This hotel would have received a 5 star, but there are too many hidden fees. Who charges their clients to park in their parking lot or a traveler's fee deposit, etc. Everything was perfect except that. The location, staff, room loved it all. Sonesta, please do more to more your accommodations affordable and inviting.

We’ve stayed here before multiple times and have enjoyed it each time! We tried the restaurant in the hotel for the first time and it was amazing! We can’t wait to come back! Our kids really enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool!

We enjoyed our stay. They also have a great bar. Nashville Tap House.

The hotel was very clean. Very nice details to the rooms that felt more luxury than a basic hotel. No microwave though. Bed was very comfy. When we arrived to check in at 4 pm, our room was not ready so they put us in another room that was on the 10th floor instead of the 8th. Which we liked. Starbucks being inside the hotel was a big plus that we took advantage of!

Best Sonesta we've ever stayed in. Very clean, accommodating staff, comfy beds and pillows. In addition, restaurant was REALLY GOOD!!

My ONLY complaint is that the ONLY microwave in the entire hotel is located in the Starbucks area. Everything else was perfect for me. Even the airport shuttle was clean and comfortable and time consistent. I will definitely be back.

Bathtubs need to be cleaned better, my toilet didn’t flush correctly. Everything else was perfect

10/10 I would stay here again front desk was extremely helpful and inviting. My stay was for my 5 year anniversary and my birthday and they put us on the top floor corner room and it was amazing couldnt have asked for a better experience.

The 24/7 availability was a false claim in our case. They limit contact or did with us to email. We emailed twice within a short time of arrival. We heard back around 2 am with only an AI apology. If all goes perfect it might be ok but if you have any issues don’t count on a response for 8-12 hours.

PROS - Very comfortable beds with quiet rooms, clean. Pool looked nice. Onsite restaurant but seemed expensive CONS - $20 per day to park is ridiculous. They said they charge to prevent locals from using parking. A parking tag would make more sense. They could have cars without it towed instead of charging their guests. My charge was almost $40 more than my quote from ******* and no one could explain why. Elevators at checkout time were incredibly slow. After waiting 5 cycles with two different elevators, we carried our luggage down the stairs. We would not stay again simply because of the parking charge. If I am paying close to $200 a night to sleep, I shouldn't have to pay for my parking on top of that.

Stayed here for my daughter’s 6th birthday and staff was very accommodating and the hotel is very family friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

There were a bunch of beetles in my room. The bed springs were broken. I could hear my neighbors very easily.
