La qualità dell'alloggio dell'hotel Camden Valley è eccellente, il letto è grande e dorme bene, i mobili sono molto sensibili, la camera da letto è anche grande, e c'è un grande bagno, il bagno è molto goduto, la stanza è pulita e l'ambiente generale è fantastico. Inoltre, abbiamo un pallone caldo a Camden Valley, quindi abbiamo anche il colazione dell'hotel. E'molto delizioso. La prossima volta avremo la possibilità di andare a fare sciarpa. I stayed for 4 nights here, but I don’t get any bed making or cleaning the room, Only get new towel and change the bin bag, For Shampoo and Shower gel or tissue paper ,dish washer liquid, I need to ask from reservation desk by myself, i don’t know it’s normal here or the cleaning staff lady is very lazy or ignore it. I hear the siren sound all night, the soundproofing is poor. I suggest to use earplugs when you sleep, The good point of this hotel is location which is next to metro. And the reception staff is helpful.

La stanza era spaziosa, una rara rarità nella città per quel prezzo, tranquilla in mezzo alla stagione di picco e vicino alla Cinatown, teatro e trasporto pubblico. Abbiamo combinato i voli per ottenere un ulteriore sconto, e gli sconti sono disponibili su diversi siti web, quindi abbiamo pagato meno di $200 a notte. La decorazione era classica. Aircon, TV, bagni gratuiti e servizi di caffè erano disponibili. Il servizio di manutenzione era quotidiano, efficiente e generoso con biscotti e latte riempiti e asciugamani. I servizi di pulizia e di ufficio erano gli stessi, quindi ci siamo conosciuti, che è stato aggiunto sicurezza alla porta, quando gli stranieri cercavano di seguirci dentro senza una chiave. La porta, l’ascensore e la porta della stanza, che ci hanno dato una sicurezza extra, la vista della città e della chiesa era piacevole e potevamo sentire le campane della chiesa alle 10 di domenica. Abbiamo preso un taxi salendo su George St, abbiamo assistito al Capitolo Theatre, a poca distanza. Le sale alimentari thailandesi e vietnamite erano in piedi. Il massaggio thailandese era disponibile fino alle 2:00! Il letto di dimensioni reali e le mutandine erano molto comodi.

Ho imparato su YHA da un blog di viaggio. Ho prenotato una camera da regina con un suite per me (solo viaggiato), quindi mi sentivo più come un soggiorno alberghiero normale che una camera più sociale/divertente con altre persone. Il prezzo era ragionevole. La parte migliore di questo ostello è la sua posizione, letteralmente nel centro di tutto. C'è un tram e la stazione ferroviaria proprio fuori dall'ostello. La seconda cosa grande di esso è l'ospitalità del personale. Non ho fatto molto all'ostello o nei luoghi al di fuori dell'edificio (scommetto che c'era molto da fare), quindi non c'è molto da aggiungere; la zona della piscina al tetto era in fase di riparazione, quindi mi ha un po' bussato. In generale, era un posto per due notti.Tornerei.

I had such a good stay there. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were particularly excellent - every person was incredibly kind and friendly. Binay was really lovely and helpful and Jandro, the manager was wonderful and always had an incredibly welcoming smile. I wasn’t expecting such a good experience considering how cheap it was, right in the heart of the city, but the hotel ticks all the boxes. I would definitely recommend this, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We stayed for two nights at the end of May. Our room was quiet & clean even if in need of a refurbish, which presumably, going by the building works going on, is in progress. The building works didn't impinge on our stay at all. Our breakfast (which was included in our room rate), was surprisingly good. The area it was served in was very clean and bright. We found all the staff to be pleasant. Being able to checkin & checkout on line made things move quicker, especially the checkout. The cost of accommodation in the city is very high so we were pleased that Song Hotel was a bit more affordable to us.

Questo è un bel hotel, molto pulite e nuove, camere intelligenti, molto bel personale. Letto è stato confortevole. Vista parziale del porto dalla mia camera al 18° piano - vedo sezioni di acqua tra edifici. La luce nel bagno è terribile se dovete mettere su qualche macchia, e non sono davvero un fan di docce senza porta, ma sembra che sia la tendenza e sono piccoli chibble.

