The room was very clean and spacious. Service staff was courteous as well. Super convenient location; just beside Ximen station Exit 2/3. Overall a good experience!

The room was cleaned meticulously. The hotel looks very new and everything is just very aesthetically pleasing. The whole room was well-lit, with intelligent control of the facilities in the room which was fun. There was room for two large suitcases and quite a few drawers for storing loose backpacks or bags which were very handy. The bed was big, clean, and very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was extremely spacious. This hotel will be our go-to hotel from now on for all our Taipei trip!

Fairly new hotel. Japanese style, excellent services. Very clean. Bathroom and toilet are separated good if sharing room. Right opposite xingmen ting with lots of good food. The train station entrance is just next to the hotel. One stop away from Taipei Main Station.

First time staying here and I had a very good experience. Hotel is located very conveniently across ximending and theres a train station exit just 2 mins from the hotel entrance.
Room is clean and equipped with necessary items.
Breakfast is downstairs the hotel at a restaurant, where they have specific menu for you to choose from (there is only 2 options).
Would choose to stay here again the next time I am back in Taipei.

Good location, mins from XMD station. room is clean and modern with electronic toilet bowl and A.I. assistant. TV came with youtube and preloaded movies. Staff were friendly. Currently has construction going on so get a little noisy in the morning. please note that not all rooms have window with a view.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Taipei Ximen is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service is exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with all the arrangements I needed for my return flight. The bed was comfortable, but the standout feature was the spacious room. It’s incredibly good value for money, with a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The room offers plenty of walking and storage space, along with a cozy sofa where my wife and I enjoyed supper while watching a movie on our first night. Additionally, there are ample power sockets and voice-controlled lighting throughout the room.
One thing to note is that the hotel does not provide breakfast. However, this is hardly an issue given the abundance of fantastic food options nearby. I absolutely fell in love with this hotel, and Sotetsu hotels will be my top choice to check out wherever I travel next. Thank you for the wonderful accommodation!

Reception is not professional enough, I have joined their membership and have been double confirmed with them for late check out, but they still called me at normal time to check out 😓 and need me to explain again for extending check out. It is so annoying😒
