Permettetemi di condividere prima la mia esperienza in camera. È incredibile entrare nella stanza. In origine un piccolo spazio era in origine un divano letto. Il divano personale + TV è molto adatto a mio figlio di 15 anni per giocare ai videogiochi + dormire. Devo dire che questa stanza è molto potente. Ci sono 4 televisori in totale. (Compresa la zona bagno) Anche le tende sono automatizzate. Quello che mi ha scioccato è che c'è un forno a microonde, che non ho visto in molti ristoranti. Oltre a fornire acqua, ci sono 3 bottiglie di bevande ogni giorno. Il sapone fatto a mano è anche il mio preferito. Quando mi alzo, posso vedere tutti gli alberi verdi e il cielo azzurro. È molto comodo e ci saranno alcuni giorni da vivere in diverse tipologie di stanze.

Le cose andarono male, la velocità di elaborazione della reazione era molto lenta e non c'era l'aria condizionata. Dopo un'ora, ho detto al bancone che non era venuto per le riparazioni, ma il bancone mi ha detto: Perché ora siamo molto occupati ^^.

L'ambiente è confortevole e il personale gentile. La colazione è ricca e deliziosa, l'attrezzatura è pulita e nuova e lo spazio è moderato. Non vedo l'ora di utilizzare la piscina dell'hotel dopo lo sblocco e non vedo l'ora di tornarci la prossima volta.

An unexpected experience. The location is terribly convenient. The room is spacious with its reasonable price. Room facilities are well-equipped except for the slippers which are so easily broken. What impressed us most is the mattress. I wish I could buy one for my house. I would recommend to my friends who visit Taipei.

I stayed at this hotel because it had the amenities I was looking for compared to the price and the surrounding hotels. I also had a full day too or the next day with a meeting spot not too far away (Check out full-day tour Shilin, Jiufen, Geopark). The room is beautiful and clean and the area quite nice because there’s some local businesses nearby who are quite friendly to foreigners. Cool bar next door. My only disappointment was the fact that they have a bar listed and it’s not really quite a bar in the lobby which was chilly anyway. The room is very comfortable and the view is nice. I did not go swimming in the pool, but it was definitely a comfortable spot. The other thing I want to mention is the late check-in time. If you want to check in earlier, you have to pay a certain amount of money extra in TWD. I noticed that some hotels do the late check-in process, but I don’t feel this hotel should necessarily do that. They were able to check me in early with the extra fee after a delayed rain flight. Happy with it mostly.MRT across street is bonus. Uber easy to grab.

The hotel is located directly opposite a metro station and this is extremely comfortable. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and for a business or weekend trip you don’t need more. I tried the gym, small but it has enough for normal workout. I guess in summer the pool is working. Breakfast is a bit small, but you get actually enough, because you can choose from a breakfast menu in addition to the small buffet.

The location was so good and convenient for transportation and shopping, the customer service was so great

+ The hotel is in a nice location next to the night market and is next to the subway + Quite clean - No doors in the bathroom - Might have to shower in cold water and the room can be quite cold during the end of the year

Hotel is located near shilin night market which was nice as we headed there to source for dinner one night. The hotel room is overall comfy but hotel felt a little small.

What a great hotel really. I judge the room quality as five star. The facilities are lacking a bit but overall it's a great place to stay. I had a problem with a hot water in my room and they refunded me a night and also paid for my taxis for the day for my business meetings and to the airport to the tune of about $100. this was all arranged by the manager. When you speak with the upper management there they are very accommodating and professional. Some of the staff I dealt with upon check-in were lacking a bit. Generally speaking it's a good location because the subway station is right there however, there really isn't much right around the hotel, other than the night market for food. plenty of shops, but you have to walk a little way to get anything but a subway sandwich. Take the MRT one stop to Shilin station and there's plenty of decent restaurants there. Something the check-in staff could've told me. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Good value for money.

New hotel and modern. Loved the coffee machine and all snacks and drinks were part of the room booking. Hotel was just 2 mins away from MRT Jiantan exit 2 and walking distance to Shilin Night Market. Mountain view. The jacuzzi bathtub provided a good soak after a day of walking/shopping/feasting. The housekeeper forgot to place a new set of towels on day 2 which was an unpleasant experience.

Very accessible with less than 5 minutes walk to reach. Great service provided. Was very helpful when assisting to receive package. Satisfied with the overall cleanliness of room, but still can improvement further.

Very close to the Jiantan MRT station and shilin night market,the room very comfortable and clean,very warm like 5⭐ hotel,got msg chair,jacucci,clothing washing machine and drying,very worth it
