Ottimo personale cordiale. Pane gratis a colazione! La camera è pulita con tende per la privacy. Anche il bagno è pulito. Tutto quello che devi portare è un asciugamano e lo spazzolino da denti (puoi acquistarli entrambi a un piccolo costo). Altrimenti, forniscono tutto il resto come asciugacapelli, shampoo, bagnoschiuma ecc. La camera è fantastica con aria condizionata e ventilatore per la ventilazione.

L'ambiente in realtà è un po' trasandato, l'aria condizionata non funziona molto bene, la stanza effettivamente ha un odore strano e il letto non è molto stabile, quindi probabilmente non ci tornerò...

Ho trascorso un soggiorno molto confortevole.

Good hostel - had some great conversations with the receptionists. Clean and very warm and cozy vibe. Location is in a cool spot especially if you want to soak in some of the nearby hot springs.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time so need to put my backpack at the designated place. The workers are very friendly. They showed me where to eat (lobby) as we cannot bring our food to our rooms. The toilet and shower room are very clean too! (They provide shampoo and shower gel located in each shower room). As there's no washing machine here, there's one small balcony beside the toilet to handwash and hang your washed clothes. The hostel provide free bread 🍞! (Can be your breakfast before starting the day). Before checking out, you just need to put your bed sheet and pillow case at the basket outside the toilet. Overall, i rate this hostel 5/5!!! Very comfortable! 😆

Very nicely managed hostel. Ample common area for guests to enjoy. Excellent location just minutes walk from MRT station. F&B outlets and convenience store just minutes away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Try to get the lower floor rooms if you don't like stairs.

床位、房間內空間很大，環境也很乾淨。 一樓有冰箱，飲食區，我覺得很適合旅人居住。 周邊環境也蠻多食物可以購買❤️ 距離捷運站也很近 背包客棧算是大推薦的一間😊

離上次入住隔幾天後 這次終於選到下舖的床位 價差每晚約20-30元 四樓的房間是木頭訂做的上下鋪 很堅固且不會有任何晃動產生噪音 上鋪的置物空間還可以從側面打開 當然下舖的好處就是可以直接放在床邊囉！

對於 貴店住起來是很自在的，像家一樣，一個人 獨旅是很好的選擇，附近生活機能很好，交通方便 ，每次來台北，第一首選還是貴店，這次投宿我 又遇到確認是貴店的員工吧。跟旅客同住在客房 ，覺得不妥當，不管是打工換宿或正式員工，應該 被安排在屬員工的房間，這位員工某些行為被客人 投訴，但只會抱怨旅客，而且在大廳有其他旅客在 ，這樣其他旅客會怎麼想，另外 貴店宣導環保， 房間冷氣盡量開在25-27度，本來以為是同房的 旅客開到22度+開電風扇，後來才發現竟是自己 的員工開的，（我半夜起來調回25度） 之後一天我調成27度，竟然也被說 誇張，請她不要每次都大聲嚷嚷的在旅客聽的到 抱怨，真的有影響 貴店的形象。 結果就是我重感冒回家 另外建議：在使用貴店的杯時，會發現有些杯子 尤其是白色杯子，會有茶垢或咖啡垢，可能客人 沒洗乾淨或使用久累積的，洗碗精是洗不乾淨的 可以買些小蘇打粉來洗，才會乾淨 以上建議 我喜歡你們的店，下次還是會去

環島獨旅，下榻的第一間旅宿，也是我第一次體驗揹包客棧，非常好的體驗，很溫馨，從此讓我愛上揹包客棧

8人部屋はベッド内に個人ロッカーがあって使いやすい。ロビーには無料のパンやコーヒーがある。冷蔵庫も各自使用できて便利。スタッフが英語で設備の説明をしてくれた。

とてもいいホステルです。 スタッフの方は皆親切で、日本語、英語を話せるスタッフもいて安心です。アメニティも自動販売機で売っています。 北投温泉を楽しむ目的で泊まりましたが、近くには立ち寄り湯や屋台もあるため立地もよい。 満足のホステルでした。
