Hotel Seda a Taguig

. Pros: The location is excellent and very walkable, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Cons: Unfortunately, the room was extremely disappointing. It was not as clean as expected or as specifically requested. The windows were so dirty that they ruined what could have been a nice view. The room itself felt outdated, with worn furniture, floors, and walls. The chair looked cheap and stained, and the overall design did not match the modern appearance of the hotel’s lobby. I would rate the rooms three stars at best. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of the swimming pool. However, upon arrival, we were informed that it was under renovation. There was also a note in the room advising guests to keep the curtains closed due to ongoing construction work. If the pool is unavailable, this should be clearly stated on booking platforms, as it is misleading to advertise a facility that cannot be used. The breakfast was decent, and the staff in the restaurant were attentive, as were the concierge staff helping with luggage , taxis etc , very kind and thoughtful . However, the front desk team could improve their service, especially during check-in and check-out, as the welcome and farewell felt indifferent. The rooftop area seemed like a pleasant spot, though overall, the stay did not meet expectations. Overall, if you want nice, clean and updated rooms, I would choose elsewhere.
