choose from. The room was spacious with a large window (302) and a great shower and nicely furnished. The hotel staff was very friendly and patient and tried to help in any situation that was needed. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the Freedom Square or other interesting points in the city such as the Peace Bridge and more. Great value for the price and recommend this hotel

L hotel ha un ottima posizione, in pieno centro storico, nonostante questo la camera era silenziosa. Bellino il terrazino presente in camera e la sala colazione con buffet ( buona la parte salata, scarsa la parte dolce) al 4 piano . Personale alla reception pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Non ho gradito che il servizio delle pulizie della camera non fosse di mattina/ primo pomeriggio , ma verso le 16/17..orario in cui noi tendiamo a rientrare per fare una pausa e spezzare la giornata..poi in camera mancava il bollitire con the e caffe( nella descrizione della camera era citato) Per finire non capisco perchè mettano un copriletto singolo ad uso matrimoniale..però è bastato chiedere ce ne portassero un altro per risolvere il problema, anche se cosi praticamente si doveva dormire separati

The location is very convenient, close to Liberty Square and to the old city. The double room I had was very nice, well furnished and equipped. Same for the bathroom. Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.
