Il capo è molto bravo e può aggiungere qualcosa di app per comunicare.Nella cabina principale, il serbatoio è tranquillo, ci sono molti ristoranti, negozi convenienti, massaggi, lavanderia, eccellenti beni.Il capo può aiutare a organizzare il viaggio, 1500b unico, e il viaggio paga in contanti.

È stato così impressionato con questo hotel 5 anni fa che siamo tornati nell'ottobre 2023 e ci hanno dato la stessa stanza che abbiamo occupato prima. Questa era una piscina d'accesso che è un dovere se si rimane qui. Le camere sono grandi con un letto massiccio e dispone di tutte le strutture che potresti desiderare. Anche se non abbiamo mangiato i nostri principali pasti nel ristorante italiano abbiamo avuto colazione che copre tutta la varietà di cibi e uova fresche cucinate e bacon su richiesta. Il personale è molto piacevole e utile, per esempio il barista Tounchai che ci ha servito quotidianamente al bar della piscina durante l'ora felice con deliziosi cocktail. La cameriera (non ricordo il suo nome) ha pulito la nostra stanza 1123 e lasciato belle creazioni sul nostro letto.L'hotel è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicino a molti bar e ristoranti. Il mercato di Bang Niang, che è a 2 minuti a piedi, è aperto ogni Mon, Weds, Thur e Sat che fa cibo per strada e ha molti stalle. Le acque sono molto raccomandate.

My wife and I stayed for 13 nights on a b&b basis. The checkin was completed quickly and easily by the front of house guys along with a welcome drink. We were then whisked off to our pool villa across the lagoon by golf cart. The villa with private pool was fantastic and we were less than a two minute walk from the bar/restaurant ( Napalai) and other pools. We had our breakfast here every morning and were always greeted by Tee and Zar who were wonderful. The breakfast selection was great with hot and cold available. Our eggs were cooked most mornings by Diani. We did eat here a couple of times in the evenings and the food was great,a selection of Thai and European dishes. Barman Ko was great mixing our cocktails. There are a couple of other restaurants available on site along with a tailor ( we had a couple of shirts made which were very good) a tuck shop and a craft shop. I must mention our room maid Lai tar who made our bed and cleaned the room everyday with a smile. To the managers and owners of Apsara I would say that your staff are a credit to you.

Leaf Oceanside entrance is probably about 50 metres from the beach. The beach itself is not one of Thailands finest. It is very rocky and has very few bars or massage facilities on the beach. The bars and massage parlours are situated on the road to town or in town itself. The resort is about 800 metres from the town. The resort gardens are mature and well kept. The room we stayed in was large and had plenty of space for clothes. However the room itself was pretty sp**** and dull in decor. Chairs and a table are located in the veranda area. The chairs are uncomfortable and perhaps loungers would be more appropriate in this area. The pool areas are fine and there is a shallow area for infants. The loungers at the pool are uncomfortable and no cushions were present. The other Leaf properties had cushions available with the loungers. The breakfast was adequate but no variety on a daily basis. Drinks and food were slightly more expensive than local bars but food portions very small. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The external appearance of the hotel is better than the internal appearance. One small disappointment was after staying for 10 days we asked if a room could be provided for a shower as we had a later flight and had to leave our room at midday. We were offered a shower cubicle next to the toilet areas with no towels or toiletries. Only on complaining was a room in the massage complex made available. Our stay in general was acceptable but not memorable.

Неплохой отель, новый и современный с удобным расположением. Номера с интересным дизайном, достаточно просторные, но уборка оставляла желать лучшего- на полу обнаружили длинные черные волосы. Холодильник чуть живой, температуру не регулирует и напор воды в душевой слабый. Кровать и постельные принадлежности очень удобные, спать одно удовольствие. Территория отеля большая и зеленая, есть мини сад и мини зоопарк, где можно покормить кроликов. Пляж очень красивый и живописный в хвойном лесу, большое количество шезлонгов и диванчиков. Но, поскольку были в низкий сезон, в море зайти не удалось, а плавать в бассейне не возникло никакого желания- мутный и грязный и сам по себе неинтересный, просто небольшой прямоугольник в затемненном месте. Может просто попали под длинные тайские выходные, и в отеле было столпотворение. Завтраки тоже не впечатлили. Кажется и есть из чего выбрать, но еда так себе и выпечка была несвежая. Наверное, мы не сожалеем, что останавливались в этом отеле, но второй раз, скорее всего- нет

