I like the location bc it’s so comfortable to reach tourist attractions I’d like the hotel worries about labels and directions inside them bc it was not so easy to find our room at floor But it’s good especially for a short stay

能不住這家酒店就不住這家酒店吧前台從你進門辦入住一直在玩手機，安排的是另外一棟樓沒有電梯的房間也不告訴你怎麼過去，就在那裡一直玩手機，房間很臟都是頭髮發黴的味道。

โรงแรมดีค่ะ แต่อยู่บนเนินสูงไปหน่อย ใกล้โบสถ์ Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi เดินไปใกล้นิดเดียวค่ะ อาหารเช้าโอเคค่ะ

Really forgettable experience. First they gave us rooms in the part of the hotel that had no lift. We had to take stairs and carry our heavy bags to our rooms ourselves! There was no hot water in the bathroom and every time we requested the reception kept saying it will be available in 15 mins. But it never did. One of the rooms was stinking really badly. There was no variety in the breakfast and it felt like we had to beg for even simple things like hot milk. Overall a horrible stay. Won't recommend to anyone.

We expected more from this hotel after seeing the good and positive reviews. We checked in through Holiday Factory. At first it was informed to us that we are getting two rooms which are connected. Then Holiday factory changed the travel document, and I missed to notice the rooms were changed to a singe triple bed room. When we got into the room, there were only two beds and the third one was a sofa. We had no other options but to adjust to it. We badly needed a Kettle in the room as the temperature was very low, even after requesting it for many times we did not get one. The worst problem we faced was in the morning for two days, water was not available in the washroom, and it delayed us to go out for sight seeing, it was good that our tour guide agreed to wait for us or else we would have missed it.
