Hotel con parcheggio a Taguig

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e tutto è stato fantastico. Ma quando siamo andati al ristorante sul tetto, ci è stato detto che non era consentito indossare le ciabatte. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo complessivo non è così elevato come quello dell'Hotel Okura.

Vantaggi - Ottima e semplice procedura di check-in. Aspetti migliori - Il piccolo bagno in camera, con solo lavandino e WC, è arredato con gusto (vedi foto). - Il bagno ha la vasca. - La palestra è la migliore che abbia mai visto nelle Filippine (vedi foto). - La vasca idromassaggio e l'acqua calda in palestra sono fantastiche (vedi foto). Aspetti negativi - Il minibar è pessimo (vedi foto)... una barretta Snickers e una bustina di M&M's, quando ho pagato per una camera per tre persone. - I televisori sono troppo piccoli sia in camera che in soggiorno. - Ci sono due piccole luci sotto i comodini, una per lato del letto, che è letteralmente impossibile spegnere di notte. - Il negozio Davidoff ha una sala fumatori che è più un bar economico che una lounge (vedi foto). L'area fumatori alternativa in hotel non ha posti a sedere e non è nemmeno molto piacevole. - Il rumore della strada proveniente dall'esterno a tarda notte e al mattino presto è assolutamente inaccettabile. Avevamo prenotato la migliore camera disponibile e l'avviso a tarda notte ha rovinato così tanto il nostro soggiorno che abbiamo dovuto lasciare la camera un giorno prima. Meglio prenotare in anticipo piuttosto che accettare un DECLASSAMENTO, dato che tutte le Premier Suite si affacciano su strade principali e incroci! Non proprio ”lusso”. Prenota una camera più economica.

The description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised ”If you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suitee” which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The unit was clean, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The amenities were well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience in one place.

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Infatti, un buon posto - è venuto qui per rimanere per una festa di fine anno in un luogo vicino e ha portato la mia famiglia.Il mio bambino ha avuto rash quando ha dormito nel letto, non si è sicuro se è il detergente usato per le foglie di letto, ecc 🤷♀️

AC unit is noisy and it's near the flight path and above venice mall vents so it's very noisy. Service is excellent and the apartment is located above venice and a 5 minutes walk under the mall's superstructure. It is well priced but we left due to the noise.

Ho fatto l'errore di prenotare una proprietà con Agoda, che è stato un disastro perché non hanno approvato il nostro soggiorno né risposto ai messaggi! Ho trovato questo posto in Trip ...e la situazione è passata da disastro a gloriosa pace! Maggie era semplicemente AWESOME 😎! Ho prenotato, è stato confermato, controllato, e riposato nell'appartamento in meno di 20 minuti!!! Il posto è molto confortevole, con tutto quello che avete bisogno, tutto in grande condizione. La mia unica proposta sarebbe di sprayre l'insecticide un po' più spesso perché abbiamo incontrato piccoli bug intorno alla zona cucina.Non c'è niente di drammatico, non posso solo pensare a niente di meglio. Grazie mille da parte nostra. Spero di poter restare presto ancora!!!

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
