I requested a room on higher floors in advance. Still they said they couldn't accommodate, the reason being I didn't request in advance 😕 which I DID. These are the views that I had from the room 😕 For the price they charge I indeed would expect a better one. That said, the room was clean and big. The location was also convenient enough to get around the city (by foot). It's just under around 15 mins walk from the metro station.

Room make up service is provided everyday

The location is good, only a 6-7mins walk to metro station. The room is clean, the area is easy access. Very good for business trip.

Very convenient location, a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station. Room is a bit small but toilet and other amneties are great

Very very good hotel. Good location, 24 hrs service desk Staff are friendly, Room is clean We booked from 30Dec to 1Jan, the hotel give a small new year gift to us, it’s so sweet.

Clean room with sofa and comfy bed. A bit far from MRT station, but still in walking distance, around 10 mins walk from Zhongshan station.

you can not beat the location and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room is super clean, very quiet with super fast internet. We were able to conduct many long video meetings with the U.S. during our 6-nighg stay. As a result, we are booking another 2-night stay later in the week. The shower is strong and room set up is perfect. The beds were super-comfortable. Royal Inn does know how to run a good hotel!!!

Nice area. Many local restaurants and street vendors. The survivors were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and big. Breakfast was okay acceptable. I'll love to come back again.

Location very nice

房間霉味重 浴室設施發霉 抽風換氣機有夠吵 天花板有壓迫感 沒有對外開放窗戶。地點雖位於熱鬧地區 不過樓下就是特種營業場所 老舊公寓拉皮成的會所 太吃“老爺”的招牌了。

浴室乾溼分離很好也很寬，但是建議洗臉台上要多一盒面紙及多一個垃圾桶，浴室都沒有垃圾桶當卸完妝的垃圾都還要跑到房間書桌去丟，有些麻煩；沖澡的水會跑到外面導致淹水，地板毛巾都是水，吹風機為了客戶安全應該自行檢查一下，如有不好過熱或過小都應該自行更換，以免燙傷客人1沒甚麼風/2微風/3強風馬上燒焦味出現"

已經係第二次入住這間酒店，位置雖然離捷運站有點距離，但好在平路拖行李箱尚可以，附近飲食購物都十分方便。

房間很小，有點霉味，跟櫃檯要礦泉水，櫃檯回覆說可以去咖啡廳裝水，感受不是太好

沒有停車場，附近停車場沒特約啥的，房間偏小…咖啡廳免費點心很少..有點失望..附近機能不錯～買東西很方便