We travelled with 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids 8-12) and stayed for 2 weeks. This was our second visit to Mai Khao Lak and we were equally as happy. Stayed in the top section (pool access jacuzzi suite). Modern, clean room with a separate living room, which doubles as a kid's room. Walk off the balcony into private spa area which joins massive swimming pool. There are no shortage of wet options with 5 pools from the beachfront area to the peaceful adults only pool area at the top of the resort. Loads of choices for bars and food. The new Thai restaurant by the beach is very comfortable with great food. At the kids pool area there is another kitchen and bar with great lunch options. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is an hourly free shuttle bus from reception to town which is convenient, otherwise walk to the beachfront and you can get a tuk tuk (if you order through reception it will cost more!). Breakfast buffet is easy to navigate, with a huge selection of coffee / tea, fresh fruits / yoghurts, cooked food, cereal, pastries, cakes and sweets, loads of bread choices and cold cuts & cheeses. This was a big highlight for the kids and great way for us to all gather and catch up to start the day together. The beach and ocean are very nice, and the many options of beachfront bars, restaurants, laundry services and massage places are all within a 1-5 minute walk from the resort. We visited most of these during our stay and never had a bad experience. Kids club is awesome with plenty of fun and varied activities to engage the kids. If I had to fault something - the internet inside our room was poor, but in most other areas of the resort it was fine. So the 2 big questions... would we go back (a third time)? YES! and would we recommend it to friends? YES! Thanks to everyone at Mai Khao Lak for another memorable experience! See you next time!

Siamo stati in questo resort in occasione del viaggio di nozze mio e di mia moglie. Tutto meraviglioso. Partiamo dalla camera, bella, pulita e con vista piscina. Incantati. Per quanto riguarda poi il modo in cui ci hanno accolto ogni giorno nei diversi ristoranti e bar della struttura è stato davvero tanto tanto professionali. Ci e tanto piaciuto il modo di accoglierci di Herman, direttore argentino del ristorante centrale. Unico a parlare italiano, ha avuto sempre un comportamento che ci ha fatto sentire a casa coccolandoci con le leccornie della cucina e consigliandoci quelle un po' più adatte a noi. Grazie a lui abbiamo potuto godere ancora di più del posto. Anche quando per un piccolo disservizio in camera, abbiamo chiamato lui e subito lo ha risolto. Anche se non era di sua competenza. Un mostro dell'accoglienza. Uno che ama tanto il suo lavoro. Alla reception poi vorremmo ringraziare Pao e Popeye per come ci hanno accolto e supportato nel grande caldo del posto. Le asciugamanine ghiacciate sono state manna dal cielo per rinfrescarci dopo pranzo o dopo cena. In ultimo vorremmo fare un plauso a tutto il giardino. Che bello vedere a pochi metri dal mare le palme con i cocchi, l'erba sempre tagliata, le siepi sempre in ordine. Peccato che sia finita la vacanza e siamo dovuto partire. Ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio.

Stiamo soggiornando in questo hotel e siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta. È molto più piccolo dell'hotel sorella vicino alla porta e, sebbene non sia così lussuoso, è tranquillo, bello e a pochi minuti a piedi dal tratto principale di ristoranti e negozi. A soli 5 - 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia su un sentiero vicino all'hotel sorella, ci siamo solo mangiati colazione qui, che era perfettamente buono, anche se tendiamo a camminare in un caffè vicino per un caffè e torta davvero bello. Il mio unico consiglio sarebbe avere un bar confortevole e un posto a sedere. Ci sono solo il bar piscina che si chiude presto. Anche se potevamo stare al ristorante non è particolarmente confortevole e non l'atmosfera di vento che vogliamo. Sembra una perdita di opportunità di non avere da nessuna parte. In generale, anche se questo è un bel hotel rilassante.

L'hotel è stato il migliore che abbiamo mai soggiornato. Le camere sono spaziose con tutti gli arredamento di alta qualità, luminosa e pulita. Colazione, c'è tutto quello che potresti voler mangiare, il pane è fresco cucinato, omelete, salate, carne, sushi la lista continua. Personale estremamente bello e così utile, sempre sorridente e salutandovi con Sawadee khrap 🙏, abbiamo trovato questo anche fuori dall'hotel, non abbiamo mai incontrato persone simili. Le piscine sono senza spot e abbondante da scegliere, spiaggia carina con abbondante letto solare & ombra. Feliz orario 3 volte al giorno, cocktail amazing Mia Tia è stato il mio preferito 🍹 La città è solo un breve passo, ci sono molte negozi, ristoranti, bellezza/massaggio & Taylor’s. Ho avuto un vestito fatto a Milano, 2nd taylor mentre cammini dall’hotel. Il taxi può essere prenotato all'hotel, ma abbiamo camminato per strada e siamo arrivati in un camion aperto e sono andati a White Sands Beach, ben valsa una gita. È molto più economico prenotare i vostri viaggi fuori dall'hotel e c'è una vasta scelta di luoghi da visitare. Abbiamo fatto James Bond un brillante giorno fuori. Tutto in tutto l'hotel è eccellente, persone carine, perfetto ambiente e non possiamo aspettare di tornare.

Il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta. L'hotel non ha ascensore e aiuta a salire.La posizione è buona, vicino al mercato notturno locale, ma è un po'di distanza dalla spiaggia.La carta di soggiorno è persa. La reception ha detto che era necessario compensare 500 tbc all'inizio, ma l'ultima volta che andava, ha detto che era ragionevole compensare 300 tbc.
