MMaria Carolina RaisaWhat a great experience to have family staycation at double tree by hilton bintaro jaya. The hotel staffs were so friendly (we got yummy welcome cookies when we check in) and fast response to guest needs especially when there was any trouble with parking payment system. However it was solved quickly.
The room were very clean and we got a nice view from the our room.
The breakfast was also tasty.
The swimming pool was very clean and had a great view.
it also has a small pool for children and my son enjoyed it a lot.
Overall it was a great experience to stay here. We’ll definitely come here again when we want to enjoy another staycation.

IimeldaWr had fun experience during our stay at santika premier. The room Clean and the size not big and not too small. They provide toiletries such as tooth brush, cotton bud, soap. The breakfast mostly Indonesian, and provide western such as spaghetti and bread. At my second day stay, there were some different food from first day. For me the fried noodle was too sweet but other were awsome. Breakfast for xtra person about Rp. 220.000 at april 2024. The pool for kid and adult were small. The location very close to Bintaro xchange mall, about 1 km. The staff very friendly.

SsusisuziOverall I enjoyed stay at Aston. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room have balcony view and clean, you can see tall buildings in Bintaro at 9th level room, look with just view straight :). The technology google call also good, though my niece need to try few times to contact restaurant. Not familiar yet with this. Others there's fly came inside when we open balcony, so better keep close the balcony. I'd love to stay again for their hospitality. Thanks Aston~

118169363La ricezione è molto inamichevole, arrivo all'hotel alle 12:30, anche la stanza è pronta, ma chiedete di aspettare fino alle 2:00, dopo molto tempo lamentarsi, dammi la stanza. Quando chiamo operatore/ricezione dalla stanza, non c'è risposta ogni volta, servizio davvero cattivo.

UUtente ospitemaaf pak/bu kalau harus review jujur, pas pertama masuk kamar hotel bau rokok, kamar mandi bau pesing meskipun sudah disiram beberapa kali baunya masih ada meskipun berkurang, di bagian seprai tempat tdr ada flek darah sedikit ( padahal sy dan teman sy tdk ada yg sedang pms) dan di salah satu bagian seprai yg warna merah ada yg kotor warna hitam sepertinya seprai nya memang tdk dibersihkan begitu jg dengan kamar mandi, semoga ini jadi masukan yg baik ke depannya dan tdk terulang kembali, tks.