UUtente ospiteI had high expectations of Capella Sydney after staying multiple times at Capella Bangkok and being treated as though I were the most important person in the hotel, just like all of the other guest who stay there are. The attention to service detail at Sydney location unfortunately failed very short to meet my expectations. The booking process on the website was glitchy and the pricing was inconsistent, sometimes showing pricing including tax sometimes not without indication and only upon receiving confirmation via email from reservations was the price confirmed, which did not match the screenshots of the reservation when I placed the booking so I had to go back and forth with reservations via phone and email to simply confirm the accurate pricing for my stay. After creating an account to log on to their booking platform although the option of modifying the booking was offered, the feature did not work on the site, so you had to cancel the booking and book a new booking if you simply wanted to extend by 1 day. This is before I even arrived at the hotel. When I did arrive, it is of course, no small feat that the restoration of this historic building was carried out with the utmost respect for the architecture, from the flooring material to the fenestration and even the internal grand stair way was brilliantly retro-fitted with current code requirements for the handrail in a historically appropriate yet contemporary solution. The hotel does not have many floors, so I encourage anyone to take the stairs to experience the beauty of the restoration work. The recognition of the strong identity of the urban location and sense of place in Sydney’s CBD offers us a promise, an encounter, as the space of the possible. I wish I could say the same about the interior design. There was a real disconnect between the intent of the architecture and that of the interior design. The decoration at best seemed vague, and so for the guest experience, how could one of have a point of view about the effect of the design? The space of the expectant “possible” relationship I was expecting from the simple activity of stepping into Farrer Place’s south entryway marked Department of Agriculture, as local stories interpreting colonial history with ancestral elements of the Eora people by Waayni artist Judy Watso unfolded, or the sense of expansive freedom through the bronze Palazzo doors on Loftus Street into the latent quiet luxury of the grand stair was lost when I was met with the contrasting designs and colours of the lift lobby vestibule axminster carpet and that of the corridor carpet to the guest rooms, able to be seen in the same frame. Although an argument can be made about eclecticism and the use of curating a collection of exceptional vintage and contemporary objects this was not the case here, it read as a mismatched bric-à-brac (to borrow a Victorian word from the building time period that's true meaning in French means ”any old way” or ”at random”). Rreturn visitorSoggiorno in questo hotel ogni volta che devo visitare Sydney. È vicino ai trasporti, un modo semplice ed economico per visitare il CBD. Avere una reception aperta 24 ore su 24 è utile poiché spesso arrivo dopo il lavoro e può essere molto tardi/presto. Anche la colazione è un vantaggio (una colazione calda completa) è migliorata di recente, si sono verificati problemi post COVID ma ora è tornato all'eccellente standard precedente. Le camere sono pulite e abbastanza grandi. L'unico inconveniente è il parcheggio a pagamento, ma di solito riusciamo a trovare parcheggio in strada non troppo lontano.

UUtente ospite4 night stay for Vivid. Chose this as an Accor member and that it was close to the Harbour. Upgraded to a Prestige Suite, Club benefits and was not disappointed. Yes the building is not new, it’s not like the shiny new hotels in town, but it’s solid and my sleeps were uninterrupted and rarely heard noise from the hall. My Suite 930 was spacious, clean, well appointed, Sofitel Bed topper and electric sockets to plug in my adapters to charge. Like other reviews no USB ports but I’m sure most sensible travellers have an adapter. The Club Sofitel access was the perfect addition. Early check-in and waited with a hot tea while my suite was made up. It was 9:30am but the room was rushed and 30 minutes later I was unpacking. Evening canapés and drinks from 5:30pm. Table drink service by Alley and her dedicated, personable, attentive team. They remember your preferences pretty quickly and it became an oasis from Vivid hoping and sightseeing. My suite completely blocked out the light and slept through 2 alarms, it’s the Sofitel Bed topper. Breakfast at Club Sofitel, peaceful, plenty of options to choose from, salmon and capers to a great gluten free station, eggs cooked to order and a great way to start the day. Try the Dilmah Blood Orange and Eucalyptus tea. Thanks Lara. Afternoon Tea served from 2:30 and daily sandwiches , scones, cakes and complimentary drinks, tea, coffee and soft. On entering the Club Lounge, always a friendly greeting, your preferred drink served and a relaxing space anytime of the day. The Club team really made my stay, they work really hard to make your stay great. Housekeeping always made up my room before my afternoon return. Always a Bonjour as you walked past them in the hall. My stay was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Lobby is grand and the history of this hotel makes her great. Not the newest but I prefer tradition and good honest service. Definitely not the style of hotel for everyone but my expectations were met and exceeded beyond imagination. Club Sofitel is a must. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MMiss WorldwideUn bel hotel per un breve soggiorno vicino al caro porto. Il servizio è decente e l’hotel è pulito, tuttavia è molto rumoroso dall’esterno dell’edificio e dall’interno, eco può essere sentito da tutti i piani. I stayed for a total of 5 nights, Tue and check out on Sunday(7-12 Feb 2023) Plus point -Location is really good , plenty of thai/chinese restaurants and room is huge. -Bed is comfortable, -Yoshie is one that was one more friendly staff that I remembered her name , please give her a raise or wine on me.(she is a Japanese, in case i got her name wrong) Hotel staff, is a on and off experience. The night ones tend to be more ”cold” and the day ones are much better.( again, Yoshie was the ”better” ones, there are more, but I couldnt remember their name) Now on to the exciting part... Tuesday- Checkin day, A smooth day but without hand towels and when I asked for them before leaving the place for a concert. ( they claim they were in laundry or something and I find it hard to believe for a 5 star accommodation) We were without a frying pan as well( they send it up though when i called for it) Wed- Requested for toothbrush/Toiletries and had to request again after waiting for more than an hour, as it was forgotten ,I presumed Thu- Requested to change towel when we went out in morning, nothing was done when we were back in evening. I especially informed the morning reception guys to not forget it, but someone in the middle must have forgotten it. Evening time, The staff upon informing said they will have it there in 10 mins, which they did. By the way, the phone became faulty but I didn't bother to inform as I thought I wont have much trouble with it not in use. I was wrong. Friday- The express cleaning end-up with all the towels taken away and, thats it. We found out when we were back in evening. We were left with no towels and on top of that the phone was not working so I had to go downstairs to inform the reception/staff , on night shift i suppose. Again they said would be there in 10 mins, which more or less they did. Saturday- There was a huge cockroach and I had to kill it myself, informed the staff downstairs but honestly I dont expect change of room or anything, just to feedback. From the above, you can see there were full of dramas and I think these are basic expectations.(especially the towel part) Would I be back there if I ever go Sydney again? Unlikely.

UUtente ospiteA great place to stay near Light Rail, Chinatown, Central, and shopping. Our room was excellent, and we found the reception staff always welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. It is an excellent hotel for location, for guests who may have difficulty walking up and down sloping streets, as it is in a comparably level area.
