Hotel 3 stelle a Taguig

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.

The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Molto bel appartamento con 2 camere da letto, hanno anche una lavatrice che ci ha aiutato molto! 🙌🏽 Mi piace la vista dalla camera da letto maestra e si trova a 10 metri dal nostro luogo di riunione. Gli ospiti erano così ben comprensivi che ci hanno permesso di check-in 2h in anticipo e hanno anche fornito un furgone per lasciarci all'aeroporto. 🤗 Spero di poter tornare!

Rimasi 2 notti. Il cuore della BGC con grande vista sul campo da golf. Sicuramente poteva usare qualche riparazione, ma in generale era un grande posto per rimanere e io ritornerò indipendentemente dalle poche questioni. Il dolore più grande era in checkout quando non potevamo lasciare le borse per qualche ora.

We were pretty upset. Honestly looks are deceiving. It looks nice on the photos, but it was pretty dirty and dusty and they were cockroaches in the bathroom and we kept killing them for our entire two days stay. I would not recommend this hotel or at least this room. The staff was very kind and nice and they did help me at the front desk, but I think this is a separate operation because the room is probably a rental listed on Trip.com separate from the building. There was not a sheet for the bed. Only a small blanket, not big enough for two people to share. We had to use a towel provided and fitted sheet that was meant for the bed. I reached out with my complaints via WhatsApp and they said we should’ve contacted them sooner and did not offer any resolution other than to try harder next time. It’s sad because the area is really nice and we loved the convenience.

Il luogo è conveniente, ma la funzione è un po'piccola. Anche se il piccolo e il piccolo secchio è completo, la colazione è un piatto da pranzo. Tre tipi di gusti possono essere scelti. Possono essere scelti. Possono essere comprati cose da un negozio vicino. È conveniente e vicino al negozio.

The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!

La camera è bella, accogliente, spaziosa e pulita, e il personale della reception è amichevole. L'unico problema è che la doccia non funziona. Spero che venga risolto presto perché, in generale, la camera dell'hotel è raccomandata.

È spazioso e la posizione è conveniente. La stanza è vicino alla piscina. Ci piacevano il divano e i futoni, e ci sono molte piastrelle e biancheria. Ci sono anche cucina e cucina. L'acqua corre bene. Se fosse, sarebbe meglio se l'ospite arrivasse proativamente o almeno controlli per assicurarsi che siamo già in posizione. L'ospite era abbastanza difficile da raggiungere, e il front desk mi faceva sentire come se fossi turbato. Inoltre, il corridoio (al di fuori della stanza) puzza di curry. La TV intelligente non ha Netflix alto ha altri servizi di sfioramento, abbiamo dovuto gettare il nostro laptop per poter guardare.
