立地もよくまたアメニティも充実していました。ランドリーサービス (クリーニング) はないものの、各フロアに洗濯機と乾燥機、アイロンが置いてあり便利でした。

綺麗な部屋で、洗い場付きの浴室が嬉しいです。

Great location. Rooms are small and crowded. The WiFi is extremely slow and the elevator ALWAYS stops at the reception floor.

洒店位置在八條口出口，可以在介紹洒店時寫西出口會容易找，因為中央口與八條口有一段距離，我們在中央口用geogle map都找不到，幸好找到日本人問才知道（我們用了45分鐘找，彶慘）

it very convenient hotel. it took less than 10 minute walk to Kyoto station so if you travel by train it very easy to dragging your suitcase from Kyoto Station even your suitcase is large size and on the way to Hotel pavement is good for drag suitcase.Next time i definitely choose this Hotel when i went to Kyoto

近JR站，交通方便，乾淨衛生。

很不滿意的一個酒店，和價格完全不匹配的設施和衞生，客房感覺有點打掃的不徹底，而且！這割酒店過於環保了，沒有一次性拖鞋，也沒有洗手香皂。checkin時間是下午3點，日本很多酒店現在都是這樣，但我提出先checkin回來再拿鑰匙進房間也不行？？必須3點之後checkin就很莫名其妙。這個價格在附近可以有很多其他酒店選擇，讓人覺得完全不值。

都算夠大和新。可以完全夠位放下2個行李，和其他評價差不多。一出車站直走500米左右就到。拖著行李都不會好遠。由酒店步行前往搭巴士去清水寺就找了一輪巴士站的地點，因為JR站後面就係巴士總站，問人才找到。

息子の誕生日で宿泊させて頂いたところ、チェックイン時にメッセージカードとケーキをプレゼントして頂きました。ありがたいお心遣いに感謝しております。 京都駅からは直線ですぐ、アクセスが良く、途中にコンビニやドン・キホーテなどもあるのでとても便利でした。 ホテルは外観から内装すべて高級感があり落ち着く雰囲気、リラックスできるいい香りもしました。また、客室内のティーセットは辻利の茶箱に入ったほうじ茶・煎茶を急須で入れられるようになっており、ひときわ美味しく感じました。パブリックスペースも客室も機能的で、センス良く設えてありました。エキストラベッドも寝心地良く、朝までぐっすりでした。時間が合わずラウンジ、朝食、大浴場は利用しませんでしたが、また次回の楽しみにしたいと思います。
