At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

The room was the noisiest experience I’ve ever encountered. Throughout the night the street traffic with music blaring never ceased. The window treatments were peppered with gaping holes. The internet service kept going in and out. I checked out after one day and they charged me for 3 days which I booked. It was immediately intolerable the first night. The staff did not speak much English. They could not get a hold of a manager to speak with for three days Has I been more patient with the staff they would have given me another room son they said three days later. Big deal!!! I should not have been charged for the night I was there it was so bad. They scammed me.

Todo estuvo bien, la ubicación, el restaurante y todo. Únicamente tuvimos un problema con el detector de humo que de la nada en la noche empezó a sonar horrible cada determinado tiempo, pero luego se quitó. Habitación 418, fuera de eso todo bastante bien.

Todo excelente

房間極差，特矮，看起來像九十年代的招待所，沒有咖啡機，毫不隔音，床—如果能稱為床—硬的像木板，所有的物品感覺比酒店的歷史還長，早餐又貴又難吃。電視沒有節目。優點是確實看得見海，員工也友好。

Muy buena atención

Muy buena experiencia , personal amable, habitación muy limpia, y restaurat con buena sazon

La llegada estuvo perfecta ya que, nuestro avion llego muy temprano y nos atendieron con la mejor disponibilidad y pudimos hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista, muy amable todo el personal, esta al 100% con las medidas sanitarias de la pandemia, las habitaciones super limpias y comodas, ademas de que tienen vistas muy bonitas hacia el mar y el malecon.

This was a last minute stay and it turned out pretty good. Was clean and checking was quick. The only issue is one night went for dinner it was great. The next night we didn’t even finish our food. The prawns weren’t deveined (if anyone knows that prawn poop inside), and my spaghetti was like a can of spaghetti O’s. Other than that it needs a few upgrades with plumbing. It was a fun stay and easy to get around in a wheelchair.

I didn’t like how there was noise in the hallways I know it won’t always be there but when I stayed that happened. It isn’t the cleanest but it’s average just can be cleaner.

Good location, good size rooms ,very clean rooms. Only bad thing was the small drive way in front of the hotel for 2 cars only. I will book this hotel again in the future.

Great ocean view but on a busy street; very noisy traffic at night

There was no internet and i reported, they never fixed and I needed to work. Also the phine did not work and had to went down to report the failures. At the time of check out i asked service for my luggage but they didn´t arrived, I had to ask again losing time.
