KKrizzia AngeliThe room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly.
The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations.
There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

UUtente anonimoMy family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it.
Pros:
●Near Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney)
●Complimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee
● Wifi is working very fine
● The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator.
● The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold
● The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean
Cons
●Do not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night
● Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to)
● One room we booked has a smelly feet smell
Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

Sicuramente poteva usare qualche riparazione, ma in generale era un grande posto per rimanere e io ritornerò indipendentemente dalle poche questioni. Il dolore più grande era in checkout quando non potevamo lasciare le borse per qualche ora.

UUtente ospiteWe really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Hotel at One Up Town Residences. The unit was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean, organized, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing.
The property manager was also very easy to communicate with—responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen and other amenities were complete, so we had everything we needed and truly felt at home.
My family had an amazing vacation experience, and we definitely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the BGC area.

UUtente anonimoThe unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!

GGladys GaleIt is spacious and the location is convenient. Room is near the pool. We liked the sofa and futons, and there were plently of pillows and blankets. There is also available cookware and cutlery. Water runs nicely as well.
If any, it would be better if the host reaches out proactively or at least checks to make sure if we are already settled in. The host was abit hard to reach, and the lobby frontdesk made me feel like I'm being bothersome.
Also, the building corridor (outside the room) smells pungent like curry.
The smart tv has no Netflix altho has other streaking services, we had to cast our laptop to be able to watch.

UUtente ospiteFourth or fifth trip to BGC. Always stay in these condos. Only minor issues with the room, such as no hand towel. Love the area and this location is near to everything. Biggest issue was checkout time. I received a message less than 24 hours before checkout saying 11am checkout time. (Admittedly, I didn’t see the see message but I do find that early) They were knocking on the door at 11:01 and had apparently booked pest control for 11:00. Quite annoyed they would book something for that time. Otherwise a great visit.

UUtente anonimoIl servizio di ricezione è molto povero. Non c'è nessuno che riceva telefono prenotato più di dieci volte in mezz'ora, non c'è indirizzo chiaro della stanza. La ricezione non sa come ricevere contatti, sprecare gravemente il tempo dei clienti e influenzare l'atmosfera.Una stanza così sgradevole influenzerà la credibilità di Trip.com!
