Hotel 3 stelle a Taguig

The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: ●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) ●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee ● Wifi is working very fine ● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. ● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold ● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons ●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night ● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) ● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno a Cozy Hotel a One Up Town Residences. L'unità era bella, spaziosa e esattamente come mostrato nelle foto. Tutto era pulito, organizzato e molto comodo, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Il responsabile della proprietà era anche molto facile da comunicare con responsivo, accogliente, e utile per tutta la nostra permanenza. La cucina e le altre strutture erano complete, quindi avevamo tutto quello che avevamo bisogno e ci sentiamo davvero a casa. La mia famiglia ha avuto una fantastica esperienza di vacanza, e sicuramente ci è divertito ogni momento del nostro soggiorno. Molto consigliato per le famiglie o i gruppi che cercano un luogo confortevole e conveniente per soggiornare nella zona BGC.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sono rimasto qui per un viaggio di lavoro e non potevo essere più felice. La suite 1-bedroom era perfettapulita, tranquilla e con WiFi veloce. Avendo una cucina con un cuoco di induzione è stato un enorme plus per i pasti di sera tardi. Il servizio di butler 24-hour via WeChat è stato superresponsivo e rende tutto facile. Il trasferimento di alloggio e di aeroporto di complimentazione mi ha reso il viaggio senza stress. Molto consiglia questo posto per chiunque visita BGC per l'attività!

The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!

Nice bed, clean room, good toilet with bidet and hot shower with shampoo, bath soap and towels. Kettle and mug available. No complimentary water. Toothbrush not included, bring your own or purchase from 7 11 just beside the lobby of the hotel. 😊 NOTE: refundable Php2000 cash deposit required upon check-in.

Fourth or fifth trip to BGC. Always stay in these condos. Only minor issues with the room, such as no hand towel. Love the area and this location is near to everything. Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

The host was accommodating of all our inquiries and concerns, and we'e grateful for their kindness. The property was clean, through the beddings were only set up for 2 people, not 3 as originally confirmed. Location was key as it was rather accessible to the entry and exit points of the facility. Will come back with my sons again, for the next time!

Il servizio di ricezione è molto povero. Non c'è nessuno che riceva telefono prenotato più di dieci volte in mezz'ora, non c'è indirizzo chiaro della stanza. La ricezione non sa come ricevere contatti, sprecare gravemente il tempo dei clienti e influenzare l'atmosfera.Una stanza così sgradevole influenzerà la credibilità di Trip.com!

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
