Hotel a Taguig, Filippine

L'hotel è in manutenzione/rinovazione, molto rumoroso. Quando hanno iniziato a maggiare kana talaga e non possono dormire di nuovo. Sono anche arrabbiato con 1 receptionista maschile, aperto pala sa counter nua, ho messo in culo sa kabilang counter, e quando un altro ospite arriva (esterno) ha assistito. Come ***? Matagal bumaba ang water sa doccia area, non sicuri da quando sono incinta. Ma in generale ancora buono. Prenotare di nuovo e consigliare perché la posizione è buona. E la maggior parte del personale è molto gentile e amichevole. L'hotel è pulito. Sono stati autorizzati a check-in a circa 12.

Convenient location to stay. Buffet food spread is limited but service is good. Hotel room is spacious and amenities are limited. Check in the room with faulty main light and tv remote control not working. Didn't have the time to informed front desk as my itinerary is packed.

Il check-in e check-out è molto liscio, il personale è tutti ospite. Il posto è vasto e ama il letto di grandezza re. Colazione, è molto bello, ma sarebbe grande se ci fosse più selezione ma per tutto soddisfatto. La nostra stanza è accanto alla stanza di servizio, quindi sentimo il rumore che la fa correre, come l'acqua, ecc. Quando sono andato nella zona della piscina, c'era un odore di aria (forse tempo di raccolta dei bagagli o qualcosa del genere).

Reservation was easily done via phone. Thanks to Lala who was responsive in both calls and emails. Check-in was smooth and we were assisted right away to our 2 rooms. I was pleased they accommodated my request for the two rooms to be beside each other. Room was clean. Turned on the aircon and small ref. Went down to the Ace Water Spa - our first time since pandemic. The kids enjoyed but we went in closer to 3:30pm. The spa has 3 timeslots now 8am to 12nn, 1pm to 5pm and 6pm to 10pm. So we had to leave at exactly 5pm. Their protocols were updated. Towels (clean and fresh!) and swim caps are provided at the reception. We went up and noticed our room was still warm and the fridge too (we had a cake). I alerted housekeeping and front desk and we were transferred to new rooms. THANK YOU JAYSON of Housekeeping. You were so helpful. I noticed that they have less staff than usual but SERVICE was excellent.

短途旅行來中轉玩兩天。酒店是12月新開的，預訂前Google map上顯示的街景在裝修，好在上社媒看到官號説已經開業了。比一般的red planet貴一些但在BGC這個地方，是很經濟又更安全的選擇。房間小擔心。牙具拖鞋是35比索，瓶裝水25-35比索。雖然沒配備在房間但很便宜無所謂。

The hotel is committed to preserving the mother earth and is very strict in implementing their smoke and vape free rooms as well as the environment. The most exciting part is the viands they serve on their free buffet bfast. The staff are very helpful and accommodating . The location is accesible, and not hard to find, especially when using the navigation apps available. The place is clean and very cheap in terms of price yet very competitive when it comes to their seevice and room types.

Il servizio e la gente che lavorano li' sono così grandi. La stanza è grande. Il cibo è anche molto delizioso. Prova anche il ristorante Tea per due che è sul pavimento. Se solo una cosa può essere meglio è per la piscina al tetto. Per usare questo devi avere un buono. Non dimenticare di chiedere questo prima di usarlo. O puoi andare tutto il tempo a chiedere questo.

I stayed here for a couple of hours before an early morning flight. I figured it wouldn't hurt to stay at a cheap hotel since I was checking out at 2am. However, instantly regretted it since hotel cleanliness was a bit iffy. But with the really cheap rate (less than 2k), I guess you get what you pay for and if you just want basic accommodation, this might be perfect for you. I arrived at the hotel at about lunch time, but they said that if I wanted to check in early (2pm is normal check in time), then I would need to pay extra, the extra they wanted me to pay was almost the same rate as their daily rate (basically just 100 pesos cheaper). It was kind of insulting as it was only 2 hours earlier and most hotels don't charge extra for a 2 hour early check in or at most, a top up of half a day's rate. So it felt really unreasonable that they were asking almost the same day's rate. Anyway, they let me leave my luggage at the hotel while I roamed around until check in. They also ask for a cash deposit of 2000 which can't be done via card, so heads up to the people who don't have local currency or cash. My room had an odd smell, like someone has been smoking in it even though smoking wasn't allowed in the room. I had to open the windows to air it out. There was also hair and flies in the bathroom. The flies would land on to the towels which made me doubt the cleanliness of the facility. I was honestly very paranoid staying here. I don't know if I would stay here again, possibly if I am desperate and short on cash, but likely not again during the pandemic as I am quite unsure of how much they clean the rooms exactly. However, this is probably much better than the cheap motels as there was no sleazy atmosphere and most of the people I saw who checked in were travelers like me who are probably heading into the airport as well. The location is pretty near BGC, about 5 minutes without traffic to SM Aura and 30 minutes to the T1 NAIA. It seemed pretty safe, there was a 7-eleven beside the hotel as well.

La posizione è semplicemente buona. Ci sono molti stabilimenti e ristoranti vicino. La stanza è spaziosa e ben illuminata, ha riscaldatore d'acqua, piastrelle, bocche, mutandine e lenzuola che non mi aspettavo davvero di vedere in una stanza di bilancio. Il doccia ha una pressione e una temperatura inconsistenti e la connessione a Internet è stata comunque insufficiente. E'un plus ma non va bene, e' stato certamente il prezzo.

Questo appartamento è un grande studio con vista sul centro commerciale e sul canale di Venezia. Si prega di avere i numeri di telefono di contatto con voi o controllare, come il concierge non assisterà con il controllo di tutti. Una volta raggiunto il gestore immobiliare, il livello di servizio è fantastico (grazie Josie). Anche il deposito di sicurezza sarà necessario in contanti. Una suggerimento è migliorare il livello di dettaglio per l’indirizzo e il controllo, è un edificio molto difficile da trovare.
