Hotel in zona Park, Tbilisi

Il Novotel Tbilisi Center è bello, pulito e tranquillo. Tutti i membri del personale dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli, utili e parlano inglese perfetto. Il ristorante al livello superiore è molto bello e accogliente, cibo di base. Tornerò in questo hotel la prossima volta che vado a Tbilisi

This is a new hotel without many reviews currently. I imagine as it acquires more reviews, it will quickly rise up the hotel rankings. I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2023 and left thoroughly impressed. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor with large windows which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. I was also very impressed with the AC system. Being I had just spent 5 days in Germany where the AC was never cool enough, I was very appreciative. I slept very well here. Breakfast is perfectly satisfactory. The hotel is about a 1 KM walk to the popular sections of Tbilisi. However, the neighborhood the hotel is located in is worth spending some time in as well.

Excellent new hotel, good and satisfying breakfast. The location of the hotel is really excellent and is in the center close to everything. Spacious and clean rooms, we had a lovely balcony. The service of the staff was excellent, we really connected with them, they helped us with every question. A highly recommended hotel.

Hotel fantastico! Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente, sono utili con raccomandazioni per viaggi e informazioni sui siti. Grazie Mariam per il vostro aiuto. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, bellissime, splendide viste, e letti molto confortevoli. Le camere offrono cioccolato e acqua da compiacere, e la posizione è ancora migliore, a pochi passi (meno di 5 minuti) ci sono negozi, ristoranti e caffetterie con belle viste sul cammino. Forniscono anche ombrelli per giorni molto sole o piove. A mio parere, la stella dello spettacolo è il spa, una splendida piscina sotterranea, sauna, stanza a vapore, jacuzzi, sala salata, camere di cambio e cibo/bevande gratis (cookie, liquori, tè, limone e acqua regolare, e frutta). Questo è il posto dove stare a Tbilisi, e torno per il massaggio scrub e il viso.

From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely accommodating, answering all our questions and explaining everything about Tbilisi to us. The room was immaculate and breakfast was bountiful and fresh. The restaurant on the 5th floor has beautiful views and great food quality

Questa è la nostra prima volta in Georgia e l'hotel ha aiutato a alleviare alcuni dei problemi che abbiamo avuto durante il nostro viaggio. Sebbene il numero di persone che potevano aiutare durante il giorno (magazzinaggio solo fino alle 9 pm) e alcune altre questioni che erano state prese in considerazione, il soggiorno e il comfort complessivi erano punti da celebrare. La camera era spaziosa e il controllo della temperatura era posto. La TV era grande e vi erano film gratuiti da guardare. La pulizia generale e la custodia durante il giorno erano lodevoli. Il tubo era posto e aveva un sentimento di lusso. La vista era qualcosa che usciva da un libro di romanzo, e il letto e le mutandine erano qualcosa che dovrebbero annunciare più, era molto confortevole! La piscina è molto bella con temperatura fissata su una costante 27 gradi. La palestra è molto piccola, ma tutto quello che una persona ha bisogno per il loro allenamento normale è lì. La sauna e il spa sono anche molto ben mantenuti. e i lobby e le sale di ricezione mi sentivano come se fossi in un hotel a 5 stelle, con un massimale molto basso. La colazione era qualcosa che devono migliorare, posso dire. la selezione, per un colazione contenente era molto limitata, al punto che il nostro terzo giorno, non mangiavamo altro che uova perché è stato molto redundante. le scelte anche Non era così buono (2 su 8 mani erano due ovo-base), ma, gridando a tutta la fronte del personale di casa, come erano molto acomodanti e sempre lì per aiutarci. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era molto piacevole e la mia famiglia lo godeva davvero. Siamo stati uccisi dalla Georgia con alcuni piccoli trucchetti qui e là, ma sicuramente ritorneranno e non cercheremo mai altri hotel, tranne Marjan.

L'hotel è stato molto situato in una zona centrale, vicino alle attrazioni, ristoranti e ai trasporti pubblici, rendendo così incredibilmente facile esplorare la città e godere di tutto ciò che doveva offrire. Inoltre, le tariffe dell'hotel erano molto affidabili. Confrontato con altre strutture della zona, era un furto. Ho apprezzato l'accessibilità, soprattutto considerando i prezzi elevati degli hotel in questo popolarmente destinazione turistica.

I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I stay in 2-3 hotels a month. So I appreciate friendly and accommodating staff. The front desk staff that greeted me, Salome and Tamar, were great. They were friendly, nice, warm and positive the whole time I was waiting on my room to be prepared. They went above and beyond what was necessary. The room is simple, which I prefer. It didn’t have that leftover smokey feel that some of the hotels I’ve stayed in Tbilisi have had. You can order room service, but since you are near good restaurants, I’d recommend that instead to experience the local food. You are also a quick taxi to anything for really cheap.

First nights in Tbilisi and we stayed in this hotel as it is very convenient for coffee shops, supermarket and a scroll around the city. There was only 1 front desk staff available during our stay, so we were unable to ask for translation assistance for our taxi ride. However, we ended up renting a car and the hotel also provides an underground parking area for hotel guests which was great.

I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!
