UUtente ospiteHo soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e tutto è stato fantastico. Ma quando siamo andati al ristorante sul tetto, ci è stato detto che non era consentito indossare le ciabatte. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivo non è così elevato come quello dell'Hotel Okura.

- Una buona verifica facile in esperienza.
- Il piccolo bagno nella stanza con solo il bagno e il bagno è così ben fatto (cfr. foto).
- Il bagno ha un bagno.
- The gym is the best I've seen in the Philippines (see pictures)
- Jacuzzi e bagno caldo in palestra è fantastico (vedi foto)
Cons
- il minibar è debole (vedi foto)... un bar di snickers, un sacchetto di M&M’s quando ho pagato per una stanza per tre persone.
- Le televisive sono troppo piccole sia nel dormitorio che nel soggiorno.
- Sono due piccole luci sotto il letto, ciascuno di loro, che sono letteralmente impossibili di switchare di notte.
- Il negozio Davidoff ha una sala da fumo che è più di un caffè economico che una sala da fumo (cfr. foto). La zona alternativa di fumo dell'hotel non ha sedili e non è molto piacevole.
- Il rumore stradale dall'esterno tardi alla notte e al mattino è assolutamente inaccettabile.
Abbiamo prenotato la migliore stanza disponibile e l'avviso tardi alla notte ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno così tanto che abbiamo controllato un giorno prima invece di accettare un DOWNGRADE come tutte le Premier Suites hanno visto le principali strade e i tracciati! Non esattamente “luxurioso”.

+ Condo big. good enough for 4 in bed plus maybe 1 on sofa. number 35V
+ Shower gel and water … no coffee
+ early arrival, they helped me to store my luggage for some hours
+ always fast replying
- they asked 250 php for every hour, if check in before 3pm (even checkout has to be until 11am =＞ not 24 hours staying). Of course i didn’t take that option. no hotel does that. if the room is ready more early, you can check inn.
- Sleeping room is facing east… the windows can’t be covered completely with curtains. result: sun very early in the room… wake up early. and bec of the sun =＞ very hot. AC can not handle that in the sleeping room.
- no hanger for towels in the bathroom at all. lucky, i was only one person. how do a family handle 4 towels after shower, if there is no hanger at all?
All in all:
the room is nice and big but bec of the location, facing east/south, i wouldn’t stay in this 35V again

UUtente ospiteI booked, then extended my stay at Seda during a long business trip - an amazing hotel right in the middle of the heart of the city.
Very easy to get to anywhere, super helpful staff. If you need to work while travelling there is a good workstation in the (premier) room. Internet can be a bit stop/start but hook up to 5G on your phone and you're good. Beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffer is varied and very tasty. The Rooftop outdoor bar is extremely pleasant for an evenings unwind.
My room attendant (Aries) was extremely helpful, polite and efficient - thank you for making the stay comfortable young sir!
The only thing I would ask management is they reconsider their points system ... I booked trhough Trip.com, and *will do so again* - why? ... because it is *considerably* cheaper than buying direct on the Seda hotel website. I weighed up the pros/cons of getting access to the club lounge area, but everything taken into consideration the additional direct booking surcharge wasn't worth it. Compare this to other hotels who are either on-par price-wise, or very slightly above, but! ... offer a valuable add-on that makes it worth going to book direct with the hotel. Again, wonderful hotel, great experience, but book through trip.com or another affiliate service as its cheaper.

LLimor14La buona cosa è che l'hotel si trova in una zona commerciale di centro commerciale a piedi da negozi e ristoranti.
Il problema è che l'ACU nella camera 2 è in fuga, ci sono roaming rocciose nell'unità. Il doccia non è drenante correttamente e solo 1 tessuto è stato fornito, è necessario acquistare nei negozi più vicini.
Il parcheggio giornaliero paga P300 che è economico.
Puoi chiedere un orario di check-out a 12h, invece di 11h mentre aspetta il tuo trasporto.

UUtente anonimoMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

I stayed here for a work trip and couldn’t be happier. The 1-bedroom suite was perfect—clean, quiet, and with fast WiFi. Having a kitchenette with an induction cooker was a huge plus for late-night meals. The 24-hour butler service via WeChat was super responsive and made everything easy.
The daily housekeeping and complimentary airport transfer made my trip stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting BGC for business!

UUtente ospiteAC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy.
Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure.
It is well priced but we left due to the noise.
