La posizione è particolarmente vantaggiosa, proprio sul fiume Chicago e nei pressi della zona degli appartamenti di lusso. È estremamente comodo raggiungere il Lago Michigan, il Millennium Park e l'Art Museum. L'approccio al servizio dell'hotel è molto attento. Tornerò la prossima volta se ne avrò l'occasione!

Anche se la stanza è piccola ma è relativamente nuova, il carico è particolarmente conveniente, ha un busta USB, il bagno è molto piccolo, ma è abbastanza utile. Il traffico alberghiero è conveniente e non è più di 20 minuti all'aeroporto. Ci sono molti ristoranti coreani intorno, ci sono anche supermercati asiatici. In generale, buono, rapporto costo/prezzo, vale la pena raccomandare

JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

SsknoseyThe free breakfast is not a full buffet but a choice of egg and then usually fried potato and beefburger patty or slices of sausage. the rest was tiny yoghurt and bread for toast, or make your own waffles. there is tea coffee and hot chocolate. There was cereal and porridge but sometimes it is made so thin that its not worth eating.
There is no tea in the room, just coffee. The machine had a disposable tray but they ran out so I used the same one for 9 days for tea and coffee (i got teabags from the breakfast room). Housekeeping never supplied what you asked for first time, or even second. If you want something and ask at 2pm, you will get it if you chase a couple of times afterwards by 9-10pm.
There was also alot of messing about with respect to check out time. I am a member of the loyalty programme which is meant to give you an automatic late checkout. The manager gave it to me but then when I went back to ask about extending it further for a fee, it was clear the other guy behind the counter was on a power trip and the day before started saying I shouldnt have got it and as it was the manager, he wouldnt withdraw it but he could and I should only get an hour and be charged $25/hr after that etc. He was just a mean spiteful man who saw an opportunity to cause worry and distress and he did it. I had luggage to store and it was a late flight so I had to know whether to pack to store it to check out at midday, or 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 (they were messing me about with all times) but this is why I gave a 1 star for service. It is not at all professional but childish and spiteful. I had arranged the extended checkout days before and the day before they were messing me about when I had to pack and had a schedule of things to do? The worst service in any hotel I have ever been in. Hilton is no longer a 5 star experience it seems. 1 star for service.

JJamesThis place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel.

FFazal IIn generale, il mio recente soggiorno in questo hotel è stato un'esperienza positiva. Il personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole e accogliente, rendendomi benvenuto dal momento che sono arrivato.
La posizione dell'hotel era eccellente, con facile accesso ai ristoranti a piedi per cena. Anche se si trovava così vicino a queste strutture, l'hotel stesso rimaneva tranquillo e tranquillo, permettendo un riposo di notte.
La stanza era spaziosa e ben mantenuta, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole.
Il colazione offerto dall'hotel era di base ma soddisfacente, con una selezione decente di opzioni da scegliere.
La navetta aeroportuale e il prezzo sono stati i principali motivi per cui ho scelto questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteAttenzione ai diritti di parcheggio quando prenota questo hotel. Sono costretti circa $33.00 per notte per parcheggio. Questo è stato una sorpresa per noi quando siamo arrivati all'hotel dal momento che il parcheggio era solito gratuito. Ci siamo fermati per 3 notti, quindi sarebbe un costo aggiuntivo di $100. Il manager è stato in grado di darci un codice promozionale, ma è necessario dare le informazioni a un venditore di terza partita per ottenere questo. Il parcheggio era stato infetto da grandi ratti, e venerdì sera abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare più lontano dall'ingresso dell'hotel perché il parcheggio era abbastanza pieno e i ratti correvano intorno al parcheggio, vicino al dumpster. La mia famiglia e gli altri ospiti erano spaventati di andare all'ingresso a causa di questo, e non c'era altro modo per evitare di andare attraverso il gruppo di ratti.
La stanza era pulita e spaziosa.

