Nicely located in the heart of hot spring area. Hot spring on the roof was very nice! Breakfast was good! We will be back!

As hotel is a Spa Spring, it provides necessarily hotel services and item. It likes a 3-star hotel so don't expect too much. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very good location right next to bus stop n hot spring park...

No breakfast provided. We arrived and checked in only around 7pm at the hotel. Went to the roof hot spring and there was no one around. We got to enjoy the whole area by ourselves. Parking is provided and the staff was kind and friendly. Room was nice and we can soak in the hot spring in the comfort of our room.

The room come with jacuzzi bathtub. I really enjoy the hot spring jacuzzi in my room. The hotel provides body lotions for us to use after hot spring bath. I will come again.

This is a terrible hotel, and I would strongly advise against anyone visiting Beitou for a hot spring experience to consider staying here. The hotel's service is extremely poor. The front desk staff kept us waiting for over 30 minutes just to leave our luggage at the lobby. The worst part was the condition of the room, which was disgustingly dirty. They never changed the pillowcases or bed sheets, and the room service did a haphazard job of cleaning, leaving used towels behind. Even the outdoor hot spring pool was filthy. I sincerely regret staying at this hotel and urge those considering booking it to think twice.

比我想象中舊很多，而且我們五個人三間房，不理解為什麼最大的一間房會分給一個人😅每間房的房形亦比較有趣。。。有些要走一條長走廊才看見床，但走廊位置完全沒有用。晚上去溫泉感覺水質不太乾淨，水中可能會有昆蟲或一些樹枝，沒有人清理。 值得讚賞的是早餐，雖然選擇不多，但是尚算美味。特別是滷肉飯，非常正宗！

房間偏細，大堂有休息區，安靜，出門就有很多景點，挺方便的，有露天温呂， 衞生方面還算幹浄，但服務態度不太友善。

예약시 방에서 와이파이가 된다고 나와있는데 와이파이가 없읍니다. 그리고 온천욕실에 창문이 없고 환기가 잘안되 냄새가 나고 어둡습니다 엘리베이터에서는 아주 오래된 퀘퀘한 냄새가 납니다. 그리고 예약시 공지도 없이 야외노천탕을 폐쇄하여 이용을 못 했습니다 노천탕 이용목적으로 숙박을 한건데 밖에서만 놀다가 잠만 자고 나왔어요

旅館比較舊，不建議有要求的香港人去，服務態度基本上是自己照顧自己，早餐不要有期望，能填包肚子就好了。 溫泉水是正常供應，熱度是55度左右，房間衛生建議自備消毒用品去。 整體強烈建議香港人不要去，歡迎其他國家人士去體會，舊式旅館。

此次入住是為了紓解平日工作的疲勞。酒店早已耳聞，也靠近地熱谷。只是遇到雨天甚為遺憾。房間乾淨整潔，浴室地板的水漬也很快乾，有些許不足的是早餐，

一樓大廳有大型佛壇，整棟樓充滿濃厚燒香的味道到需戴口罩的程度。床墊很硬，傢俱掉漆、斑駁但環境清潔。早餐很素，整體而言合乎三星級的水平。若進香團也是國旅，非常適合香客選擇入住。
