Hotel in zona LINSPA OU, Tallinn

Этот отель удовлетворил абсолютно все наши запросы. Расположен в тихом респектабельном квартале в 12 минутах неспешной прогулки до старого города. Большие комнаты. Современный дизайн. Комфортные кровати. Необычайно комфортное постельное белье. Продуманное освещение. Абсолютно ни одного повода для критики с точки зрения удобства и комфорта. Завтрак обильный, разнообразный. Он подается абсолютно одинаковым каждый день, но каждый найдет для себя необходимые и приемлемые опции. Мы путешествуем по всему миру и всегда останавливаемся в отелях со спа-центрами. Дизайн, удобства, предложенные в данном отеле, нам очень понравились. Великолепная сауна и турецкая баня, наполненная аромамаслом эвкалипта. Стеклянные стены, которые не ограничивают пространство. Комфортная температура в бассейне. Чрезвычайно эффективный подводный массаж. До оформления бронирования в отеле, я связывалась Olga Sorokina Reservations coordinator и получала от нее немедленную и эффективную помощь. Поэтому для нас большим сюрпризом явилось то, насколько хмуры, недружелюбны, не заинтересованы в клиентах работники front desk. Они выполняют свою работу, как будто отбывают наказание. При check-out мы даже не услышали дежурного ”how was your stay?” Только этот момент вызвал недоумение. В целом, отель, действительно, отличный.

L'Hotel Metropol si trova vicino alla città antica (la maggior parte dei musei, delle chiese e degli edifici governativi sono situati qui), e si trova anche vicino al porto di traghetto; consiglio ai visitatori di Tallinn di prendere il viaggio di due ore di traghetto a Helsinki. L'hotel dispone di due parti separate: il Metropol Spa Hotel (un hotel a 4 stelle con spa e piscina)l e il Metropol Hotel (un hotel 3-star). Il personale dell'Hotel Metropol è molto amichevole, le camere sono spaziose e si può acquistare colazione per €11.

We wanted to find a 5- or 4-star hotel for our stay. From *********** we found Adoryal Hotell, 4-star hotel close to the harbor. It looked good in the pictures and had good reviews and their breakfast had good reviews too. We were really looking forward to this trip. At first we couldn't find the entrance and had to go through Sadamarket. (Eventually we found the real entrance from the other end of the building.) We had four different rooms, (one standard one, two double bed rooms, and one deluxe one). The only difference between the double bed room and the deluxe room was a small private terrace and water kettle. One of the rooms had dirty bedsheets, most of them had dirty showers, some glasses in the rooms had stains in them. There were no amenities other than a hairdryer and shower cap, and only offered toiletry was handsoap. We went out to spend the night, and asked the receptionist to call us a taxi. We got two shady unmarked cars where you could only pay with cash. After that we only used Taxi Tallink we ordered ourselves using Taxilink app. Later in the evening we went to the hotel reception and asked for 7 champagne glasses. They told us they don't have many, but asked us to follow and see if they have some. They found a bucket where there were 6 champagne glasses, and they found one that was slightly different. Well, if that's all they have, sure, we'll take it. They told us to rinse the glasses with water and they should be good to go. When we looked at the glasses we saw that they were all dirty and used with fingerprints and lip stick on them. We told them that rinsing them with just water isn't good enough, we wanted clean glasses. What was their reply? They handed us a sponge and dish soap and told us to clean them in our room. We refused and ended up drinking champagne from normal water glasses we found from our rooms. (First time experience!) The breakfast was poor and bad. Cheese and ham and omelette and toast bread with coffee or tea and warm orange juice and water. We had to be careful when choosing a cup or a glass for ourselves, because many of them were dirty with stains on them. This wasn't the experience we were looking for. This wasn't the experience we paid for. We expected to have a nice stay in a nice 4-star hotel. This place is barely a 2-star place (we've had better stays and service in many 2-star and even 1-star places)

Abbiamo avuto un comodo soggiorno all'Hotel Bern a Tallin. È a pochi minuti dalla vecchia città a piedi. La stanza è sul lato più piccolo, ma molto funzionale. Ha un piccolo armario, una tavola e letti per mettere le cose su. Ha una connessione WiFi relativamente veloce. La nostra chiave della stanza non funzionava a causa della bassa potenza della batteria.Ci ci voleva circa 15 minuti per riparare.Sarebbe stato meglio se ci trasferissero in un'altra stanza e poi riparassero la chiave della porta.

L'hotel è situato nella città vecchia. La reception del check-in è stata gentile e ha fornito molte informazioni. Il personale della portineria ci ha detto ripetutamente che se abbiamo bisogno di portare i bagagli, dobbiamo dirglielo, e lui ci aiuterà a portarli giù. Il servizio in generale è molto professionale! Se qualche amico va a Tallinn, consiglierà sicuramente di stare a casa sua!

Questo hotel 4-star è sicuramente una scelta perfetta. È molto vicino alla vecchia città e tutto è così meraviglioso!

GREAT AND VERY ”RICH” BREAKFAST -THE PIZZA RESTURANT WAS WELLCOMING THE GUESTS. GOT TO KNOW FROM OTHER GUESTS THAT THE SPA IS CLEAN AND PLEASANT . THE RECEPTION STAFF IS VERY KIND AND HELPFULL . WANT TO THANK VERY MUCH TO THE RECEPTIONIST MISS ELERIN- SHE HELPED US WITH OUR BOOKING T THE FERRY VIKING LINE AND PRINTED AND MAKED SURE ALL IS DONE AND ON SAFE SIDE ,FOR THIS THANKS VERY MUCH FOR HER KINDNESS. Hotel in centro a Tallinn, praticamente perfetto. Ottimo cibo con buffet abbondante, sauna, piscine. Ambiente elegante e raffinato. Camera spaziosa con letto comodissimo. Personale gentile e disponibile. Vicinanza alle zone turistiche, a 2 passi dalla città vecchia. Consigliatissimo

Нету кондиционеров, вообще. Очень душно, за окном жара 27 градусов. Ночью пришлось спать с открытым окном, но на улице комары. В здании полным ходом идет ремонт, что тоже создаёт свои неудобства. Завтраки очень скудные. Бананы на завтраке лежали уже все черные. Персонал вежливый, спа отличное, бесплатная вода в номере. Сюда только ради спа, если просто остановиться на ночь, то лучше рассмотреть другой вариант.
