Great location, about a 5 min walk to the Metro station and around 8 min walk to the TRA station. About a 2 min walk to the raohe night market.
Relatively clean but some stains in the bathroom or under the sink. Room is quite dust free due to the air purifier in the room.
Basic hotel with not much facilities but they have washing facilities if clothes washing is needed.
Service can be improved with a difference of day and night staff. Felt that the night staff were more helpful in general with the day staff being quite standoffish and not really willing to assist, they were not even willing to help call a taxi and asked us to download Uber instead.

One of the best things about this hostel is its location.
It's conveniently located near an MRT station, and there are plenty of food options nearby. Additionally, the Raohe Night Market is within walking distance. The facilities are acceptable. Although the elevator was functional, it appeared worn out aesthetically. As for the rooms, they were clean and tidy. We tried the mini-double room, classic, and deluxe room.
The staff were alright, although I didn't feel any warmth from them. The interaction felt purely transactional. The breakfast was decent, scoring a 3.5 out of 5. While it was nothing special, it was still acceptable.

L'hotel stesso è molto vecchio. VERY HUMID!!! Mi fa sentire l'acqua vecchia. Anche se hanno un deumidificatore, ma ancora puzza male e si può vedere le gocce d'acqua sulle pareti. Il 20 marzo era piuttosto freddo, ma la stanza dopo le 6 pm era 14C. Chiamato il ricevitore per aiutarmi, hanno detto che non hanno alcun sistema di riscaldamento.
Se pianificate di dormire e le finestre che stanno affrontando la strada- u non dormirà.
Ci sono alcuni club e bar nell'edificio, quindi tutta la notte sentirete il dramma e le donne urlare e piangere fuori dai bar.
Inoltre, le auto molto alte che vogliono accelerare e far suonare quel suono.
Il suo prezzo è stato molto basso, ma non ho dormito bene.
Forse dovrebbero pulire meglio la doccia perché si può vedere la discolorazione, non volevano fare una doccia lì...

La mia moglie gode della piscina e della palestra . La posizione è vicina a MRT e stazioni di autobus, molto conveniente. Nella maggior parte dei casi, ci sono molti deliziosi e non costosi ristoranti a piedi dell'hotel.

UUtente ospiteOur favourite hotel in Taipei thus far! The hotel is clean, big and located near the Zhongshan MRT station, making it easy to travel around the area. Hotel staff was friendly and will greet us with a smile whenever we stepped past the reception area. Our room also comes with a view of Taipei 101, making it really enjoyable. Will highly recommend this hotel!

1. Pulizia: era pulito come un hotel a 5 stelle (la coperta sembrava un po' umida, ma il tempo in sé era umido.)
2. Posizione: ho scelto di rischiare perché aveva una bella vista, ma era troppo lontano per arrivarci con tutta la fatica. Ho preso un taxi per fare il check-in e ho preso un bus navetta dall'hotel alla stazione della metropolitana, ma quando sono tornato in albergo, non potevo incolpare nessuno, ho preso un taxi per trovarlo (scendi dalla navetta e scopri la posizione!).
3. Servizio: ho chiesto se c'era un bar in piscina, e loro hanno detto che c'era, quindi ho detto di sì e sono uscito dall'atrio, ma sono tornati di corsa e mi hanno detto che la porta non era aperta. Era un membro dello staff molto grato. Tuttavia, non ci sono segnali sulla strada per la piscina o l'ubicazione dello spogliatoio o del minimarket. Sarebbe bello saperlo, quindi ho dovuto voltarmi e non sono riuscito a trovare subito. Tuttavia, se chiedi a qualcuno dei dipendenti, te lo diranno subito.

Well, when it comes to value to money, this hotel is a let down.
The price is overrated compare to the added value of the room and service you can get.
Unless you really have high budget for hotel stay so that you can afford their suites room in high floor, the room (including its view) is just a so so (compare to its price)
The most let down is their breakfast service in Yen. It consistently gave me an unfair table placement during my stay. Fyi, I am a non chinese asian solo traveller. I always come to the breakfast place quite early before 7 AM so that there are so many empty table. The restaurant officer always escort me to sit in small table with almost no view. Everytime i asked why i can't sit in the more better better place, they will answer that the tables are for more than 2 person. Again, i arrived very early in the morning so that almost every tables are empty. First, i tried to be positive, that maybe this restaurant would be very full soon and the officer would consistently place a single person guest like me in the smaller uninteresting position table. I was very dissapointed when they just escorted single or 2 person westerners to the tables with the best view with the capacity for 4 people or even sofa pavillion for 6. They were stayed there alone until their finish their breakfast. So dissapointed with this unfair treatment. Its front desk performance during my check out on june 4th 2023. It's almost 7 and only 1 officer standby. It's a very long waiting time (since i wait there since 06.35 AM). I also cant use the express check out because the express check out box has information that i can only do the express check out if I chose it during the check in (which nobody informed me).
So my insight from this trip is:
1. Prepare a high budget so that you can afford their suites. You will experience the real W experience with that kind of room
2. Their breakfast restaurants service not really a best place for solo asian non chinese traveller. It has a great food and good view but yeah not the best service based on my experience

Si trova nel cuore di Taipei City che rende andare ovunque conveniente, tra 15 min - 30 min per camion.
Il colazione è ben cotto, ma non si aspettano molte variazioni.
Il servizio è davvero cattivo tra i dipendenti maschi. Essi mostrano un viso e un tono inpatiente quando le chiedo la password wifi dopo l'iscrizione. E quando c'è un problema nella mia stanza, mi aspettano di risolverlo da solo invece di mandare un tecnico. Quando chiedo a uno di quei vecchi, lui dice rapidamente: ”No” e lascialo.

SSharmaine Arby IliganThe hotel is very clean and the room that we booked for a couple of days was awesome. Staffs were kind and can speak english. They were very helpful and they won't let you wait longer when you arrive at the hotel. Their service was great. Complete toiletries, beautiful room. The bathroom is so spacious with hot and cold shower. There's a glass division, where the shower area is separated to the toilet area. Nice 🛁 and very comfortable. Our bed was so comfy and perfect for a rest after a long day of sightseeing and walking around taipei area. We had a wonderful experience in beauty hotel and definitely will come back again. By the way, the hotel has a nice small lounge and a section where you can make a coffee for free. Plus they also has a water refilling station so you don'tneed to buy water from outside. The location of the hotel is also perfect because it is near to Jiantan train station and surrounded with lots of restaurants, bakery, coffee and tea shop and 7 eleven.

Social area on floor B2, isn't obvious that it's there and not told about it by staff, but has kitchenette and lots of sofas. Beds were comfortable and big with light and curtain. Only thing could be adding a small shelf above the bed and some coat hooks in the communal area. Also it wasn't possible to have the light on at the same time as having something plugged in (could just be our large plug). Overall amazing value and wouldn't hesitate to book again in future! Photo of nearby night market and of a very nice restaurant local to the hotel - Fuhong Beef Noodle Restaurant. Enjoy!
