We are deeply sorry your stay with us was less than pleasant.We take the cleanliness of our rooms very seriously and try our utmost to maintain each room in immaculate condition.We will be sure to look into the lapse in service to ensure that this does not reoccur.The breakfast buffet is usually well received with local delicacies and western choices, as well as seasonal highlights. we do apologize it has not lived up to your standards, and we will continually see to its improvement with a bigger variety.The air conditioner can adjust the temperature, and the control panel is located at the bedsideAnd in response to the government’s environmental protection policy, hotels will not actively provide disposable toiletries.(Toothpaste sets, shavers, shower caps, slippers etc.) Starting from NOV,1st.2024. we apologize for any inconvenience an thank you for you all your support in environmental protection.We hope you will re-visit Taiwan soon, and look forward to welcoming you back to Ferrary Hotel.
