Clean , modern hotel . Rooms are relatively spacious, pool sauna and gym are very good. One of the best city hotels I've stayed in.

Wow, the hotel was so brilliant. Starting with my arrival, the staff at reception was so welcoming and knowledgeable, they just set the tone for the stay. The restaurant were great and the food was amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and really smart. Loved the touch screen features for the lights and messages to the housekeeping staff, very clever. The spa and gym was a small space but beautiful, thought it odd that children were allowed in there. Just an observation as to the amenities, perhaps a specific family time would work well, rather than have it distract from adult rest time in the spa. After all, it is a spa and nota public swimming pool. Regardless, a great hotel with lovely staff and I would without a doubt use the hotel on my next visit. Thank you Swiss hotel for a lovely stay.

Value for money and great rooms.The hotel is in the best location Possible.The staff here are very warm and friendly,they attended to every request promptly and also the service is very fast. What you see Here you will never see in Western Europe in terms of Hospitable people.

What a beautiful property this is..... I've written a lot but the executive summary: beautiful rooms, ideal location, terrific food, and a responsive staff with a level of service MANY notches above the norm in Tbilisi! We were very impressed by all the little details that added up to a wonderful experience: from the use of impeccably hand joined wood panels throughout the hotel, extremely high-quality bed linens,  incredibly comfortable mattress, sound insulation, and even a very extensive "pillow menu" that included a memory foam that felt just like home. The elevators are very efficient and fast (wish this was a requirement in ALL hotels) and the soft lighting that magically brightens along the path to our room was a wonderful touch - made me smile every time. Breakfast is at the top of the hotel with amazing views, and a really extensive, well presented, and - most importantly - delicious breakfast buffet. Our experiences for tea in the lobby, room service (wow, what a burger!) and lunch at the asian fusion restaurant were delicious. Our stay was long enough to really experience the hotel. Initially meant to be seven days, we extended to ten. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we could stay in the same room for the entire stay despite being heavily booked. Definitely the staff is the heartbeat of the hotel, especially notable in a country not well known for enthusiastic customer service (yes, well aware that as Americans we may tilt too far towards the enthusiastic). Big shout outs to both manager Mariam and concierge Mariam. A room issue on day 3 was addressed quickly and above expectation by manager Mariam, moving us to an equivalent deluxe king that they rushed to get ready for us while really listening and addressing our concern - A+ for response. Concierge Mariam knows Tbilisi and hooked us up with terrific restaurants, tours and even a haircut.  The location of the hotel is perfect. From the views across the river or to the beautiful park across the street, everything feels special. Close walk to SO much or taxis are readily available through the local BOLT app. The hotel just feels 'right sized' also. Not a small boutique that misses any of the amenities, not too large that it loses the intimacy. AND, the spa facilities and gym are really well equipped (big surprise) and the pool is simply stunning.  It's been 7 years since I've felt compelled to write a hotel review here. All I can say, it seems that I will need to come back to Tbilisi at least once a year or so and I will gladly stay here again and again.

A quaint little hotel in the middle of Tblisi overlooking the park. Very courteous check in and helpful staff at the front desk specially Mariam. The rooms were cosy (we had a suite) with chocolates replenished every day of our stay with a personal message from the GM. The breakfast spread was again good, the hotel ambiance lovely and the hotel like I mentioned earlier scores brownie points due the smiling faces of the front desk. Totally recommended hotel for Tblisi

Perfect central location between two parks and close to old city, two steps away from Orbeliani palace, president’s residence. I’ve been there for lunch only, in the roof top restaurant and it was great. Super friendly staff, great food and a nice place in general

I liked the masseuse Nona, very professional massage, my wife and I have been to different massages, Thai massage, massage with oil and so on, Nona is a super master, I recommend! The room is very nice and clean, corresponds to the photo. Very tasty breakfasts, nice and polite staff. I liked the recreation area too, hammam, sauna, pool, everything is at the highest level!

cool spa! so relaxing and comfortable, I can recommend this experience swimming pool, sauna, steam room, salt room and also perfect massage. You can visit spa without living in a hotel, just pay your spa time. You are welcome, have a good time !

One of the best place I have ever visited .It has clean environment, great service, it is located in the center of tbilisi. i had the best time there. food is is amazing and everything smells so good . I personally was amazed by the gym and spa.fully recommend to go there with friends and family even for a business trip

The Swissotel is a great hotel. Tbilisi has lots of really good choices for your stay, and you should strongly consider the Swissotel. While the exterior is not particularly attractive, the interior of the hotel is warm and welcoming, with a stylish and cozy feel. The rooms are great, with an eco-friendly aesthetic, but where comfort is high. The service is quite good and you will be treated to a gorgeous view at breakfast. Lastly, the location is very good, as the hotel is tucked away down the street and around the corner from the city's main thoroughfares, making it quiet but still very convenient. If you are traveling for business or pleasure, this is a very good hotel and I definitely recommend it over the Marriott Courtyard. I also believe this hotel is very reasonably priced.

This is a brand new hotel in the heart of the city. It is close to the central square , a lovely park, cafes and restaurants. The front office was a bunch of nice girls who were very friendly and welcoming. The room was quite big , nice colors and functional. The overall decor of the hotel is warm and inviting. I had a breakfast there and the choice was excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Well done . I also ordered room service once. This is the only thing I would suggest improvement - the choice was quite limited , though the burger was tasty . I visited the spa which has a nice big pool and sauna. A great relaxing atmosphere in the entire spa. The check-out was also quick and pleasant. Overall it is an excellent hotel, probably the best in Tbilisi thanks to the lovely decor, location and the excellent hospitality of the staff. Will definitely return.
