great place to stay…. good location facing cemetery and airport… next to sm aura mall…. little expensive though

excellent location to stay.... bad housekeeping.... always short of bath towels... repeatedly need to request for replenishment of toiletries

The stay was not very comfortable. The room was very noisy due to the street and the very bad isolation of the balcony door. The first night we did not sleep. Then the isolation got fixed but it was still not really quiet. One morning a dead cockroach was lying next to my wife’s bed. The room service once set the table under water and when I came back my computer was in the water. There was only one room card for two people. Then the water cooker did not work and I had to ask for another one. The worst was the smell of mold coming from the air conditioning. The best was that there was a fine of 10,000 Pesos for smoking in the room. So at least there was no cold smoke from previous smokers. I don’t think that we will ever come again even though the location was convenient. It was also not a low price for this kind of quality.

It's very convenient to SM Aura, BGC, and St. Michael's Church. Lack of room amenities, but when prompted the reception, they are very good to bring the items to us, i.e., extra pillows, water bottles, rag for wet spots in the kitchen. They have separate room from the kitchen and the living room. We will come back again.

Overall good, it would be a plus point if the elevator come with better security.

The room smells old. The dryer/washer is tricky in order for it to run.The house keeping doesn’t check the body wash. We can’t use the tv because the Netflix needs update,we tried everything and it doesn’t work. Even the housekeeping clean the room, it doesn’t smells clean. We enjoyed the bar in the rooftop.The location is really good.There’s no warning that the water boiler gets really hot even the handle.

Our travel plans changed so I had to cancel our stay. They refused any refund...thieves.

The room can a a bit more clean ~ and elevator is really slow …. But the rest of it are all good !

The hotel itself was OK, but in here I encountered very disgusting staff who blackmailed me. a security guard and the receptionist girl Sophia, reported false alarms to the police just because I was a foreigner trying to scare me and intimidate me. In particular, the security guard took advantage of the fact that I had unwittingly offended Sophia and locked me in the hotel office without giving me a chance to explain the reason.from the beginning, he wanted to blackmail me, shame on him
