Hotel in zona Hami Park, Taipei

Room was nice and generally clean but coffee cups had drink stains on the cup lip. No amenities provided on the basis of sustainability, which is understandable, but only one small reusable glass bottle for drinking water in the room. Charging plugs and sockets were hidden behind the desk lamp. None at the bedside, which was a pity. Lighting control was also finicky and not easy to use. Gym equipment was interesting.

Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione Taipei, ma nessuna finestra nella stanza, quindi non puoi dire giorno o notte e il bagno è vetro trasparente, quindi sarà un problema per amici o colleghi se condividi la stanza. I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time and I finally had the chance during my trip to Taiwan. The hotel is convenient located near the Taipei Main Station and bus station and the MRT station. Hence is extremely convenient to get around. The room I got was quite spacious and clean. I believe it has been refurbished as the interior looks new. It is equipped with a smart tv so I could stream videos on YouTube all day long. The only disappoin**ent was that I did not get the room with the view of the Taipei Main station. The hotel staff were very friendly too. Amenities wise, there is no shortage of f&b establishments located near the hotel and most of them are very good. This hotel is one of the more affordable 5 star hotels in this area. Hence it’s a no brainer to pick this hotel over the rest. Overall, I’ve had a pleasant stay here I will definitely return to this hotel for my future trips.

very friendly counter people who didn't lose their temper who answered all your queries..clean rooms and beds, had a huge locker woh magnetic key pass to put in your luggages securely..clean large shared toilet. highly recommend for solo or fuss free travellers!

The cleanliness of the hotel room is such a disappointment. The bathroom wall grouting & silicon was moldy, and spider webs were in the room. The TV and aircon vent were super dusty. The aircon, even off, was extremely cold. The overall cleanliness is terrible, with noticeable dust accumulating in several areas. It was disappointing and not up to the hygiene standards one would expect from a hotel room. To make matters worse, the cleanliness issues persisted even after the room was supposedly cleaned. The bathroom grouting remained moldy, spider webs lingered, and the attendant neglected to vacuum away the hairs on the floor. The bed has insects, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. This consistent neglect of hygiene standards throughout my stay was disappointing and unacceptable. This lack of attention to detail further emphasized the subpar cleanliness standards, contributing to an unsatisfactory stay.

Situato a pochi minuti da Ximending e dal metro di Taipei, perciò è stato il luogo perfetto per me. Aveva la camera deluxe, spaziosa, con un sacco di spazio per muovermi intorno, e c’era un mini frigo, guardaroba aperta, dove potevo mettere i miei vestiti e un contatore sul lato con due sedie. Nella concierge ci sono stati snacks che erano gratuiti per gli ospiti e un distributore d'acqua che serve l'acqua spargimento che era cosi' fredda! La stanza sarà pulita su richiesta e quando ho chiesto perché, hanno detto che alcuni ospiti vogliono la loro privacy e non vogliono essere disturbati, quindi la puliranno solo su richiesta. Fortunatamente sono una persona molto tesa e non ho mangiato nella mia stanza, quindi la mia stanza era in generale pulita e non aveva bisogno di pulizia durante il mio soggiorno. Le tovaglie erano sufficienti e mi servivano solo più tessuto e acqua minerale durante il mio soggiorno e mi sono state date su mia richiesta. Se c’è bisogno di qualcosa, il concierge è disponibile anche 24 ore, che assicuravano la pace di mente per ogni ospite. Ma soprattutto, era il personale che mi ha fatto divertire e ricordare il mio soggiorno. Erano estremamente amichevole e vicini. Mi piace sentire la famiglia/amico ogni volta che ero nel loro spazio. Sono stati anche estremamente utili quando ho chiesto dove potevo ottenere un grande cibo locale e anche Google e mi mostrano esattamente ciò che raccomandavano e mi assicuravano di arrivare alla destinazione desiderata. In generale, questo è un ottimo hotel che consiglierei molto a chiunque quando viaggia a Taipei Taiwan.

È stata una grande esperienza. Il desk front può parlare bene l'inglese e il servizio è buono. Il cibo è fresco e delizioso. Un po' deluso per il personale della sauna. Ci guida alle regole gentilmente, ma non credo che guidi la località correttamente. Poiché alcuni locali non si fanno nemmeno una doccia prima di entrare nella piscina calda. Piu'a peggio con smartphone in vestito in camera. Così disgustoso e così incomodo. Quando ho detto al personale, è entrata e ha riso con i locali, forse i locali sono membri del club, idk, perché guardavano così vicino. Una delle ragioni che ho scelto questo hotel è che hanno una sauna. Ma sono davvero deluso di questo servizio. Era solo una responsabilità personale, ma ci fa una cattiva esperienza. Spero che forniranno questo servizio con alcuni segni/regole facilmente comprensibili nella stanza. E trattare non ******* e ******* clienti con lo stesso servizio.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was so spacious, especially for the price, and the location was amazing - lots of cool bars and shops nearby and a metro downstairs. The furnishings in the rooms were quite dated and in quite poor condition with damage to walls and bathroom facilities, but everything worked and was comfortable. The only disappoin**ent for me was ordering a room with windows to find that my windows were significantly smaller than other windowed rooms, only in the bathroom, and could not be opened. I was expecting the ability to get some fresh air with them open, but alas was unable to.

Tutte le aspettative dell'hotel sono state fatte molto bene, tranne per il servizio. Si trova nel cuore di Taipei City che rende andare ovunque conveniente, tra 15 min - 30 min per camion. Il colazione è ben cotto, ma non si aspettano molte variazioni. Il servizio è davvero cattivo tra i dipendenti maschi. Essi mostrano un viso e un tono inpatiente quando le chiedo la password wifi dopo l'iscrizione. E quando c'è un problema nella mia stanza, mi aspettano di risolverlo da solo invece di mandare un tecnico. Quando chiedo a uno di quei vecchi, lui dice rapidamente: ”No” e lascialo. Non sarò felice di tornare.