UUtente ospiteRimasto per 3 notti - check-in il venerdì pomeriggio e fuori il lunedì mattina. Aveva la camera ADA e era per lo più a posto (non mi sbaglio mai un bagno), ma era stato sbarazzato dal fatto che non c'era nessun posto dove appendere i vestiti e nessun posto dove mettere i bagni nel bagno. Fortunatamente non dovevo impiccare nulla, ma sarebbe stato un problema se avessi portato vestiti, e per quanto riguarda il posto dove mettermi i bagni, ho finito di mettere il sedile portatile del doccia vicino al bacino e usare quella superficie. Spero che il sedile sia stato pulito un po' tra qualcuno che aveva il suo basso bastone e me l'ha usato come cappello. Per la mia vita non riesco a capire perché la gente progetta camere alberghiere senza preoccuparsi di sapere se effettivamente lavorano per stare dentro. Non mi ha anche fatto piacere la colazione in offerta. L'omelette ingegnerizzata e la giovenca in pacchetto non sono colazione. Non c'era assolutamente niente di sano in offerta, eccetto frutta - che era la roba che il negozio di prodotti alimentari non voleva. Le buone cose sull'hotel includono il personale che si adopera per soddisfare il cliente, una stanza pulita (compresa la carpeta), un posto a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni di Quincy e un sacco di parcheggio. Ma il parcheggio stesso ha bisogno di riparare (stava per lanciare un pomeriggio e i miei piedi e scarpe sono stati inghiottiti a causa dei fiumi che attraversano il parcheggio). In ogni caso, ci sono alcuni miglioramenti che potrebbero essere fatti, ma ho goduto del mio soggiorno complessivo e metterei l'hotel sulla mia lista di posti di soggiorno se ritorno in futuro nella zona.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel seemed a good value but we had a major issue. After several tries, even the staff could not get the key card to work. Another room was provided but unfortunately, we could not access medication, feminine hygiene products, toiletries, food/water. I deducted points from the service score as we were left without updates as to when maintenance would assist us. Trip customer service reported that nobody would answer the phone when they tried to assist us. It was not until I inquired that were were informed were would be locked out until the next morning. As a result, I had to go out and purchase necessities. Despite the cost and inconvenience all Trip.com offered was $5 in coins, which is unacceptable. The hotel said they would refund to our card but since we booked Trip the couldn't do anything.
That said, the staff was courteous and professional, one staff member even loaned us a phone charge cable which was appreciated.
The room itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and this was the best part of the stay.
Breakfast: I don't recommend the breakfast. The offerings were very similar to other hotels but preparation seems to be the weak link. For example, the sausage appeared to have just thawed and was colder than room temp. The eggs were watery with brown chunks in them, perhaps from scorching the bottom.
TLDR: Our needs were minimal and without our difficulties with the key cards and breakfast this would have been a good value. It's concerning that a hotel doesn't have a way to access a room in an emergency scenario.

UUtente ospiteAttenzione, c'è un costo nascosto: ”Verrà addebitato un supplemento di 25 $ al giorno per l'esperienza urbana a camera” presso questo hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. Il costo della colazione è molto complicato se avete pagato in anticipo. Innanzitutto, dovete sostenere di aver pagato in anticipo la colazione per ogni persona in camera. In secondo luogo, dovete chiedere e confermare alla reception l'importo del credito per la colazione che avete pagato (nel mio caso 38 $ a persona al giorno, tasse e mance incluse). Non è una colazione a buffet, dovete pagare un extra al momento del check-out se avete ordinato più del credito per la colazione. Quando ho chiesto se, se avessi saltato una colazione, potevo utilizzare il credito extra per il giorno successivo, le risposte sono state diverse da membro del personale.
Un hotel molto costoso, specializzato in grandi conferenze, non dispone di forno a microonde, frigorifero vuoto (su richiesta) in camera e piscina. Non sollevate le bevande e gli snack nella scatola sul tavolo (ci sono dei sensori sotto) a meno che non vi dispiaccia che vi venga addebitato. Il frigorifero è pieno di bevande. Avevo paura di toccarlo, persino il concierge non sapeva come aprire la serratura del frigorifero. Ma caffè e tè sono gratuiti. C'è una persona (non la governante) che viene in camera per controllare e riempire tutte le bevande e gli snack, compresi quelli gratuiti.
Abbiamo prenotato la nostra camera molte settimane prima, ma dopo il check-in mi sono accorto che i prezzi delle camere erano scesi rispetto a quelli originali, forse perché non c'erano abbastanza partecipanti alla conferenza.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era buono. Ho avuto problemi al check-in con le carte di credito e il personale è stato disponibile. La camera era pulita e il letto era comodo. L'unico problema era che il telefono era rotto e non si chiudeva, quindi l'ho staccato e ho informato la reception. Anche il check-out è stato semplice e la navetta da e per l'aeroporto è stata utile. Il ritiro è presso l'area navetta del Terminal 2 e porti la squadra lì. Se hai un volo molto presto, la navetta potrebbe essere una scelta incerta. Ho anche mangiato al ristorante che era delizioso e il servizio era buono.
