Wr had fun experience during our stay at santika premier. The room Clean and the size not big and not too small. They provide toiletries such as tooth brush, cotton bud, soap. The breakfast mostly Indonesian, and provide western such as spaghetti and bread. At my second day stay, there were some different food from first day. For me the fried noodle was too sweet but other were awsome. Breakfast for xtra person about Rp. 220.000 at april 2024. The pool for kid and adult were small. The location very close to Bintaro xchange mall, about 1 km. The staff very friendly.

It was a very good choice, we had everything what we needed, very nice and friendly staff. They are absulutely amazing, they give full support and help in everything you need, quick answers all the time, even very late in the evening🙂

Very surprised by their services. From the first step I arrived at the hotel they always give me a friendly manner, the security staff, front office staff and restaurant staff all of them looks very sincere. I came in early morning and handled by Front office staff named Faris. Although it was at 6 am and he’s on his night schedule but he doesn’t look tired, he still welcome me with friendly gesture. I told him I was came to attend the concert at ICE BSD so I just do the registration and leave the hotel for preparation. Then I came at the evening after the concert and find out the cutest welcome treat from the hotel. I’m pretty sure that was his idea. My heart touched and I was very happy. Thank You Mercure, next I will recommend this Hotel to others.

I came for a short work visit that developed to extend for a long stay so I can say with confidence that my review is very reliable and reflecting what I seen . Hotel is really great . Advise you book directly you may get cheaper in particular for long stays . Staff are very very friendly . Absolutely clean hotel and amenities are great . Views from pool and high floors are just astonishing. Only issue is English speaking staff are not that many so you can overcome that with Google translate . Selection of food is great and the terraskota mall is just two minutes away with so many good bistros and choices.

Overall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

Most hotels tend to ignore such notes, but Tentrem exceeded my expectations by actually addressing them. This attention to detail was impressive and set the tone for a good stay. Check-in and Lobby Experience The check-in process was smooth and quick. The lobby is located on the 6th floor, which means you need to take the elevator twice to access the parking area. While not inconvenient, it's something to keep in mind when navigating the hotel. Room Quality The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. My room faced the neighborhood rather than the main street, ensuring a tranquil stay. This hotel could easily serve as a quiet retreat in the bustling city of Jakarta, combining luxury with peace. However, I did notice some noise from the upper floors, such as conversations and the sound of toilet flushing, which could be an issue if the hotel is fully booked. The only downside in the room was the shower. The water pressure was underwhelming and not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. Dining Experience The dining experience was mixed. Some dishes were excellent, like the Ketoprak, but others fell short. The Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng, which I consider benchmarks for Indonesian-themed hotels, were disappointing. The orange juice was a big letdown as well—sour, bitter, and not the quality you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. However, the variety of food offered at breakfast was good, though the taste and quality didn’t match the standards of competitors like Kempinski, Westin, or Mulia. Facilities I didn’t get a chance to explore other facilities as I was attending an event nearby. However, I’m looking forward to returning and trying them, especially for activities with my 3-year-old. Conclusion Overall, Tentrem Jakarta offers a luxurious and quiet experience, with some room for improvement in food quality and noise insulation. The staff's attention to detail and the peaceful ambiance make it a worthwhile choice for those looking to escape the city’s hustle. While the breakfast and shower pressure fell short of my expectations, I would definitely consider returning to experience more of the hotel’s offerings.
